Denver Matttress Online Purchase Returns
We want you to be fully satisfied with every mattress that you purchase from
www.DenverMattress.com. If you are not satisfied with a mattress that you have purchased, you
may return it within 30 days of delivery to our returns processing center, or to any Denver
Mattress Company store, for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping and handling
charges.
Per Tennessee law, the 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee does not apply in Tennessee.
Returns to Our Processing Center
Call 1-866-DrChoice to schedule your return. The item must be
returned in good condition free of tears, holes, odors, stains or soiling of any kind, in
original packaging and with the packing slip to ensure full credit. Please also provide us your
telephone number in the event we need to contact you. All return shipping charges are the
responsibility of the customer, and must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. Ship

Keep the return tracking number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package
is received by the processing center. You can expect a refund within 30 days of our receiving
your returned item. You will only be refunded the shipping charges if the return is a result of
a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
Returns to a Denver Mattress Company Retail Store
Mattresses purchased on www.denvermattress.com may be returned to a Denver Mattress Company
retail store. Find the nearest Denver Mattress Company retail store by clicking on Locations.
Before visiting the store, call 1-866-DrChoice to schedule your return, place the item securely
in the original package and enclose the original packing slip with the item. Be sure to keep a
copy of the packing slip for your records. The mattress must be returned in good condition free
of tears, holes, odors, stains or soiling of any kind, in original packaging and with the
packing slip to ensure a full credit. Take the mattress to any Denver Mattress Company store.
Please allow 30 days for the credit to appear on your billing statement.
Exceptions to the Return Policy
Bedding related products (including, but not limited to pillows, mattress pads, sheets, care
kits, and bed frames) are not returnable once they have been used, or removed from the original
package.
