Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful sectional Probably the nicest piece of furniture we have owned. It’s so soft and the stitching is very pretty. I love the material and dark color. It wipes clean with a simple wet cloth. We choose 2 manual recliners and a chaise which is fabulous. We went with manual for longevity the less moving parts the longer it will last. Solid construction and a great metal ledge that sits on the floor at the front of the couch for support with the added benefit of keeping kids toys out from under the couch.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Problems One would think it feels amazing while in the showroom. One would think that if it is backordered for a long time it must be a winner. No! When it finally came one of the sections connecter was broke, stitching was bad on another piece and staples sticking out on bottom of piece so bad it snagged my husband's brand new Under Armour polo. You have to put the bottom legs on when assembling that's why the staple thing happened. My husband called and they ordered two new pieces and more months went by waiting for the same pieces we just waiting months to get. Soon after receiving one of the new pieces which was a recliner as soon as I sat on it I noticed it was nice and cushy. So in just a couple months the other one we had already lost its firmness. So you sank down easily. Poor quality. Then the chase lounge section springs squeek and that's drives us nuts and no one wants to sit there. The spring or springs broke. We haven't called that in because it will probably take 4 months to get. Now just noticed the so called leather is rubbing off between two sections. One section being the recliner and the other the corner wedge. If it's was good leather it wouldn't rub off in this short of time. I'm so disappointed in this purchase. I talked my husband into spending this much and can't believe the poor quality. I still have two leather couches that have recliners on both ends that I purchased from another furniture store in 2002 and yes now on some parts the cushions are sunken in and the recliner mechanisms aren't as good but they are 15 years old and I spent about $2000 on each of them or a little less. There is no comparison to the quality. I would never buy this furniture again and don't know if I trust any furniture from there after this waste of money. Big let down

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great if they lasted We bought this couch set with all power recliners and a center console. THE GOOD: Great for having space to spread out, since the seats are nicely sized it can fit 2 people if you wanted to snuggle for a movie night or if you have more than 2 people wanting to sit on the couch. The seats are a bit oversized for height as well as width, nice for tall people who like to recline and not have most of their legs still hanging off the edge, my husband is 6' 2'' and fits pretty well. As for the fabric, pet hair does do a bit of clinging to it, but can be easily vacuumed off. Staining is almost non-existent, which is great in a house with dogs and kids. Most spills wipe off with water and if they are heavier messes, a little of the cleaning solution from Sofa Mart takes it right out. The overall material has held up great in the less than 3 years. The power recline is the way to go, have multiple reclining options and its not too fast or too slow. THE BAD: The downside is the quality. About 3-4 months after buying the set, one of the seats practically fell apart. The bottom shifted or a board broke from under the seat because it leaned. If you sat too far near the arm rest you would find yourself lodged in a sink hole. The company was nice and replaced it for me, thankfully. But then about 6 months after that, one of the other chairs decided it was going to bottom out anytime someone sat in it. Company was great again and replaced this. Thought everything was good, maybe just got a few lemons. And then about 2 years after all of that 1 of the seats started to squeak the entire time it reclined, which ok I can live with that. But then another 1 started acting up, throwing a few squeaks and squeals in as it declines/reclines, and then the first one that started acting up turned super slow. To top it off, that same seat started to sag. And now the bottoming out issue has returned. Overall: These don't hold up! It is a shame to because the fabric is great, they are super comfortable, but no way would these last 10 years. Disappointed because the couches get used, but not to the extent to where they should be having these kinds of issues.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from BEST COUCH EVER FOR THE MONEY I bought this sectional about 10 years ago. I still have it! It is super comfortable. In the first 4 years with the electric recliner, a bolt broke under the metal support mechanism that reclines the chair. It would shift to one side when reclined. It took quite a bit of time and effort to get the company to come out and finally fix it. We got the run around, was told we had to call the manufacturer, who then sent us back to Furniture Row, who then kept sending us back to the manufacturer. We finally got an employee (after going down to the store in person) who actually helped us get the problem solved. They finally just brought us a new chair and took the old one back. Hallaluah! The cushions seem to break down failry fast, with continual use. My husbands uses the electric recliner, its breaking down for a second time with his constant use, but that's where we spend most of our time is in the living room, like most people. Now my armless recliner is kind of breaking down in the cushion, (I am not as heavy as my husband and don't spend as much time watching TV as he does) but the leather area where my feet rest is all coming off, and is wearing away. The brown color is now a reddish tan spot. Very unsightly. But for having this couch for 10 years, I must say, we definitely got our money's worth. I would even buy it again, even with my complaints. Nothing is perfect! And nothing lasts forever! I like that you can purchase each piece individually, so I guess I'll do that. Cheaper then a new couch, and I really like this couch!!
