This chair was just what I needed for my living room so I bought two of them. Really beautiful and very comfortable. I love Furniture Row. Just wish there was one closer to me.

I had a great experience at Furniture Row on Peach St. Our salesgirl was extremely nice and patient with my mom and myself and at no time did she make us feel rushed or hurried. She was great!! Our delivery arrived in the time frame promised and the delivery guys actually showed up a half hour EARLY!! haha. They were so professional and knew exactly what they were doing. I will definitely buy from there again and will absolutely recommend this store to anyone I know in the market for furniture. Thank you all so much!!!

The customer service is par to none .. everyone is so helpful and nice .. if there are any issues with delivery or the items they go above to try to correct it .. I was accidentally delivered the incorrect dining room and the guys picked it up and put the correct one together for me ! I wouldn’t shop anywhere else!

Helpful and knowledgable
We were looking for a very specific sofa and recliner set in a worn leather type material. We walked into the store 30 minutes before they were going to close and our associate, Molli, came right up to us and asked what we were looking for. Knowing what we had in mind she told us there were only 3 options in available and with patience showed us all the options and even offered to run pricing on the two we were interested in. There was no pressure to hurry and choose or hurry because it was close to closing. I would recommend Molli to anyone going up to the Erie, PA location. And while Furniture Row might not have a superstore size amount of items, what they do carry you can get in stock and have reasonable delivery times.

I’m very happy with my recent purchase of the Trenton table and chairs. I needed a small table for my new apartment and this fit in the space perfectly. it’s very sturdy and the padded chairs are comfortable.

My husband and I purchased our dining room from Furniture Row. We went in with the intention of just getting some chairs, but when we saw the price the full room set, we decided to go all in. Kelly was kind and friendly and, most importantly, no one TRIED to sell us anything. We were given space to look and shop without feeling remotely pressured.

we found sofa that we loved wihin 15 minutes.The staff were helpful explaining fabric and care. the price was well within our budget. The sofa was paid and the agreement was to put it on hold for 2 months until we moved to our new home.. We may return for additional furniture in the near future.

I absolutely adored this store. My consultant Jessica came right up. She was so kind and patient! I came in and told her exactly what I wanted and she delivered! Her first choice piece ended up being what we got after about 1.5 hours of me debating between two dining sets. Purchase Dining room table
We purchased a dining room table. Great selection at the store and no pressure from the salesman. When the table came in, there were parts missing. The salesman used a part from the floor model so that we could finish putting together our table. We were so grateful!

Couldn't ask for a better experience
We have purchased several items from the Peach Street, Erie, Pa location. It's always a pleasant experience. Dan is our salesperson and we seek him out as our sales rep, but all of the people there are kind and helpful and very professional. We have dealt with Jim and Brandon as well.
This place is really different and there is no high pressure sales people. They give you the information you ask for and guide you in the right direction, then they allow you to make a decision. We have purchased the Jaipur Bedroom Set and a recliner and could not be more pleased with all aspects of these purchases.

What a great process!
I have worked with furniture stores in the past, and all they want to do is sell you something today. What I liked about Dan and Furniture Row was that I could take my time over weeks and even months to make sure everything was just right. Dan was patient and knowledgeable, and understood that this was going to take some time. He always made sure that I felt comfortable, and that he was there if I needed him. I started this process with many options, but finally settled everything with Furniture Row. It's the only place I'll ever go in the future.

My wife and I recently were shopping for some living room furniture and because we had done business with the " other 2 stores" locally in the past we went there first. She decided we still weren't " feeling it" from the 1st 2 visits looking around for what we had in mind and once we entered this store we were surprised at the massive selection and most of all the inventory of this store is far and above littered with "different styles) of furniture that you wont see at other stores for sure. We were greeted promptly by a man named Dan Sharp who has an amazing ability of knowing how to "make a friend" with you...We said we were just wanting to look around and he said " no problem we're just happy your here" !! We eventually found something we really liked and got the info from him as to terms etc...we said we wanted to sleep on it and he made sure to go over the product features and benefits and what to look for when shopping other name brands etc...outstanding product knowledge and very loyal to his company...and by the way...SO NOT ACTING LIKE A SALESMAN...we got in touch with him 2 days later and told him we wanted to go ahead with what we discussed and the rest is history...we absolutely love what we bought and working with Dan made this experience one of the most amazing transactions we've ever had in the furniture business!! Definitely recommend this store and most of all Dan Sharp to anyone who wants a great experience for some great products!!

the perfect accent!
Furniture Row is conveniently located on Peach Street. As soon as I walked in, I saw groupings that caught my eye. But once I saw the perfect accent chair, I just built around it with the help of a helpful staff person. Without stalking me, he was helpful, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable . I came back the next day to place my order. I will definitely shop here again when I am working on another room transformation.

I purchased a recliner at Furniture Row, Erie PA recently. The sales service staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The overall experience was positive and the process of ordering a custom chair was quick and easy. The chair arrived within 6 weeks as promised. There was a defect in the chair which the store immediately rectified by ordering a new chair.
