We visited this Furniture Row a couple of weeks ago to purchase a new couch for our new place. Julie greeted us when we got to the store and helped us finalize our purchase of the Carver Reclining Sofa. I can’t say enough nice things about Julie, she was so accommodating and kind while we were in store and never made us feel pressured to purchase anything. Our couch was delivered less than a week later and Julie gave us a follow up call to make sure we were happy with the sofa. Overall the customer service experience with everyone in the company was top notch. I was further impressed by the added 5-year protection plan we purchased for only $99 that gives us access to FR’s line of environmentally and eco-friendly cleaning products for the next 5 years at no additional cost. I will definitely be making future furniture purchases with this store!

My husband and I shopped at Furniture Row over 4th of July weekend 2021.
They have a great selection of furniture. And many nice leather reclining couches, loveseat and recliner chairs.
Took us a couple days to narrow our search. We made our choice today and are very excited we bought it. We chose a Leather reclining love seat & 2 recliner swivel rockers. Very debonair and modern style.
We like the Zero interest over 7 years.
Our Sales person was very informative and answered all our questions. We never felt pressured.
Looking forward to years of enjoyment.

Everyone was extremely helpful. It was unfortunate a lof of products are on back order due to the pandemic. I personally found a lot of nice pieces in the slightly damaged/knicks/discontinued section and was able to find a great fit for me.

We were able to walk around without being inundated by sales people constantly. when I found something I liked and had questions about I found a helpful sales rep. Deb was awesome and quick. I was able to buy a couch and arrange delivery in 40 minute. Best furniture buying experience ever.

I recently moved to Lakewood from Chicago where I have visited few furniture stores over the course of time and the must annoying part is the sales person keeps fellowing you. At this store I was greeted by two sales men and I thought my shopping experience is going to be bad but no one followed me no one threw a sales pitch and I was so relax in trying different couches. I will be going back to purchase sometime soon. Thanks guys for a no pressure experience.

Furniture Row had exactly what I was looking for in terms of a living room couch and accent chairs. My sales rep Hannah answered all of my questions but did not pressure me or rush my decision. I was able to take time to select what fabric I wanted for my couch without being disturbed. It was a great shopping experience.

My puppy decided to make the console cover of our new couch his personal chew toy. I called Furniture Row to see if i could buy a replacement. Cassie at the Lakewood store initally said "no". I would have to buy a whole new unit. Then she called me back and told me she had been thinking about it and suggested I go to the Aurora store because they have the unit on clearance and I could get it cheaper. The aurora store ended up giving me the part I needed. Great customer service! Cassie didn't have to call me back.

Excellent service and competitive pricing
My husband and I purchased a new dining set and headboards. Julie was very nice and helpful, without being over involved like some salespersons have been that I’ve worked with. We left the store with exactly what we needed and spent less money than we planned, which is awesome! This was my first time shopping with furniture row as I usually purchase furniture from AFW. I don’t think I’ll ever shop at AFW again and have found a new furniture store.

Walked in, looked around without someone hovering, found what we were looking for. Blanca told us she would be available for questions and she was. She then helped us with fabric samples. We took them home and picked our fabric, came back and in 15 minutes had our order placed!! Wonderful.

Luke was our salesman and he is excellent. In just a few short minutes he helped us pick out the right bed. We were able to buy the store model as it was being discontinued and got a terrific deall on what we needed. The 4th of July sale helped a lot!

Great Selection & Payment options!
I shopped around at several different stores looking for the perfect sectional & found that the price/quality combination at Furniture Row was the best. They have attractive furniture that isn't going to fall apart in a year, the length of their warranties confirms that. You can also get a nice piece without breaking the bank-they have good financing options, too! I'd definitely recommend this store.

I love my new dining room set. Had purchased another one, got it home and didn’t like it in the space I had for it. Called the Lakewood store and over the phone i ordered another set and delivery was set up and pick up of my other set. Everything went smooth, got my new set (love it), the delivery men were great and I will definitely buy from Edward again. Great experience.

Great Shopping Experience
Salesperson greeted me immediately and assisted me all the way to purchase and follow-up after delivery. He was knowledgeable and friendly. The delivery experience was perfect. They arrived in the first 15 min of the 2 hr window and were very efficient . And were able to deliver 2 days after purchase. Most painless furniture experience I have ever had!

The selection was great our biggest dread going into stores is being pestered and followed around by a sales person. We did not experience that at all.we were asked a few times if we needed any assistance.when we had question's who ever was near by was happy to help. Great service and selection
We dropped by the Lakewood, CO Sofa Mart just 20 minutes before closing and expected not to find what we needed in that short time. However, we had an awesome salesperson, Phil, who not only gave us tons of information to help us choose between the many sofas we liked, but he kept the store open 40 minutes late for us without any pressure. We had a much better experience at this store than the other furniture stores we visited, and can't wait for our coaches to be delivered. My only regret is that we didn't make the purchase when the big sales were running a few weeks earlier.
