We purchased a Denver Mattress Doctor's Choice Hybrid Euro Top queen mattress in December and had it shipped to our rural Arizona home. We've been delighted with the mattress! It's supremely comfortable and everything we hoped it would be. Our sleep has vastly improved! Even better than the mattress was the service provided by Josh Lagat, manager of the Topeka store. After working with us to determine which mattress suited us best, he performed "far above and beyond" service to find the most economical way to have it delivered to us. He even contacted other Denver Mattress/Furniture Row stores in Arizona to find out their shipping policies and costs. We think the product, advice, and service we received by Josh were exceptional! Because we ended up ordering it online due to the shipping situation, we truly regret that Josh did not get credit for the sale and hope this will make it up to him.
