Rated 2 out of 5 by from Looks great but a hardware nightmare I purchased the dresser and chest set in Dec 2016. The pieces are of great quality wood and the design looks stunning. Shortly after one month, handles on drawers became lose and kept falling off. I am the only person using this, so it can’t sven be wear and tear due to high usage. The only way is to tighten the hardware pieces that hold the handles, so they won’t be lose and rotate; for there are holes on these pieces that need to line up correctly to hold the handles in place. But, you also cannot tighten them too much, again, due to alignment of the holes... hence the nightmare of a vicious circles of falling handles. Six months later, the door on the chest was “derailed” and came off. Apparently, hardware issues... again... there is also a crack that shows up on one of the support frame the right side of the chest. Advised by the representative when I made the purchase, I bought insurance/warranty, which, “replace any damages and gives you a peace of mind for such beautiful furnitures, hassle free”. Well, let me tell you, I tried through painful long “email only” contact to file for a claim on the chest, I was told “damage caused by manufacturer issues are not covered”. Hmnnnnnn. The door coming off and can’t be put back on is a manufacturer issue not covered? Then what do you cover? Like the representative said, “if I accidentally spill nail polishes on it”?!! The only plus I can say is the level of sympathy extended to me by the staffs at the store when I explained the situation and issue to them and asked for help. Nothing on their part can be done. It was the insurance/warranty company who holds the responsibility. I waited until now to write this because it is December 2018 and I still have a doorless chest sitting in my room staring at me everyday, with at least one handle on the floor. This eyesore will be moved to my storage room as a bookcase. I will not ask anyone not to purchase this furniture or that “worries free” insurance. But I sure hope my review will help shed some light into what to expect if you do.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful set I purchased the bed, one night stand, the dresser and mirror for my spare bedroom. I’ve had it since February 2017. It is a beautiful set that I’ve gotten a lot of compliments on. It has a fairly rustic feel and look to it. I think it’s a beautiful set that is definitely worth every penny.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent quality and timeless style The light touch on/off bar in the back is a very convienent option, we use it every day. Drawers are very well made as well. We have the California king bed, 2 night stands and chest. We have had them for 18 months and they are just as beautiful as the day we brought them home. This set is top quality solid wood furniture. We get compliments all the time on this furniture. I would definitely recommend.
