Rated 2 out of 5 by from Dissapointed 2 days in and the frame rubs against the metal slider, shaving the wood frame and ripping the leather cover. Chair has been discontinued probably due to this defect, so I can't order a new one. Not many power leather chair and a halfs out there. Thought we had found exactly what we wanted as we the kids can snuggle with us and its super comfy but was greatly disappointed when this happened not even a week into owning it. Going to try washer to lift the top frame from the bottom before going to another store.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Stay Clear Of This One I am on my 3rd chair. The first one the frame broke on it and they had to order a new one. I received the 2nd one and it was scratched on the fabric. Now I'm on the 3rd one. The buttons kept sticking so they took the plate off and the buttons work fine now. But, now this chair is making the same noise that the 1st one did. Meaning the frame is again broke. I have to say the manager of the store, Kim has been so very helpful and we have decided to go with another recliner and give that one a try. I had to pay extra for it which I'm not very happy about after having so many issues with these chairs but I am hoping that it will be of better quality.
