Rated 2 out of 5 by from Back Bar Problems Found this couch in store and was nice to sit on, it was up against a wall so I was unable to recline it properly which is when you feel the bar in your back. Very disappointed. With no return policy I feel like I just wasted money.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Everest Doesn't Measure Up Spent $5k for a complete living room set. I am super disappointed. The recliners are very uncomfortable with the 2×4 in the middle of your lower back. Additionally, the leather color is only dyed skin deep, so slight scratches from things in pockets stick out like a sore thumb. They looked and felt like the real deal in the store, but definitely NOT the real deal at home.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from The sofa is nice, except the reclining chair The reclining chair back keeps falling back on its own. I have not been able to find a manual or any help on how to prevent this from happening. It's driving me crazy!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst purchase ever! We originally went to Furniture Row to purchase a cloud sectional. The color we wanted in the cloud was discontinued and we were told that the cloud was being discontinued all together and replace with this sectional set and that it was better than the cloud.... discontinued and replaced with the cloud 2... we would’ve waited for that !!! The only good thing about this sectional is the fabric: it has held up to two dogs and children. It quickly became uncomfortable after about six months of use. You can feel the back bar in every one of the pieces and after under two years of use they are so uncomfortable, you can’t sit in two of the chairs. The pieces also don’t go together very well. There are certain configurations where the chairs won’t open unless you have a cupholder between the pieces. This is the most expensive piece of furniture we ever bought and it has been such a letdown.
