Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not Happy with this purchase Bought the Power reclining Sofa and chair back in Sept 2018, noticed right away that when sitting on it you lean or sink towards the arms where the power buttons are located, which you twist your lower back, called the store within 2 weeks of ownership and they sent out a repair man, he told us that there was nothing he could do, so no repair was done. It's horrible! You have to sit uneven or move farther from the arm to be comfortable, you need to sit basically between two cushions. Over $2000 wasted.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Absolute junk We bought 2 of these sofas because our sales person told us what great quality they were and that they had a 5 yr warranty. We have had these sofa's less than 2 yrs and the leather has split in 10 different places at the side of the reclining portion. Now it is splitting on the side of the middle part of the sofa. I would think leather would last longer than that. My daughter has a complete living room set she bought 12 yrs ago and she has 3 very active boys. Her furniture looks like new. My husband and I are 67 yrs old and we are the only 2 people who use this furniture. These sofas are pure junk!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor quality I purchased the sofa, loveseat and chair in June 2018 for our lake home. Well we were busy most of summer so never really tried it out. Well when we did we found that if lie down on the couch you fell the metal part in each seat that reclines. Very little padding. Also we found a small cut on the arm of the chair which I think was there from the delivery as I had a flashlight to look under the chair for a remote and it just happened to flash on the cut. Also the leather from this cut is shedding its color. Well I did not purchase extended warranty as we have no pets or small kids. Very disappointed not worth the $3,700.00 I paid for it. Very poor quality.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not holding up I purchased this sofa after returning the Truman sofa. The Truman was beautiful and supportive, but the footrest didn't raise high enough to be comfortable. Since I couldn't get a refund, I had to find a different sofa, and this one was the only one in the store that seemed supportive AND that had a footrest that raised up parallel to the floor. It's been a little over a year now, and I'm ready to shop for a new sofa already. When sitting for any length of time, the seat sinks in and tilts down toward the armrest. This is really hard on my back to be sitting at this uncomfortable angle. I've even tried sitting on the other side of the sofa, but now that one sinks down toward that arm, too, so it must just be a design flaw. I had to spend more for this sofa than I did for the Truman, and this one isn't even power-recline. As far as I'm concerned, it's a piece of junk.
