Rated 5 out of 5 by from Efficient, Simple and Fun My partner and I just moved in together and have found sleeping together on my queen bed to be a challenge. We were wanted to upgrade to a king, but were nervous about pricing and being overwhelmed with options and financing. After having Denver Mattress suggested to us, we headed over on a Monday night an hour or so before the location closed. Joe, the manager, was extremely friendly, knowledgable, and patient with us (he stayed a bit after closing time to make sure our process was wrapped up, but also not rushed). He also put up with more than one awkward and bad mattress joke from my partner. After we selected a mattress we decided to go with the complete set which included the pillows, pillow covers, and a mattress cover to protect our investment. Joe was helpful in helping my partner select a pillow perfect for his alignment as he was torn between two. The financing process was simple and we were grateful to hear that if for some reason our mattress doesn't end up suiting us, we can refund or exchange it for up to a year after our purchase. We were also thrilled to hear that Mattress Firm will pick up and discard my current mattress upon delivery of the new one. July 1st delivery can't come soon enough for us! Keep up the great work! Rated 5 out of 5 by from First mattress I've bought in a very long time, Nathan was a great help in whittling down the choices. So far enjoying the mattress very much, my back feels better in the morning. There are several choices for box spring/platform size, the first one delivered was way too tall so had to have an exchange which was done quickly and cheerfully.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Doctors Choice - Long Lasting We originally bought a Doctor's Choice from Denver Mattress and we've had this mattress for 8 years now with minimal dips from body signature and still very comfortable. Four years ago we decided we wanted a king size so we bought a high end Simmons Beautyrest from a different company and now have to replace this mattress (4 years old!!! Horrible!!!) due to extreme dips in the bed causing major back pains for both my wife and I (we are only 31 years old and aren't big or heavy people). We came in to Denver Mattress and worked with Nate recetly, and he was an amazing sellsman who was very professional, courteous, and informative!! We are having our mattress delivered this week so we are anxiously awaiting our new bed ( Doctors Choice Elite Plush)! We bought the pillows to go with the bed and those alone have already made a big difference in comfort (this is even with our super uncomfortable bed with large dips that we have to replace). One last thing, other companies fail to mention that you need to have a waterproof mattress cover to not void you warranty! Denver Mattress says they stand behind their warranty 100? which is awesome and they also provide the package deal that comes with everything you need to make sure you are covered (we now have size specific pillows to suite our preference and waterproof breathable covers for our mattress and our pillows)! Now if it does happen to sag, Denver Mattress has us covered under the great 15 year warranty. After our more than disappointing experience with another company and a dissapointing Simmons mattress we will only shop and own Denver Mattresses from now on! Thanks again Nate from the Longmont store on Ken Pratt for all of your knowledge and assistance in choosing our new mattress!

Furniture Row General Policies


1. Once the product has been received by the customer, there will be no returns. Product may be exchanged only; No refund will be given.*

2. In the event of damaged merchandise due to Furniture Row's handling, or defective merchandise as described in the manufacturer's warranty, the seller will, at their option, choose to repair or replace in order to correct the damage or defect. Damage caused by the customer's handling, transportation or use will not be covered.

3. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the product(s) purchased will fit into the desired room. Any charges incurred in transportation or delivery back to the store will be the customer's responsibility.

If Picking Product Up


1. No product will be released without the gold copy of your invoice.

2. Make sure the product will fit in your vehicle prior to attempting pick-up. Bring rope, adequate wraps and blankets to protect product.

3. We will assist in loading product into your vehicle, but you are responsible for tying and securing of load. Please note, due to insurance reasons, we are not authorized to tie down loads.

4. Obtain assembly instructions prior to leaving our loading dock. If you have questions, please ask your salesperson for assistance.

5. An imperfect or incorrect item could be shipped to us by the vendor. Please check your merchandise prior to loading; it is your responsibility to return any imperfect or incorrect product for exchange.


If Having Product Delivered


1. We regret that we cannot schedule specific times for delivery. However, you will be contacted the morning of the day of delivery before 10:00 am to inform you of the approximate time.

2. To change a delivery date, you must call a minimum of 24 hours prior to the scheduled date. Please allow up to one week for rescheduling.

3. Please check to ensure the delivery address, phone number and directions are correct on the invoice.

4. An adult over the age of 18 must be on hand with the gold copy of the invoice to sign for the delivery.

5. Please ensure that the room in which you want the merchandise placed is empty. Please note, due to insurance reasons, we are not authorized to rearrange or move existing personal property.
