Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Store My husband and I bought a bedroom set from Furniture Row a couple years ago, we are still extremely satisfied with the set and the quality of the furniture is suburb. Only a few days ago we purchased a new sectional couch and a new mattress and frame for our spare bedroom. The staff was extremely helpful and they made sure to fulfill our wants and needs. They will be delivering the couch and bed to our home once it arrives and will set it up for us, I am sure the delivery service will be above and beyond our expectations. I highly recommend the Yakima, WA store to all and we have also referred friends and family to this location.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing service I was hesitant to go mattress shopping as I do not like being bombarded by salesmen. However, when we arrived, Glenn immediately greeted us and asked if we needed helped or wanted to look around on our own. I appreciate this because I hate the pushy car lot type sales tactic. He showed us the beds we wanted as I asked for him to point us to some for lower back pain; he told us to enjoy trying them out and he would be back. My husband and I laid on multiple beds and Glenn returned to help us narrow the ones we enjoyed and pointed out some things we did not think of. Price didn’t matter, we just wanted a good nights rest. He brought some pillows over to have us try our sides and we usually end up side sleepers. Again he returned and we found the one we wanted. He put in the sale and coupon prices and we were very happy. The whole visit was perfect and I can’t wait for my new mattress to be delivered. We would definitely recommend Glenn and Denver mattress. He’s the perfect balance of helpful, honest, informative and respectful, without being pushy. It was a great experience.

I was very pleased to have been served by the Manager himself and he gave awesome customer service I was very happy to be able to choose what I want without having someone right by my side feeling like I had to make a quick decision. No not at Furniture Row the purchase was very hassle free. do recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great customer service from Glenn We went in the store and already knew what we were going to purchase after doing research on the internet. We told Glenn exactly what we were looking for, even though he was busy with other customers, seems he was the only one working the mattress department he made sure to let us know he would be right with us. He wrote up everything we were looking for and we were out of the store within an hour (some of that time was because he was working with other customers when we walked in) no problem for us, we were in no hurry. Thank you Glenn for you great customer service, looking forward to our new mattress.

Furniture Row General Policies


1. Once the product has been received by the customer, there will be no returns. Product may be exchanged only; No refund will be given.*

*If your order was a Special Order, this will follow the Terms and Conditions that you were presented at the time of your purchase. These can be viewed with this link:  Special Order Terms & Conditions

2. In the event of damaged merchandise due to Furniture Row's handling, or defective merchandise as described in the manufacturer's warranty, the seller will, at their option, choose to repair or replace in order to correct the damage or defect. Damage caused by the customer's handling, transportation or use will not be covered.

3. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the product(s) purchased will fit into the desired room. Any charges incurred in transportation or delivery back to the store will be the customer's responsibility.

If Picking Product Up


1. No product will be released without the gold copy of your invoice.

2. Make sure the product will fit in your vehicle prior to attempting pick-up. Bring rope, adequate wraps and blankets to protect product.

3. We will assist in loading product into your vehicle, but you are responsible for tying and securing of load. Please note, due to insurance reasons, we are not authorized to tie down loads.

4. Obtain assembly instructions prior to leaving our loading dock. If you have questions, please ask your salesperson for assistance.

5. An imperfect or incorrect item could be shipped to us by the vendor. Please check your merchandise prior to loading; it is your responsibility to return any imperfect or incorrect product for exchange.


If Having Product Delivered


1. We regret that we cannot schedule specific times for delivery. However, you will be contacted the morning of the day of delivery before 10:00 am to inform you of the approximate time.

2. To change a delivery date, you must call a minimum of 24 hours prior to the scheduled date. Please allow up to one week for rescheduling.

3. Please check to ensure the delivery address, phone number and directions are correct on the invoice.

4. An adult over the age of 18 must be on hand with the gold copy of the invoice to sign for the delivery.

5. Please ensure that the room in which you want the merchandise placed is empty. Please note, due to insurance reasons, we are not authorized to rearrange or move existing personal property.
