A Warm Welcome: Entryway & Sitting Room
Step through the bold black entryway and you’re immediately greeted by a space that feels both contemporary and inviting. The hardwood floors set the stage, while the sitting room opens up with a refined coastal vibe.
“I wanted this all to feel really classy but also very cozy, and so I found furniture that is functional and great for a family but also really timeless as well.” — Kelli
Dine in Style: The Dining Room
The dining room is all about modern elegance with a touch of practicality. Black walls and a gold chandelier bring a high-end feel, while the extendable dining table brings warmth and plenty of seating to the space
“I love this dining table because of how big it gets. The bench is really practical—it’s great for kids—and the wood tone is perfect and adds a really warm touch to the dining room.” — Kelli
Gather & Lounge: The Living Room
Just off the dining area, the living room is spacious and bright, featuring Kelli’s remodeled white fireplace as a stunning focal point.
“This sectional—not only is it huge, but it’s also really deep and very, very comfortable. We can really lounge and watch TV and it’s the perfect size for this space.” - Kelli
“I also have to say, this bar table is fabulous. I wanted to have some extra dining space when you come off the kitchen, but it’s also great if someone wanted to use it as a desk or a workspace. It’s got outlets on the side if you want to charge a phone or computer, and I love how it complements the wood tones of the curio.” — Kelli
Chic Retreat: Adult Bedroom 1
On the ground floor, this bedroom is all about warmth and versatility. The Frederick Bedroom Set’s rich wood tones are paired with the soft, glam Gwendolyn Dining Bench at the foot of the bed.
“I chose the bed because of the warm wood tones and its timeless look, and I wanted to pair it with something softer at the foot of the bed. The bench is actually a dining bench, but I think it’s perfect to put at the foot of the bed so you can sit down and put on your shoes in the morning.”

Primary Suite Perfection: Bedroom 2
The next bedroom is a serene retreat with bold striped walls and a sophisticated mix of dark and light tones.
“This another beautiful bed with timeless wood tones, but it has an upholstered headboard and, a really cool thing, it actually has a little button on the side that will turn on little lights, and you can charge your phone on the corner too.” — Kelli
Playful & Personal: Guest Bedrooms 3 & 4
Kelli’s love of wallpaper shines in these fun, personality-packed rooms. Each space features unique accent walls and carefully chosen bedroom sets, creating inviting retreats that feel both fresh and thoughtfully styled.
“If you know me at all, you know I love wallpaper. I have it in about every room. I think it adds so much character to the space.” — Kelli
“In guest bedroom 3 you can see my thing for wood again…but, changing it up the tones with a darker wood. This one also has an upholstered headboard with a beautiful gray backing. I love the texture that it adds, and I think it complements the wall paper so well.” - Kelli
“I love bedroom 4 because there’s a lot of texture and dimension going on with the wood paneling and the headboard. I love how the two different types of wood go together. I wanted it to feel really cozy but high-end and inviting and I think this bed really does the trick.” — Kelli
The Ultimate Bunk Room
Perfect for sleepovers and big families, the bunk room features two twin-over-full bunks with extra storage and a washable rug for easy clean-ups.
“So this is the bunk room. I love the deep rich wood tones, again, on the bunks. We got a twin over full, so you can get a lot of little kiddos in there ... plus this is an extra space for storage, or for a trundle bed as well.” — Kelli
Outdoor Oasis: The Patio
The covered pool area is an entertainer’s dream, with plenty of seating clusters for relaxing and soaking up the sun.
“So I wanted the outdoor space to be an extension of the living room and dining room. I love this table. It is beautiful, it seats quite a few people, and there's a bench over here on this side for the kids. And I love how the texture of the chairs complements the texture over here on the sectional, too." - Kelli
