Edwin the sales associate there was excellent. he was very helpful and knowledgeable. he was also kind and considerate and let us walk around the store and Inspect and try out some of the furniture. he was instantly there to help us when we were ready. I will definitely be back and tell people I know about this place.

The dining room set I saw on television that inspired me to go in turned out to be sold out nationwide, but my salesman Aronold connected me with an even nicer, all be it more expensive ensemble and I LOVE it. We are itinerary shoppers. We walked in with a couple of options in mind, the salesperson recognized that we had a clear agenda, explained the differences and optional configurations to help us make a decision. total process took less than an hour. Delivery and installation was fast and easy. We actually found a minor defect in the product, and the store repaired it the next day.

My experience was very good. As I browsed the sales staff did not hover or pester, but when i was ready to consider a purchase they were there to assist me. When i pointed out a lower online sales price, there was no discussion - that was the price. Michelle was very personable and helpful, as well as the delivery crew. Good follow up and communication.

I have been a customer for years and in February we bought a beautiful sofa and love seat. The leather on the sofa started to deteriorate recently so I called the local store. Minnie answered the phone and was very helpful and informative. She asked me to send pictures. Within moments of sending the photos, I received a call from Minnie and our problem was resolved. I was stunned that it was this easy and more than that she gave me excellent advice for caring for my sofa to avoid this in the future. I told my husband, we are never buying furniture anywhere else.

This was the first time I had been to Sofa Mart and I was blown away by the service, selection, prices and quality. The first thing that struck me is how patient the representative was, he was not pushy at all, he listened to what I wanted and answered all my questions. I have already recommended this place to two different people!

Minnie the sales clerk was able to listen to my needs and direct me to the best sectional couch for me. She had information about the minimal (if any) maintenance needed for electric recliners and put my mind at ease. This was the best retail experience I have ever had.

This was my second purchase from Sofa Mart. The customer service is always great. Adam helped this time and was really great and patient as i had a lot of questions! I was shown an alternative option that still gave me all I had wanted in the furniture style but also met the budget I mentioned wanting to stay within. I was very happy with my shopping experience on both visits.

I have purchased the Jesse set and as I have not received it yet, I cannot comment on the durability as of yet. I did like what I had seen in the store and I think my family will be happy with the purchase. The customer service was excellent and I had an enjoyable buying experience.

The Oak Express location just off of I-40 and Carlisle in Albuquerque is conveniently located with ample parking. The store is clean, well lit and well organized. We had no difficulty locating the types of items we were shopping for. It was our second visit. The sales representatives who greeted us were courteous, friendly and informative. They helped us understand the differences between various gathering table and chair sets, and which items could be purchased separately, so that we could make a decision. We actually want to modify a table on display and were concerned about how much weight it might carry. The sales representative literally hopped up on the table and proclaimed that it would hold at least 265 lbs. Now that is service! We bought the table and 8 chairs at great prices. The store will assemble the items and deliver them for a very reasonable charge at a time that is convenient for us. It could not have been a smoother transaction.

Upon entering sofa mart we were greeted with hello we were half way through the store when a friendly sales associate (Adam) offered help. We were vague on what we wanted and Adam was able to steer us to great ideas. We found an sissor lift coffee table that Adam and an associate worked hard to help us purchase and load into car. We will be going back to this store.

Was pleased with all the fine selections to choose from, but more excited that they still had matching chairs to our kitchen set from over 20 years. This is why we visited showroom..

We went into Sofa Mart in Albuquerque, NM for the first time and were very happy. We went in looking to furnish a new home. We were happy with the quality of service and selection provided. We had a very helpful and knowledgeable sales person which helped ease the whole process as there are so many furniture stores where quality service is lacking. 5 stars all around.

Louis at the Albuquerque store was fantastic. Louis started by greeting us with kindness, warmth, and asked how we were doing. They let us know they were there if we had any questions. Louis was attentive without being pushy and answered questions we had and being honest if there was something they couldn't answer while asking a co-worker to ensure we had an accurate answer. Louis balanced the attention perfectly with allowing our need to explore items on our own. Throughout the sales process Louis was friendly and helpful. We've had a previous bad experience at the store which kept us away for years after having purchased several items. The experience with Louis has turned us back into customers and we anticipate returning for additional purchases. We also appreciate the helpful attitude from Joshua, Louis's manager today. My furniture looks great and is well built. The price was also good compared to competing furniture. Finally, Furniture Row met the original delivery date and the delivery folks made things easy and on time.
