Review for Furniture Row I’ve been a loyal customer of Furniture Row for years, typically visiting every six months just to check in. I always look forward to picking up their wonderful throw blankets for Christmas. Recently, I decided to purchase a bed from them, and I’m thrilled with the experience. The staff at Furniture Row is exceptional. They truly take the time to understand your needs rather than rushing to make a sale. Their customer service is top-notch, deserving a solid 10/10. The quality of their real wood furniture is worth every penny. I even moved last year, and Furniture Row went above and beyond by helping with the setup and assembly of my new bed. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is evident in everything they do. Highly recommend!

Worked with Dallas at thr Spokane Valley store. He greeted us as we came in and told us thr layout of the store and where to find everything. He gave us space to browse which we appreciated and also checked in a couple of times to make sure we were doing good. when we were ready to purchase, he helped us out and got us on our way. Great service without the pressure of a salesman. Highly recommend visiting Dallas.

I went yesterday looking for a comfortable yet not overpriced smaller couch. after visiting several stores it seemed like the task at hand I was looking for was going to be impossible, that was until I looked at the clearance section at furniture Row. I was pleasantly surprised to find some amazing products marked down into affordable ranges. I purchased a couch that was all leather and extremely comfortable within my price range. they brought me back a tape measure so I could verify it would fit, I even realized I forgot my wallet and they held it for me so I could go home and pay for it. very professional, The guy I had was super helpful and I’m glad I made the stop. thank you furniture Row!

I could not be more impressed by the service we received here. We left after a bad experience at MOR furniture in Spokane extremely irritated and discouraged but just stopped to look. We were helped by Dallas, who I highly recommend, as well as Ryan in mattresses- who is awesome as well. We ordered a bed set and a mattress. The quality of this furniture is very good. Much better than Ashley furniture as well. Go see Dallas and his team if you want a good experience buying furniture.

We were very impressed with Dallas when we visited the Valley store looking for a dining room set. He was knowledgeable and helpful. We found exactly what we were looking for and appreciated the good customer service.

We were at Furniture Row three days in a row, and the staff was incredibly friendly. With furniture prices so high right now, we made several (10+) stops around town, including another Furniture Row location, but we were drawn back to the sales expertise at this location as well as the comfort of shopping in this store. The selection is large and I love the layout. We wandered through a couple of times and I felt like I saw new pieces each and every time, just because they have so much you can't possibly see it all the first time through. There was plenty of space to peruse each living room's selection that helped me to visualize what the furniture might look like in my own space. The gentleman that helped us was incredibly friendly but also gave us plenty of space to sit, think, test, and wander. He made sure to check in with us every so often, but not in a salesy way, and often when he was checking in, I had new questions to ask. I would definitely recommend our sales guy and this store to any of my friends. Note: Four stars on the value, because I would have loved a steeper discount on the price, given that it's Veteran's Day weekend "sale" time, but we're still very happy and excited with our purchase and can't wait for it to be delivered! It could absolutely be a 5-star purchase once the pieces are in our home, though. Only time will tell!

I visited the Spokane Valley store to purchase a love seat and mattress for my grandmother. The employees were friendly upon arrival but also gave us the space to look around without them hovering. For someone who hates dealing with sales people, this was amazing for me! I loved that I had the space to look around but also that they were there to answer questions if I had them. The folks in the mattress section even stayed late to help. I really was blown away and cannot say enough positive things about my experience. 5 stars. Would definitely recommend.

Even though we have yet to receive the recliner just purchased last night, I wanted to give a rave review of the great service given by Kyle. He was very helpful and gave us a good price. Although we ordered, on the phone, we had gone into the store to look around last month. The employees were friendly, soft-spoken and did not hover over us. In fact, they simply told us to come ask them when we needed assistance. This is why I thought of them when ready to purchase.

We bought a mattress and a bedroom set. Mark and Isai were very knowledgeable and helpful and worked together to coordinate the delivery of our items. The delivery guys did a good job of setting everything up the way we wanted it. They all made it easy for us.

I have purchased multiple living room sets, bedroom and dining room sets. my latest of a sectional and media fireplace is exactly what I was looking for. I have never had any issues with Furniture Row. Any issues that I have had with pieces, they have taken care of it immediately! Will and have recommended!

Kyle, otherwise known as “K2”, was extremely helpful to us last night in our first the Furniture Row experience. We came in about an hour before close with a rough idea of what we were looking for. We felt from the very beginning until the end and even day after follow up. Kyle was very honest and supportive with all of our ideas mix-matching chairs for the dining room table, switching plans and asking a bunch of questions from both husband and wife, extended that patience for bed frames even over onto the mattress side with his colleague. He was very patient with us we never felt rushed or like he was trying to oversell anything. Even with staying after hours to get the details worked out he was gracious and happy. With the extended Memorial Day promotions and all of the configurations he was looking at the details from every angle making sure we got the best value for our money and time. He considered all of our needs for convenience including delivery to Idaho and considering sales tax on a fairly large purchase. We were extremely satisfied with the items we found and even more grateful for our experience because of Kyle ‘s outstanding customer service. Thank you so much! Me and my wife had a great experience today at the Spokane valley location. Everything was set up very neatly and easily accessible. The great selection lead us to finding the perfect sofa set for us. The salesman that helped us with the purchase was very informative about everything we needed to know and also shared some good laughs with us. It was nice to have someone there for us not just the sale. Thank you.

We have looked at 5 other stores for the right sofa sleeper. We had never been to Furniture Row and decided to give it a try. We were only in the store about 10-15 . minutes. Service was excellent, the price of our sleeper was lower than other places and the sleeper was exactly what we were lookinf for. Thank you.

For over 20 years, Darrell and staff have been there for all of our furniture needs. Our living room, den, office, dining room and two bed rooms are furnished by Furniture Row. Our last visit was complicated . . . couldn't bring it all together color wise. They were patient with us through our many choices. I think other stores would not have done this. One time we couldn't find what we need at Furniture Row so we went and looked at every other major furniture in the Spokane area. We soon learned that no store can compare (selection, quality, service) so now we won't even look else where. Once when visiting our daughter in Ft Collins we went to local store and found the same type of service, quality and selection. She got a dining room set and bed frame. . . she was very happy. I took my mom in to buy a glider today. We had the BEST customer service from Kent Belstad. He was personable, friendly, and really took care of us. I usually don’t like shopping at Furniture Row because the sales people I’ve had in the past don’t really seem to care about service. If you want a great experience, see Kent! He is great! This Manager named Brandon was so nice and super willing to go above and beyond with his help. I would never be back to the store until he helped me. We had been looking for a bedroom set and finally ended up at Furniture Row and made it our last stop. The set we bought was exactly what my wife had been looking for and it was great quality.

Very friendly staff, they answer the questions and leave you to shop, but are close by to supply answers and check inventory.

We were looking for something other than the ordinary because the space we have is smaller as we are downsizing significantly. However, we have things that we needed to fit our lifestyle and the room to keep them. The bedroom set fit the bill for both the storage and the smaller footprint required. The representative, Paul, was very knowledgeable and helpful in his suggestions although we were looking for something non-traditional. Overall a great experience.

I went in looking for a bed that I had in mind and the correct color wasn't in stock, so the nice gentleman that was helping me worked very hard at finding me the color and ordered it for me. He was very attenative and helpful, I had a great experience.

We were looking for a new table for out breakfast area. The sales staff left us alone to shop and talk until we were ready to ask questions. I loved they were not hovering or pushy. They were knowledgeable about what we were looking at and were able to answer all of our questions. We will be back when we are ready for our dining room table.

We purchased the Sedona dining set and we love it! Stetson was very helpful with helping us to take measurements and decide which set was right for our area. The set, itself, is beautiful and of great quality. When we decided, at a later date, that we needed two more chairs we just dropped by the store and they had two in stock. They were purchased and loaded up, all in under 15 minutes. Now that's service! We wouldn't hesitate to shop here again. In fact, we highly recommend it!
