Guests can enter by scanning the QR code placed in Furniture Row lounge areas and displays throughout Denver Fashion Week.

Prize: One (1) winner will receive a $5,000 Furniture Row Gift Certificate

Winner Selection: November 17, 2025

Winner Notification: The winner will be notified by email using the address submitted at entry.

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not improve the chances of winning.

Entry

Scan the QR code on the “Enter for a Chance to Win” signage found in Furniture Row lounge areas during Denver Fashion Week held in Denver, Colorado, from November 8, 2025, through November 16, 2025.

Eligibility

The Furniture Row Denver Fashion Week Gift Certificate Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to persons who are residents of the State of Colorado and 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees of Furniture Row, LLC (the “Sponsor”), its affiliates, agencies, and subsidiaries, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to participate.

Drawing

The winner will be selected in a random drawing to be conducted on or about November 17, 2025, by Furniture Row, LLC. The Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding on all matters related to this Giveaway.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive a $5,000 Furniture Row Gift Certificate valid at any Furniture Row store, including Sofa Mart®, Oak Express®, Bedroom Expressions®, Furniture Row Living®, Furniture Row Dining®, or Furniture Row Bedroom®.
 The approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize is $5,000.

Gift certificates must be redeemed within five (5) years of issuance unless otherwise required by state law. Certificates may be applied to merchandise, delivery, and product protection offers but may not be applied to sales taxes. The winner is responsible for all applicable local, state, and federal taxes. Any unspent balance at the time of redemption will be forfeited.

Notification

The winner will be notified via email. If a prize notification is returned as undeliverable or if the winner does not respond within a reasonable time, the winner will be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be selected at the Sponsor’s discretion.

General Terms and Conditions

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. By entering, all entrants agree to abide by these rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash redemption or substitution is permitted, except at the discretion of the Sponsor.
 If the Giveaway becomes technically corrupted or cannot operate as planned, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend the promotion and select the winner from all eligible entries received prior to cancellation.

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Furniture Row, LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation or acceptance of any prize. Acceptance of the prize constitutes consent for the Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, and biographical information for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Arbitration

Except where prohibited, all disputes related to this Giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration pursuant to the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The Federal Arbitration Act governs such arbitration.

Choice of Law

All issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforcement of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA.
