Every time I come into the store I’m greeted by the friendly staff. I have worked w/ Jacob and recently Brad. I’m wanting another massage chair and this is where I would definitely buy one! I like that I can test them out in the store. the deals they run are pretty awesome.. I hope I’m able to get that 2nd chair soon!

I called to see if the items were in stock to save a 100 mile round trip. They were not but Gabriel said he could order and contact me when the items arrived. he answered all my questions and searched other stores to see if they had them in stock then ordered what I needed and I paid with some link he walked me through to be able to use. Very good person.

Found just what we wanted
We had looked at several stores all day long. We couldn't find exactly what we wanted. Either we were settling for less to save money or we were going to spend way more than we needed.
Nelson showed us several choices, then we found exactly what we were looking for at the right price! And he was helpful and knowledgeable, but not "hard sell". We bought two power recline sofas in top grain leather; pretty and comfortable. We walked out feeling great about our purchase. If we need furniture in the future, we will go see Nelson.

We had the absolute most amazing experience with Furniture Row this weekend. We bought a sectional back in April 2016. About a month after we bought it the armrest broke, we had bought in the extended warranty, but the warranty company said they wouldn't cover it. The local store replaced the defective chair but within another month we started noticing that the cushions would not stay at on and the fabric was wearing very quickly. We started looking for another couch and put a review on the sectional on Furniture Row's website. Within six hours of doing the review I had been contacted by their quality assurance by email they let me know that the local store would be contacting us within the next 24-48 hours. Jacob called, he had originally sold us the sectional, he told us to come in the next day and that we would be getting a credit for our sectional to buy what we wanted. We had an amazing experience and Jacob gave us an even more amazing deal on the sectional that we have now. We have been shopping with Furniture Row for 6 years and this is why. they always go above and beyond to make sure that we get what we want and are completely satisfied with our product and purchase. Thank you so much for the awesome experience and for being willing to ensure that your customers are happy.

Great place
I went in just to look, fell in love with two lamps. However, one was a little different from the other. The man helping me said they would order two more to make sure they matched. He did. I went to pick them up and they took them out of the box and made sure they were what i liked. Very nice staff. I will shop here again.

Great service!
I was very impressed with the service at Furniture Row. One of my pet peeves is for a salesman to be breathing down my neck as we're trying to look around. The salesman immediately made himself available, informed us of the sales, and gave us space to look. When we had questions he immediately made himself available again and knew the answers. He was very knowledgeable. If he wasn't sure about the answer, he quickly found out. We will definitely be returning.

Nelson was very helpful. He was quick to determine what my needs where then directed me to my options, gave me enough information to make a decision and then let me decide without any pressure. After I decided, he processed my order quickly and I was out of the store in no time!

First visit to this location and was pleasantly surprised. Salesperson was friendly & helpful. Answered all of our questions concerning the item we were searching for -- measured beds & mattresses; helped with mattress pads, and bed frames. Gave us time to digest the information, and look around. Came back to answer more questions before we made our purchase. A very good experience for us, and looking forward to our purchase arriving!

Very helpful!
We bought our daughter and her family a dining room table for Christmas. The salesman was very helpful, but not a "stalker". He stayed in the area to answer questions, but did not pressure us in any way. They wanted a table that was smaller most of the time, but they could put a leaf in if they had company. He not only helped us to find the perfect table, but helped save us about $80 when we were picking the chairs to go with it. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone!

purchased over $3000.00 on furniture. Waited almost 2 weeks for delivery to find that they messed up the items. Called store spoke to shift manager and expected us to pay an additional $70.00 for their error. All dhe could do was apologize but wouldn't fix their error unless we paid the difference between the 2 items the mixed up. We paid cash and now we don't have furniture and have to wait 5 to 10 business days for a refund check that we are expected to pick up at the store. I understand mistakes can happen but it wasn't our fault and they still wanted us to pay more money. not hapoy

I bought a Denver mattress from this store its not 5 years old and it sags with my body and if anyone else is on the other side they roll down I went to the store Joshua S. told me it's ill under warranty and to go take pictures with a golf ball and send him . we'll he texts and said I don't see any sagging I told him to come lay on it and he can see . which he doesn't do. I receive a call and he said there's nothing we can do. so I recommend not buying any mattresses there.
