This was our second time working with our sales associate Edwin Mugwagwa. He was professional and very helpful. Edwin the sales associate there was excellent. he was very helpful and knowledgeable. he was also kind and considerate and let us walk around the store and Inspect and try out some of the furniture. he was instantly there to help us when we were ready. I will definitely be back and tell people I know about this place.

We are itinerary shoppers. We walked in with a couple of options in mind, the salesperson recognized that we had a clear agenda, explained the differences and optional configurations to help us make a decision. total process took less than an hour. Delivery and installation was fast and easy. We actually found a minor defect in the product, and the store repaired it the next day.

My experience was very good. As I browsed the sales staff did not hover or pester, but when i was ready to consider a purchase they were there to assist me. When i pointed out a lower online sales price, there was no discussion - that was the price. Michelle was very personable and helpful, as well as the delivery crew. Good follow up and communication.

Louis at the Albuquerque store was fantastic. Louis started by greeting us with kindness, warmth, and asked how we were doing. They let us know they were there if we had any questions. Louis was attentive without being pushy and answered questions we had and being honest if there was something they couldn't answer while asking a co-worker to ensure we had an accurate answer.
Louis balanced the attention perfectly with allowing our need to explore items on our own. Throughout the sales process Louis was friendly and helpful.
We've had a previous bad experience at the store which kept us away for years after having purchased several items. The experience with Louis has turned us back into customers and we anticipate returning for additional purchases. We also appreciate the helpful attitude from Joshua, Louis's manager today.

We looked around for quite awhile to find a kitchen table that would be both attractive and functional when the grandkids were here. I found the beautiful Bellisario set at furniture Row in Albuquerque! We chose the table with 2 benches and 2 end chairs. The benches utilize the space and allow for more seating. I love the rustic pine look of the set and the sturdiness as well. It’s Perfect! All the sales people were very pleasant, professional and extremely helpful when I called with questions before and after purchasing. One small issue was a misquote regarding the delivery fee; however, my husband said it was well worth the money spent considering the efficiency and partial assembly upon delivery! I would definitely recommend Furniture Row and I would shop there again! Thanks for making this a wonderful experience!

Very happy

Purchased a new recliner for my hubby. We had previously bought a recliner from Big Lots, which didn't even last a year before it started falling apart. The salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained the way each type of chair is manufactured and helped us with quality and warranty information. Right Place, Right Stuff, Right Price
The Oak Express location just off of I-40 and Carlisle in Albuquerque is conveniently located with ample parking. The store is clean, well lit and well organized. We had no difficulty locating the types of items we were shopping for. It was our second visit. The sales representatives who greeted us were courteous, friendly and informative. They helped us understand the differences between various gathering table and chair sets, and which items could be purchased separately, so that we could make a decision. We actually want to modify a table on display and were concerned about how much weight it might carry. The sales representative literally hopped up on the table and proclaimed that it would hold at least 265 lbs. Now that is service! We bought the table and 8 chairs at great prices. The store will assemble the items and deliver them for a very reasonable charge at a time that is convenient for us. It could not have been a smoother transaction.

Awesome helpers
Upon entering sofa mart we were greeted with hello we were half way through the store when a friendly sales associate (Adam) offered help. We were vague on what we wanted and Adam was able to steer us to great ideas. We found an sissor lift coffee table that Adam and an associate worked hard to help us purchase and load into car. We will be going back to this store.

Entertainment Stand
Went in looking for a TV stand to match a living room set purchased several years ago. The staff was quick to process the order in store. There were issues with the shipment, which could have delayed delivery around 3 months. Store associates were thorough in their explanation of the situation and offered a display model in its place.
Delivery went smoothly; there were a couple minor issues as noted by the delivery personnel that I was able to set up repair with the store the following day.
In all, though there were hiccups outside of the store's control, all employees I had interactions with were up front and helpful throughout the entire process.

From the moment we entered the store they acknowledged us right away asked if they could help find something then left us alone to find what we wanted but at the same time let us know periodically if they could help. Great customer service and worked with us when we found what we wanted. Dillon was excellent with us and will come back to purchase more furniture plus recommend to all.

Great Prices for Nice Furniture
I am from New England and have lived in the southwest for three years now. I love antique and distressed style furniture and I found it at Furniture Row.
