Had a good experience so far woth Irma. Huge store. Very pleased with selections. Kind of a 1 stop shop location. I have rated on my single and very first visit. Next to see how shipping and delivery go. They set good expectations for ETA and confident if things go haywire, they work to find a solution that works for us. Value I cannot account for yet really, I have not become familiar with build. ware. I cannot give proper account for that only being with each piece today a short time. I can say however, thete is a vast variety of options for every home.

During my recent visit to the Amarillo location I was very satisfied! I was able to find just what we were looking for in the living area. There was plenty to select from with any possible combinations you can come up with. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and great help. The check out process was quick and easy!

The Furniture Row store in Amarillo had many of the styles I was looking for. But what made me want to come back again was the amazing help of their sales associate Irma. She was beyond helpful and amazingly patient with all my questions, working with me on out-of-state delivery, and anything else I could need.

Jeff, my salesman, was the best ever! He listened to what I wanted, pointed me in the right direction and, sold me the perfect sectional for my home. HE is the reason I will go back for dining room and bedroom furniture in a few weeks!!!!

I went in to see a particular loveseat (Trinity) that I was interested in. When I first walked in, I wasn't greeted which I enjoy the opportunity to look around, which gives a sense of freedom. In a short while I had a salesperson (Zach Green) approach me asking if I was interested in anything. I told him I was interested in the Trinity loveseat. I had read online that this loveseat had coils in the cushions, but I was wondering about high density foam. He could have just given me answer, but he went and checked on it to make sure. I purchased this loveseat and the process was smooth. I will continue to check here first for other buys.

Excellent service! I stopped in about 15 min before closing and with the salesman's help I found exactly what I wanted in those 15 minutes. I had just come from another store and had spent an hour and a half not finding what I was looking for. So this was wonderful for someone who hates to shop.

White Chest of Drawers
Went to Furniture Row looking for a Small white Chest of Drawers to use in a closet. Found the chest in the "Scratch & Dent" area, much better quality than a similar one at Wal-Mart. The price was considerably higher than I wanted to spend, so the sales person asked the manager for a better price, $200.00 off the sale price... WINNER!!!
Perfect for our needs and the chest even has a hidden drawer for valuables, Perfect.

Could not have been any easier
My brother and I recently had the pleasure of entering the Furniture Row show room in the Amarillo location. What a great selection to look at, We were greeted very nicely and welcomed into the store. They asked if we needed help, we replied not yet, but will let them know if we did, we were then invited to look thru the store without a salesman badgering us on what we were looking for. Needing a new living room set and guest room furniture, there were several interesting and beautiful designs to choose from ranging in very affordable to wishful thinking...on my brothers part.. after an hour or so I had my mind made up and at that time we asked for help, Nathan our salesman was a very nice gentleman who helped us through the ordering process. I had now purchased a new couch, reclining chair and a new coffee table, dining room furniture....still needing a new mattress I was directed next store to Denver Mattress, owned by Furniture Row..met with Mike, who showed us many options, I decided on which Mattress Set I wanted and he also took us through the ordering process.
Now going back to Furniture Row to order my Headboard and night stand, Nathan again took great care of us.
Still not done shopping yet, I decided I wanted the end tables, Nathan was off that day and we were greeted by Brandon, the store manager. He helped me with my new order and should be receiving the new tables early January.
What a great experience it was buying the furniture, I am now enjoying my new couch and coffee table,as well as my new dinette set, my brother is sleeping comfortably in the new guest room Mattress set, will be picking up the "Bed" today and setting that up. It was painless, affordable and a great staff at Furniture made that all possible. I highly recommend Brandon and his staff if you are out there looking for new furniture...110% Completely Satisfied.

We went to an upscale furniture store here in town looking for a farmhouse table. We found one that came with the table and a bench or the table and two chairs for $1800. My wife really wanted it but it was too pricey. We went to Oak Express just to look for ideas. The very same table was for sale there. We got the table the bench and four chairs for $1400 and being tax free weekend they discounted what the tax would have been and it got four chairs which we would have had to add to the other one at the upscale store. Total spent was $1450 with five year warranty plus delivery and set up and wood care products for life free. The money we saved on this set was $931.50 and that is not counting delivery for that store and the free wood care products. We saved over $1000 with a no pressure salesman.

Great service from the salesmen working the floor
The salesmen helped us to choose the best bedroom furniture for our kids bedrooms. The gave us information on the types of mattresses they carried for twin beds. I'm excited about the quality of the chest of drawers. They seemed to be very sturdy and will hold up great to kids use.

My husband I returned to Furniture Row to buy another set of living room furniture because of price & durability of furniture. Our first couch & love seat were leather & I loved them but in the past year our cat decided to use it as a scratching post & has ruined them...otherwise we would still have them. Instead of shopping around we came directly to this store & found what we are looking for...we are happy with our purchase. The sales associate was knowledgeable & wasn't pushy but gave us plenty of time to decide. We also (in yrs past) also purchased a dinning room table....we still love it!

Jackie - best service
Jackie by far exceeds any expectations you have! She is so helpful and keeps you well informed. We recently bought from Oak Express and Sofa Mart. There were issues with delivery but every time an issue came up, Jackie from Oak Express called us and told us what was going on as well as apologized for the holdups. We never heard from Sofa Mart once, that is unless WE called them. If it wasn't for Jackie from Oak Express, we might not have went back in and bought a few more pieces. She was the reason we decided to go back. I'm sure she treats all of her customers this way and should be given a raise and a promotion. In regards to service and dealing with customers, the Sofa Mart side could learn an thing or two from her.
On another note, the store itself has a wide range of selections to choose from. We do love our furniture.

Great place to shop for furniture
My husband and I bought our King sized bed frame from here, and when we had issues with some of the panels, we had absolutely no problem with the company replacing it at no cost to us. The service is always friendly and helpful, and we love doing business with them. We just bought our son a bunk bed from here. I always suggest getting the warranties, as they are worth every penny.
