Best place for furniture
I enjoy my experience every time I shop here. It is convenient for all household furnishings. I would like to recommend this for anyone looking for a bed, dining room and living room furniture. They also have home decor which is also great!

we went to Furniture Row after going to a few other furniture stores.
the gentleman that helped us, Dillon Quast, was the most amazing salesman.
he followed us around answering any and all questions. gave advice and helped us pick colors and tried to find us the best deals possible.
he was pleasant and fun to be around and extremely knowledgeable.
we will be back again.

I have been searching for awhile looking for the right furniture for our new home. Went to several different furniture stores and could not find anything. Finally went to Furniture Row and had the most helpful sales person ever. Helped us find and order exactly what I had visioned for our living room. Super nice staff! Had a wonderful experience! I walked into this store assuming I would be bombarded with sales reps pushing me to buy. These were the most laid back, non-pushy people I think I have ever dealt with! I found some great furniture that I am interested in buying in the near future with their vast selection. Would recommend 10/10 for the options offered and mellow vibes!

Eddie, Becky and Dillon were all fabulous to work with. Great pricing, great service, friendly staff. I ordered home furniture and office furniture. Opened a CC and got 4 yrs interest free. What more can you ask for.

I bought a sofa on Saturday. Then, on Wednesday bought a dining set. The sales people are top notch. Everyone was pleasant and professional. They are very helpful but not pushy. I am thrilled with both purchases. Maybe I’ll be back again this week? We will see.

I went in to find a Lazy Boy replacement. A very nice young man greeted me and helped me locate the chairs and answered a few questions about them. I got a new chair in less than 20 minutes. This is how I like to do my shopping, quick and easy. I will definitely come back. I have to pick up my chair. 😂😂 Seriously, I will come back for anything else I need in the future.

James Drake is Great! Provide details, including advice and Awesome customer service! I appreciate his professionalism and appreciate Furniture Row for having quality personnel. James was super helpful today helping us pick out a mattress. We purchased a Doctors Choice Hybrid King size mattress (which is why we were in store) We told James our concerns and he validated our reasoning and we not only bought the mattress but also the electric adjustable base, pillows, and cooling pads. Can't wait for it to arrive!

I travel from Wyoming just to shop at the Billings store. Good selection, they post their prices, unlike local stores in Wyoming. The staff does not pressure you to buy. They are knowledgeable of their products. Great folks to do business with.

Came in looking for a couch for my mom who lives in Billings. Alex was great. Helped us determine what was in stock for pickup the next day and stayed within our budget. Great help. The mover gentleman with the dreds was great as well. Kind and courteous. Would def be back for more furniture of i lived close. But will recommend for family in the area.

Hudson Park Table and Chairs
Great customer service from Ryan Adams! Would recommend Oak Express to anyone looking for new furniture. He was very helpful and answered lots of questions but also let us take our time and look around. Very kind to my elderly Mom who needed a place to sit down. Just an all around great guy!!!

We had a great experience ordering our new leather sectional . There was only one leather sectional that had the glider rocker recliner option, but it is one that we loved. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. It took just a little while to place our order. We will shop there again.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE
As we entered the store a young man came up and introduced himself and asked if he could help us find a mattress. We told him our needs and he showed us what he recommended and what would work best for us , after he found out about our needs. Mitch took great care of us and explained things to our satisfaction. I was shopping for a new dining set and went to the Billings, MT location. Kourt made my shopping/purchasing experience great! He answered every question confidently and never made me feel pressured. He allowed me to take my time to compare and even provided a quote so I could compare similar items at another store. Oak Express easily had the best prices and quality was exceptional! I'm very pleased with my purchase of a dining set. Delivery & set-up was faster than expected and the men who came to the house were very professional and fast!

Needed a very specific size/shape dining table for my small home. Staff person I worked with was exceptionally patient with my hundred questions! She even showed me pics of the same table that she has in her home so I could get a visual. She offered financing, something I hadn't even thought of. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Service was great, not pushy at all. Great selection in our price range. Purchased a sofa and two recliners for our home from the Bonanza line. We picked it up ourselves and brought it home. Sofa is super comfy; only hope our pieces hold up as after reading the reviews on this line there was some derogatory comments.

Chaise Lounger
Love our new lounger. Got an EXCELLENT price on a brand new piece because it is a last years model. It was pouring rain, but we still wanted to take it home with us so they wrapped it up in a big bag and loaded it for us.
The store is full of nice furniture all displayed well. The employees are friendly, they let you look around a bit first, then ask if you need help with anything.
I will definitely be back to this store first when we need any furniture in the future.
