I spent a lot of time looking for the right pieces for my living room. I thought I could go to some antique stores to find what I wanted. No luck. And what I did find, was old, not taken care of and I don't know if I could trust it. So I tried some other stores as there's not Sofa Mart in my town. I couldn't find anything I wanted. But I remembered the last time I was in Bismarck, that I stopped into the store and fell in love with several pieces. So on a whim, I decided to drive two hours south to Bismarck. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted at the door and after walking around, I immediately found several piece that exceeded what I was looking for! The staff was fantastic! Great service! I'll be back!

Salesman was very knowledgeable about the Tempur pedic beds. He did a great job explaining to me the differences between the different models. He was very kind and professional. I would shop there again.

Had been looking for a twin bed without much luck. Came here just to browse and found exactly what I was looking for and got a fabulous deal that I could not pass up. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive and went out of their way to help. It was a great shopping experience this time and the other times we have purchased in the past. Will definitely continue to use them for our furniture needs.

My boyfriend and I went furniture shopping fro the first time at Furniture Row in Bismarck this past week.
Miss Mehlhoff in sales was incredible to work with. She helped us with any questions we had and a credit application.
We purchased a full living room set and plan to come back for future purchases.
The furniture itself was very high quality, couch and chair very comfortable and the end tables were sturdy and stylish.
Buying 5 different pieces, we were anxious to see our bill. However, it was very reasonable and actually unbelievable.
Very happy with our choice in shopping at Furniture Row.

We came in looking for mattresses, and ended up looking throughout the whole store. We liked having all of it under one roof, saved us from going several places. Bought a new sofa!
Finally! A new sofa. Found my dream sofa at Sofa Mart in Bismarck, ND. Hot dog. Can't wait for it to arrive.

Wonderful customer service
This was the third furniture store we had been in this week.
We are purchasing a new home and buying new furniture for every room of the home except a couple of bedrooms.
The sales person (Doug) was very professional and didn't hover like a vulture waiting for a kill.
We drug that poor guy to every corner of the store asking about tables, chairs, barstools, bedroom sets you name it.
He was patient and had a surprising amount of knowledge on everything we asked about.
He wasn't afraid to give us the pros and cons of everything we looked at.
We wound up spending several thousand dollars on furniture for out new home and still have more to buy. We intend to go here first because they had such a huge selection at surprisingly reasonable prices! The best part is we don't have to wait for weeks to get our furniture! They'll have it all delivered the day we move in.
We are very pleased with the entire experience and will be recommending then to everyone.

Overall my experience was good. The only complaint is the time waiting for someone to come ask you if you need any help could be improved. I've been the store multiple times and either can't find anyone to help us or have walked around for at least 15-20mins before being approached.

I did lots of research on mates session and was pretty sure of what I wanted. The salesman showed me what I requested, then offered alternatives for comparison. He also chatted friendly about non-purchase topics so I could relax and get the feel of each bed. I'd mentioned I've had back surgery and he noticed I had difficulty with the height of the bed. After picking which mattress I wanted, he recommended the low profile box spring, which I wasn't aware of. Salesman was friendly, informative, knew his product and wasn't pushy!

We were met by Nick who was in Bismarck from the Grand Forks store helping out. He listened to what we were looking for, showed us different options and then let us look around for ourselves. We went to two other store, but came back because the price was right. Nick had written everything down, we looked at them again and then went to take a 2nd look at a kitchen table. After we purchased the table with Shaylee, we went back to find Nick to finish our purchase. He was great to work with, friendly and never pressured us. We were able to joke around with him and he made the buying experience great!!

Easy to work with
My wife and I were in the store and got a quote for a very nice new couch. After emailing back and forth with the sales assoc. I no longer received responses from her. I stopped in to find out she was no longer employed. BUT! they nice lady that stepped in and helped and apologized for the issue was great. Helped get the pricing in line and offered services I was unaware of. Service would have been 5 star but there was a small misshap with the 1st associate.

funny thing you give a bad review the web sight won’t take it truth hurts doesn’t it furniture row who does not stand behind their product ive been trying for almost 5 years to get our $4500 set fixed just to get one excuse after another why they can’t do it until the warranty rang out on the PANDORA brand junk they sell

Sadly, this was one of the worst shopping experiences at a furniture store. The products (corner computer desk, hutch, and bookcase) were delivered damaged and the (contracted) delivery men said they pointed that out to Furniture Row (FR) but were told "the customer is aware of that and is OK with it." Problem #1: the damage was NOT discussed with us. We left numerous messages for Andrew (manager) that were never returned. Problem #2: when we attempted to return the products we were first told our credit card would be credited in 2 days for the full amount. One week later, still no credit. Then we're told a check for the full amount would be issued. Problem #3: When we received the check, it was not for the full amount. Only after repeated conversations (and messages for Andrew that were never returned) and contacting our credit card company, the full amount was finally provided. Not a great representation of the company, Andrew. This definitely has soured us on ever returning to Furniture Row.

we were in your store in Bismarck my husband asked for an office chair the young girl that was working couldn’t get off of her phone long enough to really wait on us. she did point over to the desks but should just go online. Terrible Customer Service
I hate to not shop furniture row anymore but I won't due to their terrible customer service and warehouse policies.
Relatives drove five hours round-trip to pick up item that turned out to not be there after notified by store that item arrived. Made second trip and girl was rude and warehouse personnel would not help as it wasn't their "section."
