We are retired educators. I am a disabled veteran. We went in looking for options on mattresses and box springs Diana Chavira was superb in answering our questions...patient..attentive ...great attitude..we highly recommending going with Diana and Denver mattress

Great Service
Customer service was excellent and staff was friendly and informative. The selection of bedroom sets was great and we were able to look online and then call to see if they had it in stock. Will be returning to buy a bedroom set for my son very soon. My sales guys name was John and he was very helpful.

Great store, great people
I have always had great experiences at Furniture Row in Brownsville, TX. On my last visit I got bunk beds for the kids and I know they will enjoy them very much. There are many furniture stores but your people are what makes the difference. I know anything I buy at Furniture Row will last for years to come. Thanks for great furniture at affordable prices and for excellent customer service

Value for the money
We have had much worse service in much more expensive furniture stores. We were able to choose and buy 2 recliners within 30 min without hassle. My only complaint is that it will take 4 weeks to get our chairs.

Great selection/price/value
Had a great experience at this store. From a wide array of tables, chairs, beds and other furniture needed to make your house look like a home. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, always around to answer questions but not hovering around you while you make your decisions.

I had an excellent experience shopping today. Rocio was super helpful, and I was able to order the furniture I had seen online but that wasn't in the store. She was friendly and efficient, and I was happy to get in and out in a very reasonable amount of time.

Felipe was awesome in helping me pick out my living furniture. He even rearranged a whole section of furniture to my liking so that I can see the furniture I wanted all together, which was super awesome!
He was patient and was able to get me the best prices. He also directed me to Rocio in the dining area, who was very kind and helpful as well. great service!
