Eva made my experience such an amazing one! I called the store, explained that I was needing a new bed set that I could purchase and take with me! She gave me two options, one of which I was already admiring on their website. I drove to the store, she greeted me at the door and made the deal happen! I’m so excited to be picking up my new bed set tomorrow! Thank you so much Eva! You are a rockstar! I will definitely be purchasing from here again!

Love this store!
I purchases a sectional couch, table, chairs, bench, area rug and accessories from this store. I think I visited it 25 times in one week! Every time they greeted me as soon as I arrived and assisted with my purchases, answering all questions as we walked throughout the store. Highly recommend this store and Josh, the salesman that helped me.

Christian helped us today with our Dining Table purchase. He hasn’t been at the store long as a salesman but did an awesome job! Will definitely be shopping more here at the Burlington Store and using Christian.

Really enjoy my choice. I asked for Non expensive and although the salesman was trying hard, we were not finding what we wanted or needed. However, he had one last idea and when we got back to the area, he showed us a set and we wasn't interested but then I turned around and found exactly what we were looking for. I love my choice and the price was honored as well as we received a welcome package. I recommend Furniture Row. They are kind, friendly and very helpful.

Our experience in the store was great. It was clean and well set up. We felt no pressure to buy and were shown exactly what we wanted in our price range. we bought a table and had difficulty assembling which resulted in a damaged chair. customer service sent a new one and Dean had his staff put all of our chairs together! amazing customer service online and in store! highly recommend this store!!! they are amazing!

Mr.Hunter Wallace at Denver Mattress was amazing. He helped us locate a mattress and even found out the mattress we had at home was till under warrenty, and took it back in for a claim due to that model having issues he said from past customers.
He was very nice to talk to and had a good sense of humor. Will by more from him hopefully. I wish all people would act as polite as Hunter. outstanding

Sectional purchase
Very friendly, we walked in with 3 children and chaos but we didnt feel like we were intruding. The salesmen left us alone so we could look around before we decided. Very helpful and friendly when asking questions.
We knew exactly what we wanted, a sectional and were givin many options. We narrowed it down to the last two and asked questions to finally decide. Great price!

Love this location!
I have purchased several items over the years from this location. Beds, bedroom furniture, living room furniture... The first and only place in the area I shop for furniture. I have been a customer for over 8 years and I have never been disappointed. I'v picked up at the store & also had furniture delivered. The staff is very helpful & professional. If I've had to order, the order has always come in on time. Highly recommend this Furniture Row

Went into the store hoping to get the last greystone chest than was on clearance. Found the item and a staff found me right away. Told him I wanted to get it but had to wait for my truck to arrive. He let us shop around while we waited and came and found me when my truck arrived.

GREAT SERVICE AND SELECTION!!
I've had the same sofa purchased from Dasianna's nearly 20 years ago, I still love it but it's time for a new one...I was so grateful for the selection at Furniture Row. The attendants were so patient and helpful so that I was able to take my time to make certain I had the right fit/style/etc to replace my beloved sofa. Great team!

Great Service - Good Selection
Recently when shopping for a dining set I stopped at my local store. They had a good selection and the sales clerk was very nice. They even had a sale going on. My purchase is on order but that works perfect because my kitchen floor is not completed yet. Timing should work perfectly.

Me and my family were there to order new furniture for a new house we are purchasing. Everyone there was so helpful with picking out the pieces. The manager even helped get us in touch with another FR store to complete my purchase. I love furniture row and my house is starting to look like the show room! Also, they were very helpful with a damaged item to return. Super easy!

This store has the largest furniture selection in the surrounding area. We found exactly what we were looking for and then some! Josh helped us without being overbearing. He let us look and came back to check up on us and answer questions from time to time. Great experience and great store.

I ordered a couch in January paid for it 100% no financing. when I first bought this couch they have stated to me that I would be receiving it in May and that they have it on stock. I have received multiple notices of this arrival day getting pushed back. Although there were extraordinary circumstances this year pertaining to that such as the COVID-19 pandemic for productivity to be low-I was not notified until a week after every arrival time that they have stated to me. I got no notice whatsoever. I called several times with them having no date. they kept saying “mid-July” and I was received no notice to a pushback until a week after this un-precise arrival time. Calling today, I have received it for pushed back for “sometime in July”.
There is no proper communication between its consumers and the sales associates of the store. Multiple times they have given me great attitude and frustration on the phone as they do not have precise arrival dates. I was not offered no rate of discounts they could not help me beyond initialing me a full- refund for the couch I have waited on, and would be waiting on for over eight months now. There should have been proper communication towards pushback upon arrival dates and there was not at this store. I have never dealt with a furniture store so on organized with little to no communication towards its consumers and little help offered. I will never recommend this store to anyone. Ashley‘s furniture store is excellent and it’s policies communication and feedback on what they have in stock at the moment, pushback times, precise arrival dates, etc. I recommend everybody go there instead of this store.

ordered our bed, bed frame, and couch from them before we closed on our home. we are now 6 payments in on the financing we did for our furniture with them and 4 payments in on our home and have been told 3 times they would deliver the pieces as they came in due to the delivery being delayed. every call I've been told no one made that note or put in that we would get separate delivery. delivery I paid for! they won't call to let you know it's delayed you have to hound them. they don't actually do what they say they will. the delivery is when they are making a run and won't do it on your schedule so be ready to take a day off work with less than 48 hours notice to your employer and then wait all day for the delivery. the customer service disappears when you leave the door. if you buy from them have a box truck ready at the front door and be sure you get the floor model or you'll go through the same horrible treatment I've been given. do not place an order only buy what they have in stock and do not deliver as they will only do it when it suits them despite you paying for it. buyer beware
