My husband and I had a great experience at Furniture Row! The customer service was excellent—helpful without being pushy. Although I can’t remember the name of the salesperson who helped us, I want to give him a big shoutout for his patience and professionalism. We took our time testing out all kinds of couches and recliners, and not once did we feel rushed or pressured. After spending quite a while in the store, we even left to check out a few other furniture stores around Medford, including La-Z-Boy, where they had a big clearance sale with plenty of lower-priced recliners. But in the end, we came back to Furniture Row because the quality of the furniture and the overall experience just couldn’t be beat. The pricing was fair, and the couch and recliners we chose are exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the market for new furniture!

After much searching, we found a metal bed frame that we thought would be perfect for our needs. The original salesman I spoke with over the phone was very helpful. He advised that we could make the online purchase through the store, and once the item was in the store, we could come in to look at it. If it had not met with our approval, the full sales amount would be refunded. No need for that—the bed frame was exactly as described. First purchase, but will be our first stop when the need arises for any other product. Best of all, every employee we dealt with was friendly and courteous.

We purchased a Mission 2 dining table 8 years ago and wanted a couple more chairs for it. Unfortunately this set was discontinued 2 years ago and no longer available. The store associate spent days searching warehouse inventory countrywide and was able to locate the last 2 chairs for us. This was a small sale for the store, but the amount of effort put into it is a great example of the customer service that we always get a Furniture Row. It has been 20 years since we bought new living room furniture. We did much research and visited every local store that sells furniture! Due to the excellent customer service we had when purchasing a bed several months ago, we came back to Furniture Row in Central Point and worked with Bobby Brewer. We had a fantastic experience, he is VERY knowledgeable of his inventory, what is available to order, what can be customized, etc. We ordered an entire living room of furniture pieces with Bobby's help, thank you!

What I liked about shopping at Furniture row was the selection and variety. I went to other stores and it all looked the same . Boring colors etc. Furniture Row had some great choices for everyone. I loved the pops of color they had. The store also had fantastic lighting instead of dark and cave like . The other stores I went to were all dark and cave like. It evoked a "happy place" for me when I walked in.

Best big purchase experience I've had to date. My salesman Ronnie made the process extremely smooth! Very refreshing given my prior couch experiences. Do yourself a favor start your search here. Shopped any and all competitor couch options, they all seemed more interested in just getting the sale, rather than what is most important, CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'm in sales myself. We bought a Front Porch Storage Panel bed from Furniture Row in Central Point. The bed came with lamps which did not work, however, Furniture Row resolved the problem to our complete satisfaction. We are very happy with the bed and it looks gorgeous. We are very happy with the customer service provided at the store.

The reclining cable for our love seat broke on one side, I called Furniture Row Saturday @ 6:30pm to see if they had the part in stock. Ronnie checked, inventory system showed they did not, but he took the time to actually check and they actually did have in stock. I went down at 7:15 and picked it up. Very good customer service.

Over the last 4 years we have purchased a Massage Chair, Executive Desk, Temperpedic with Adjustable Base and now ordered a new set of couches. Every experience has been great! Our latest experience working with Terrie was also great. It took three visits for us to make a decision on the couches and she was very patient an accommodating. Visited the store in search of a specific sectional we had found online. Unfortunately, they didn't have any in-stock. However, Cesar was very helpful and showed us around the store. He showed us other similar sectionals, at similar prices. But, when we decided we still wanted the one we had seen online, he had no problem ordering one for us. He was super friendly and helpful. I was met at the door by a young man named Vincent with a smile, a handshake and an offer of coffee. I was moving into a new apartment and needed furniture for every room so we spent the next few hours looking through and picking out pieces. There was a wide selection of every item I needed and I left with every piece I needed bought in one store. There was a feeling of camaraderie among the employees and seemed like a fun place to work. It was overall a wonderful experience and the prices were very reasonable. I will recommend the store to everyone I know that is looking for a fun and economical place to buy furniture.

We stopped in to this store just to get ideas of furniture to buy for our new home in California. We found several rooms of furniture that we couldn't pass up so we bought it now. We went in for bedroom furniture last weekend and got a great deal through the ongoing Fourth of July sale! Plus, we also took advantage of the four years/no interest promotion. This isn't our first purchase and won't be the last. The only thing to note is that delivery times can sometimes be longer than you might expect.

It's always a great experience, and selection. The sales people listen to what you want and show you stuff that fits your needs!

We found a really nice selection of different furniture styles & the prices seem much more reasonable than other stores in the valley. We were greeted right away by the manager, Bobby, & he was helpful but not overbearing. Found what we needed and we were out the door with our purchase quickly.

This was my first time making a furniture purchase. My parents have shopped at Furniture Row for years but this was my first time buying something myself. After speaking with the associate on the phone I liked his personality and looked forward to working with him to purchase something. When I got there, I was on the hunt for a recliner. There was such a huge selection! The prices are fair for the value of the furniture, and he was great about showing items in my price range as well as below my price range on clearance. I ended up picking something well above what I wanted to spend, but sometimes you just cant help it. It was a great deal. I love my new leather recliner, and I really enjoyed the excellent customer service. They made it quick, easy, and painless to find a product that was perfect. I got to take the recliner home the same night, also! Great experience at Furniture Row in Central Point. I will definitely be returning in the future!

First time I went in it took a half hour to be recognized so needless to say it gave me a bad vibe, but when I went in the second time Bobby Brewer was right on it. He was very helpful and was willing to help us with all our questions. We left with a couch and love seat that day and was very happy with the help we were shown. So, thanks Bobby Brewer for making our buying experience pleasurable. If these are actually read by the brass then give Bobby a raise or at least a free dinner some wear, he deserves it. We bought a sofa set a month ago and didn't like how uncomfortable it was. So we went back to see if we could exchange it for another set. Furniture row didn't have a problem with that. Ronnie helped us find another set. He was a big help, thanks again for having great customer service!!

The guys at furniture row are really a great team. It is refreshing to experience true customer service and long term customer salesman relationships. We got a bed a couch and a chair from them and they have been nothing but helpful with any issues. They really made sure we were happy. The warranties they offer are real and not some fine print tip off and their prices and sales are excellent.

My husband and I visited many other places before shopping at Furniture Row and we walked in expecting a pushy salesman. We were pleasantly surprised to find a comfortable, relaxed,low pressure atmosphere. We were able to find the perfect couch, pick our fabrics and do the financing all without feeling pushed. It was one of the best shopping experiences of my life! We will be returning to buy the rest of our furniture. We went in to replace our old dinning room table. We fell in love with a beautiful set, but we had to order it. Even though I have to wait 10-14 days for my new table, I couldn't be happier with the service I received!

This was our first visit to Furniture Row in Central Point, being new residents of the southern Oregon area. We found the selection diverse and appealing; the displays attractive and the overall layout of the store comfortable to shop in. Ronnie is an excellent ambassador for the company and understands timing, patience and how important his customers are to him and the organization.

Very happy. Great customer service. Big selection. The financing options made it very affordable for us. We got a love seat, sofa, and recliner. I love that 5 of the 6 seats recline and the cup holders in the love seat are a definite plus.

In 2010 I bought an entire house full of furniture from Furniture Row including Livingroom, & Bedroom as well as mattresses, etc. and had a great experience. I went into the Central Point, OR location again this weekend to purchase a new bedroom set for my son who had outgrown his all-in-one bunkbed which we had previously bought for him. Once again my experience was exceptional and the customer service from both sales people, Ronnie at Bedroom Expressions and Shane at Denver Mattress was I'm peccable. A couple of things I am particularly impressed with about this company is the record keeping of past purchases and the ability to buy on credit at 0% interest for up to 5 years. This and the incredible customer service and quality of the furniture makes shopping Furniture Row a pleasure.
