We weren't set on buying furniture the day we walked in, but Daniel patiently heard all of our requests and concerns and directed us to the perfect sectional! He was understanding and did not become pushy when I said I wanted to measure the space once more before we finalized the order. Outstanding group of people. My husband and I bought dining room furniture, bar stool, and entire living room set. In love with the quality. I recently ordered a couch from Furniture Row. I was very impressed with the store organization and helpfulness from the floor staff. My couch was delivered on time, however it was damaged when I opened it from the package. The staff at Furniture Row promptly responded to my calls and emails regarding the couch and had already ordered a new one by the time I had spoken to them. They were very professional and easy to work with while finding a solution. And I am very pleased with the color and style of the couch! Highly recommend their products and service.

Furniture Row has a lot of great & unique products. I bought my adjustable bed frame & mattress. my bed came with these comfortable pillows with a spill proof mattress protector & spill proof pillow slips. Now I’m getting my living and dining room sets from Furniture Row. I love this store 💯💯

We were just starting our search for a new couch and loveseat to replace our current sectional. the staff at the Champaign location listened to our wants and needs, did not try to push us outside of our comfort zone and gave us the space we needed to discuss our options. We did check some other places, but ultimately returned to furniture row. we are so happy with the experience and would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking to purchase in the future!!

We just bought our first sectional at this store and we had the BEST buying experience! Jenn was super knowledgeable and attentive; she listened to what we wanted and found us the perfect couch! It was the easiest, most pleasing shopping experience! And the store is awesome, I recommend browsing if you have time. First time's a charm
Our experience was amazing. Sales person was beyond fabulous. She showed us a dining set that I never would have looked at and I fell in love with it. This was our first stop in the shopping process so I had to see if there was anything else out there. Within the hour we were back at Furniture Row and purchased our final piece of new furniture. Will have it by Thanksgiving. I CAN'T WAIT.

I love this store. All of the associates were very kind and helpful. When I could not find the exact piece I was looking for the associate looked up all the pieces that I wanted and put it all together for me.
I worked with several different people since we purchased things from different departments. Customer service is exceptional at this location. I would not shop here if it wasn't. I love one stop shopping. It is all in one place.

Leather Sofa and Love seat
I was looking for a chair. With clerks help I decided to buy a Love Seat. Very comfortable. After seeing sale prices - bought a new sofa also. Both are comfortable. Love Seat is electronic- including adjustable head rest which we really like. I purchased plan to warranty both. This came with furniture polish, leather cleaner and multi surface cleaner which are refilled for free at the store. Sales Person and delivery Guys were friendly and professional. Was able to get items delivered quickly. Will go back to purchase a mattress in the future.

perfect finds
We found a couch we loved, and needed a love seat or chair to complete it. Our salesperson, Ryan, knew just where to look and we loved what he picked out! I also love the whole idea of having a unique piece of furniture from the "lost and found" collection. Overall, a great experience!

I bought a set of twin mattresses for the new trundle bed set I purchased. The gentleman helping me (I think his name was Steve), took the time to explain the options and even went to measure the trundle to make sure the mattress fit! Great Service
My fiancé and I were looking for a quality dinning room set without blowing the budget which seems pretty difficult these days. After looking around at multiple stores for a while now we decided to go and look at the furniture row we have in our city, thinking there's no way we could find a dining set we liked that was under $500. We were very surprised when we found just that here. We were able to get a beautiful table and chairs set (Southport was the brand I believe) for only $200 when it was orignally $600 in store and I had actually seen it listed on other sites for closer to $800. It was a white and brown wood finished set that was beautifully polished and very sturdy. We were very impressed with what we got. Amazing quality, price and service! From the moment we walked into the door we were greeted by Cathy and she explained everything we needed to know for our first time being in store. She was great with helping us find what we needed and made sure we left happy! The rest of the staff was also very friendly and welcoming. Wonderful experience and will definitely be back for future purchases!!

Love At First Sit :D
My wife an I have been looking around for a sectional for our extra wide living room. We've looked through ads, online and in store. Our last stop was sofa mart and we walked right in, immediately saw a beautiful sectional that had many available configurations. We sat down and fell in love. Great customer service, wonderful products
I went into Furniture Row in Vhampaign, Illinois,looking for a bookcase and was immediately greeted by a representative who asked if I needed assistance. Once I said I was just looking he told me his name and said to find him if I had any questions. As I moved through the different areas of the store I was greeted several times and got the same response. Being someone who doesn't like pushy representatives, I truly appreciated their approach to customers. Once I selected an item, the representative did not try to push me to purchasing more expensive items -also much appreciated since I am on a limited budget. This place has amazing selections and a wide range of prices. I highly recommend looking here if you need furniture.

Helpful staff, great mattress
I bought a new mattress from Denver Mattress Co. about a month ago, and I love it. I got a 'Doctor's Choice' mattress in firm, and it has done wonders for my back pain. I sleep comfortably on my side on it, but it's firm enough that I can also comfortably roll onto my back.
The staff member I talked to in the store was knowledgeable and helpful. I didn't feel like I was being sold to, as in other mattress stores, and so I felt confident in my mattress choice. I'm so happy with my new mattress, and the service I received. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Denver Mattress to anyone.

We shopped in Champaign, IL and were greeted by a pleasant sales associate shortly after entering the store. She gave us all of the information that we needed including product location, delivery options, and protection plan, but also let us browse and make a decision without "hovering".
