We have been looking for the perfect living room set and despite trips to other furniture stores, had come up frustrated. This was our first visit to Furniture Row in Charlotte and what a difference. Matthew helped us find the exact sectional we had hoped for - and we even bought an office desk, a rug and some tables. Highly recommend you stop by and take a look. Great service, quality and prices are very reasonable!

Hi, Furniture hunting is sometimes frustrating because the value and quality often is not compensatory. I shopped Ashley, Rooms to Go, Ikea and never thought about this small strip of stores. However it was a BIG mistake. We found exactly what we had been looking for at Furniture Row in Charlotte. We did purchase a classic bedroom suite which will hopefully last us 20 years the quality is so good. I also found the kitchen table I wanted, however I have get the hubby to agree to that "need". If you haven't found what you've been looking for try Furniture Row and I'd recommend Matthew who was knowledgeable, supportive, without being overly "attentive". We had space as a couple to talk about our decisions and yet Matthew was always near when we needed him or had a quick question.

Exactly what we were looking for and at the right price. Our salesperson Naida was efficient, knowledgeable and absolutely zero sales pressure.

We have shopped at Furniture Row for our last several purchases. Seth has been super helpful - educating us, listening to our needs, and helping us identify the best value option for our needs. A true sales professional. The furniture quality is good, there is a wide selection of options available, at multiple price points, and we have been happy with every piece. I don't know anyone that wants to go furniture shopping on a holiday. We needed a new sofa. We weren't in the store very long and found the one we wanted. Erica helped us find the color / fabric that we wanted. She explained everything from care of the fabric to delivery / set-up options. We look forward to our new sofa !

Our sales person was Julia Assouou. She was phenomenal. very helpful in guiding us to the perfect sectional for us. She worked to develop a number of options. She is knowledgeable about the products and was friendly and helpful throughout our time together. Highly recommend this store and particularly working with Julia.

Nadia was an amazing sales associate - they were attentive, knowledgeable, and was able to help me with all my questions, concerns, and choices, and even assisted me with adding an additional clearance purchase to my already scheduled delivery. I am wholly satisfied with the entire process, from selecting my purchase through to delivery and setup, and could not recommend this location enough.

Purchased an ottoman today and had great service from Nadia! Price was phenomenal and even got a veteran’s discount! We have purchased a sectional and bed from them in the past and also got great pricing and service!!!

I would love to write a review before I came to furniture Row. I went to another store and only bought two items and the total was $3000 came to furniture row but same item plus another one plus another one came to 15,000 I saved $15,000 coming to furniture row delivery and set up was excellent. This was my first time ever shopping furniture. I was looking to buy a bedroom set and Demi was marvelously helpful. I happened to see a clearance set and wanted to see if the outlets on the nightstands worked and Demi managed to pull one over near and outlet to see if it was working properly. Demi was sweet and even gave me her cell to make sure my order went smoothly. If you’re in Charlotte and am shopping for furniture. Go see Demi and furniture row. You won’t be disappointed!

Excellent buying experience with Lexus. We live out of town in VIrginia, so returning to the store for an order was not possible. Lexus made this so easy from ordering online to showing us how to apply for credit remotely. We haven't yet received the merchandise (living room set) but look forward to receiving the items.

Great over all experience. We went looking for a new living room set, and worked through a lot of mix matching. They were very accommodating and worked well with us. Prices are very reasonable.

Martine provided us with excellent service. Greeted us as we came in to fine a new dining room set. She asked us what type we were looking for and showed us some dining sets. She wasn't pushy and let us roam around until we finally made our decision between two dining sets. One round and one rectangular. Decided on the Ivory 5 piece Marble Rectangular. We also added a Castle Rock Bench.

So happy for the wide selection, value pricing and attention we were given on recent purchase. Delivery was within promised timeframe and with white-glove service. Impressive from start to finish! Furniture Row is unequaled in the home decor business!

this is my second review, picked up a dining room set at the warehouse. brought it hone and assembled. everything looks great, however we were missing 1 of 7 bolts to secure the seat to the back legs. we put everything together anyway. called the next day, spoke with our sales associate 'Annika',, she expressed concern and located the missing part, and is mailing. We have purchased a couch, chair, ottoman set with pillows, and a 5 piece dinningroom set. very happy with the quality of the product and especially with the staff at your store. although 'Annika' is our favorite, we have been treated very well by all others on duty. thank you again, we will recommend.

everyone was extremely sweet. we had the pleasure of working with Megan. we told her exactly what we were looking for, she showed us all couches within our description. she wasn’t pushy and we even left and came back to look again. and even left again and then ordered over the phone with her. she was extremely patient and knowledgeable. the wait time for our piece kind of was inconvenient, but that’s everything right now during the pandemic.

instead of furniture rail is very helpful, the store is very large and has a great selection of furniture. I appreciate the quality of most of their pieces, and the fact that they have some relatively unique styled furniture, I especially like the reclaimed wood pieces. We keep finding ourselves going back and finding the pieces of furniture that we like the best here, and we've been to nearly every furniture store in the Charlotte metro area.

Very nice store w/ a great selection. Floor salesman Jeff was very respectful of our personal space. We did buy the Donovan sectional and loveseat. Estimated delivery is 2-3 weeks which is great. New furniture for the holidays hopefully.

I recently moved to Charlotte North Carolina September 2021. I had to shop for all new furniture and decided to come to furniture row. I purchased a sectional for $200, a king size bed for $200, and a dresser for $175, or from the clearance section. All of my furniture Was and still remains in good condition. This winter I will be moving into my brand new home that I just purchased and I will be needing more furniture and accessories for this home. I’m totally looking forward to shopping at furniture row!

I purchased from Furniture when I first moved to NC in 2011! I thought to myself I loved that furniture… why not go back! That’s exactly what I did! Purchased living and dining set! Faith was great! She listened to what I was looking for and got me to the perfect match!

Highly recommend giving Furniture Row a look; well worth the time. I had shopped around at other stores but was impressed by their offering. Good selection and variety of home furnishings. I was provided excellent assistance by Ms Robert who was knowledgeable and friendly. Well worth the time.
