We have been looking for the perfect living room set and despite trips to other furniture stores, had come up frustrated. This was our first visit to Furniture Row in Charlotte and what a difference. Matthew helped us find the exact sectional we had hoped for - and we even bought an office desk, a rug and some tables. Highly recommend you stop by and take a look. Great service, quality and prices are very reasonable!

I should have gone here first

Hi, Furniture hunting is sometimes frustrating because the value and quality often is not compensatory. I shopped Ashley, Rooms to Go, Ikea and never thought about this small strip of stores. However it was a BIG mistake. We found exactly what we had been looking for at Furniture Row in Charlotte. We did purchase a classic bedroom suite which will hopefully last us 20 years the quality is so good. I also found the kitchen table I wanted, however I have get the hubby to agree to that "need". If you haven't found what you've been looking for try Furniture Row and I'd recommend Matthew who was knowledgeable, supportive, without being overly "attentive". We had space as a couple to talk about our decisions and yet Matthew was always near when we needed him or had a quick question.

we researched sofas/loveseats based on a recommendation from our son and his wife for a specific brand. Charlotte was the closest location to us . We called and asked if they had particular brand and item was in stock. We asked them to send us pictures, which they did. We were assisted by Mr. Seth Miller who took the time to answer all of our questions. He sent us pictures that were not included on the website. His courtesy and eagerness to assist us compelled us to go ahead and purchase the loveseat sight on seen. We are just waiting for that call that our purchase is in stock. Thank you for your help.

Our experience was amazing. We've spent the last month going to every furniture place in Charlotte in search of a sofa and coffee table or ottoman. Everything was either way too expensive and just not worth the price or affordable but not comfortable enough. After almost settling for a sofa in a different store, we finally found Furniture Row and wow, this is a huge place with the best selection of couches in Charlotte for sure. We fell in love with 3 or 4 different sofas. They're so comfortable, beautiful, and their prices are great, the best in town by far. They're also customizable and have an insane variety of fabrics. The manager Matthew Tipton helped us and he was amazing. We were there for maybe 3 hours just looking at everything and he was so helpful and approachable. He made our experience 10/10. We bought a sofa and an ottoman and we'll definitely be coming back for a dining table, TV stand, and probably more.

I don't know anyone that wants to go furniture shopping on a holiday. We needed a new sofa. We weren't in the store very long and found the one we wanted. Erica helped us find the color / fabric that we wanted. She explained everything from care of the fabric to delivery / set-up options. We look forward to our new sofa !

Nadia was an amazing sales associate - they were attentive, knowledgeable, and was able to help me with all my questions, concerns, and choices, and even assisted me with adding an additional clearance purchase to my already scheduled delivery. I would love to write a review before I came to furniture Row. I went to another store and only bought two items and the total was $3000 came to furniture row but same item plus another one plus another one came to 15,000 I saved $15,000 coming to furniture row delivery and set up was excellent. This was my first time ever shopping furniture. I was looking to buy a bedroom set and Demi was marvelously helpful. I happened to see a clearance set and wanted to see if the outlets on the nightstands worked and Demi managed to pull one over near and outlet to see if it was working properly. Demi was sweet and even gave me her cell to make sure my order went smoothly. If you’re in Charlotte and am shopping for furniture. Go see Demi and furniture row. You won’t be disappointed!

Excellent buying experience with Lexus. We live out of town in VIrginia, so returning to the store for an order was not possible. Lexus made this so easy from ordering online to showing us how to apply for credit remotely. We haven't yet received the merchandise (living room set) but look forward to receiving the items.

Martine provided us with excellent service. Greeted us as we came in to fine a new dining room set. She asked us what type we were looking for and showed us some dining sets. She wasn't pushy and let us roam around until we finally made our decision between two dining sets. One round and one rectangular. Decided on the Ivory 5 piece Marble Rectangular. We also added a Castle Rock Bench.

this is my second review, picked up a dining room set at the warehouse. brought it hone and assembled. everything looks great, however we were missing 1 of 7 bolts to secure the seat to the back legs. we put everything together anyway. called the next day, spoke with our sales associate 'Annika',, she expressed concern and located the missing part, and is mailing. We have purchased a couch, chair, ottoman set with pillows, and a 5 piece dinningroom set. very happy with the quality of the product and especially with the staff at your store. although 'Annika' is our favorite, we have been treated very well by all others on duty. thank you again, we will recommend.

everyone was extremely sweet. we had the pleasure of working with Megan. we told her exactly what we were looking for, she showed us all couches within our description. she wasn’t pushy and we even left and came back to look again. and even left again and then ordered over the phone with her. she was extremely patient and knowledgeable. the wait time for our piece kind of was inconvenient, but that’s everything right now during the pandemic.

instead of furniture rail is very helpful, the store is very large and has a great selection of furniture. I appreciate the quality of most of their pieces, and the fact that they have some relatively unique styled furniture, I especially like the reclaimed wood pieces. We keep finding ourselves going back and finding the pieces of furniture that we like the best here, and we've been to nearly every furniture store in the Charlotte metro area.
