We just want to say that you have a great employee in Kashean (I'm sure that is misspelled). We had a sofa and loveseat delivered 10/4/23. When they unwrapped the sofa, a leg was missing. Since they had no spares with them, Kashean called the store to arrange getting a leg from the floor model to put on our sofa. They had quite a few deliveries still to do, but at 7pm here was Kashean at our door with the leg to put on our sofa for us. We had noticed a chip out of the front leg of the loveseat and asked if he could turn the leg around, so you couldn't see it, which he did. We know he had had a very long and tiring day, but he remained courteous, professional and resourceful, which we very much appreciated. He represented Resupply and Furniture Row well and should be rewarded for it, as we won't hesitate to recommend you to friends.
