I purchased a cabinet several months back that I found some thing of concern, after several conversations with Ambrose, the store manger, I was able to replace my cabinet. I had the opportunity to order a piece of our sectional that we have had for 5 yrs.. the person helping was able to look up my old invoice to make sure I had the correct section and ordered it for me.. sent me an invoice so I would not have to come to the store until time for pick up.. they called as they said they would when it came in.. very good group of people..

The sales team was very helpful, and we never felt pressured or harassed into buying something. Even if someone is not looking for large furniture, I would recommend furniture row for small household items, like pictures and vases. I think i pointed out about 10 different vases that I liked!

Living Room Furniture
We recently purchased several pieces of furniture from Furniture Row in Columbia, Missouri. Our experience could not have been better. When entering the store, the sales rep, A J Logan, asked if we needed help. We told him that we were just looking at this time. He left us alone and didn't follow us thru the store, which we liked. Came back once to see if we had any questions, which was good. We returned about four days later and made a purchase of several items.

We recently purchased a sofa and loveseat from Clint. We went in with an idea of what we wanted and a price range. He was very helpful in showing us pieces that fit what we were looking for, and was not pushy and trying to upsell items. We went back on a day that Clint was off, but the other staff was very nice and friendly and answered our questions, even though they knew we were dealing with Clint. All of the staff seemed knowledgeable and answered our questions in a friendly helpful way. We also found that in price comparison shopping, they were right at, and even under, what other places were and the quality seemed to be a bit better then other places. When I need other furniture pieces, I will definitely go back there first.

After searching for several months for a couch, I decided to try Furniture Row to see if they could meet my needs. Won't you be my neighbor
My wife and I were shopping for a mattress for our new bedroom set late one evening. Bill the manager, was actually closing up the store, but graciously assisted us with buying our first mattress. He was very helpful and informative in helping us decide the best value. He took time above and beyond his normal work schedule. I would be grateful to have a neighbor so dedicated to customer service. Come to find out, when giving him the address to deliver, he will be our neighbor, right next door. Never know who you will be selling to or buying from, so always put your best foot forward. I know we have a great neighbor in Bill now just because of the way he treated us in purchasing a mattress.

Experiencing Customer Service
Mark and his staff @ Furniture Row were knowledgeable, attentive, and dedicated to servicing our needs. My wife and I were looking to purchase 3 rooms of furniture, so we had been researching and shopping furniture stores for a few months. We stopped by Furniture Row 15 minutes before they closed one evening, and Mark and Robert stayed 30 minutes after closing sharing their knowledge of multiple furniture structures and ideas. They were so informative, yet not pushing a style or brand. The wife and I were so impressed, that we returned 2 more times to the store (by the way we were treated the same each time) on the third trip we purchased 3 rooms of furniture for our new home. I have only felt this comfortable with the value that we received and the service that I feel we will get after the sale a handful of times on major purchases. This experience has been truly stress free, and the quality and price are extraordinary.

You da man, Fred Ryman
After completion of a new addition to our home, hubby and I visited Furniture Row, Columbia Missouri to fill our new addition. After taking up most of one afternoon with Fred Ryman and not purchasing anything (because we simply couldn't make a choice!), we departed - only to return two days later and take up more of Fred's time. But this visit, we purchased a sofa, end tables, coffee table and two recliners. Fred was so very patient with our wandering and indecision and was very influential in helping us make the final decisions. Each area of the store was well thought out as to staging the furniture with all items needed for a grouping, making the decisions so much easier. We love Furniture Row! And Fred!

Super Comfy and Super Customer Service
My husband and I went to furniture row to look for a new couch for our living room. We found a beautiful modern leather sectional that was on clearance. We made out with a great deal and we got a new desk chair for my craft room/studio. One great part about coming here is that we weren't bombarded as soon as we walked into the door and we weren't pressured to buy anything. We walked around for about 5 minutes before someone asked if we needed help. This was a nice change since I usually feel uncomfortable going to furniture stores because I don't want to be pressured when making a big purchase. Furniture Row made me feel like it was 100% my choice. We will definitely be returning when we purchase our next piece of furniture!

Great Experience
First time ever visiting Furniture Row and was greeted right away. Shown to what I wished to see. Emilee my sales gal was knowledgeable and friendly. She understood my needs in furniture shopping. She did not in any way pressure me. I explained I wasn't even looking to buy today but had not had much opportunity to look and she didn't mind that at all. As it turned out after three trips to the store my husband and i purchased a couch and love seat. Thank you for a great experience

High Quality Oak
We purchased the Mission 2 dining table, sideboard and 9 chairs. We were thinking of buying from a local Menonite builder. I myself am a furniture builder so feel qualified to compare the quality between Oak Express and the Menonite's. Here is a list of pluses for Oak Express's Mission2:
+Used White Oak vs Red Oak
+Quarter Sawn is standard
+Brass pins and holes for the leaves
+Superior connection system and stregth
+Bettter styling (in my opinion)
+Saved $2000
I was suprised but Oak Express does compare evenly and in many ways better than craftsman that are building furniture straight from oak logs. I fully expect this table to last generations. Very pleased!!

Amazing service
If your looking for your next bedroom set, living room set, or dining go to furniture row and ask for Fred. He went over the top for us. Helped us get amazing financing and a wonderful bedroom set. I can't wait to get it. I was having a hard time deciding what dresser we wanted for our child and he continued to help us look at dressers that would suit us. We went shopping for several furniture pieces on Labor Day weekend and started at Furniture Row. The customer service was excellent! The salesman greeted us, offered his assistance, and then left us alone to shop. He was not following us around throughout store, or pushing to make a sale. After our day of comparable shopping, we returned to Furniture Row ... located the same salesman, and purchased some great furniture at great prices!!

Great Experience
The store was easy to find. I walked in and was helped immediately. I wanted a good, but low cost sofa and that is exactly what I was shown. There was no pressure whatsoever to buy higher cost items. LOVE the sofa I bought and I couldn't believe the great price.
I then walked over to the other side of the store looking for a bookcase and received the same great customer service from the gentleman who helped me there.
Bottom line: a great experience, large selection, bought both items I was looking for and paid far less than I expected. Do yourself a favor and check out Furniture Row first!

Excellent Experience
I’ve been looking for a while for a new counter height kitchen table and found a couple on the Furniture Row Oak Expressions website that fit what I had in mind. Since there is not a store in the St. Louis, MO area, a friend and I made the short road trip to the Columbia, MO store. The Store is clean, well lit and organized. We did not have to go on a hunt to find what we came to see. We also wandered through the living room and bedroom furniture and were impressed by the selection and prices.
We were greeted promptly but not hassled or followed around the store. The salesman, Allen, let us look for a while before meeting back up with us to go over the differences between two tables. He was very knowledgeable and was able to give us good advice about our choices and let us know that there was probably going to be a sale coming up in a few weeks which falls in the 30 day price match window. He discussed the care of the table and the products to use on it as well as the warranty. He then tried to find me a hutch or cabinet based on my description of what I was looking for and was able to check to see what additional, if any, colors it which it is available. In the end, I am very comfortable with my choice, very happy with the price compared to other stores, and excited about getting this new set into my house. Allen then signed me up for rewards which will give me money off my next purchase which I think I have picked out already. I will definitely think Furniture Row next time I need furniture.

Incredible Service
I have been asking for a new bedroom set for quite a while. I knew the bed I wanted and on our 22nd anniversary my husband agreed to the new bed...if it met his expectations for a quality bed. We walked into the Columbia, Mo store literally at 7:58 when the store was to close at 8. In fact most of the lights were off and we found only one door unlocked. Alan Roy greeted us warmly, and then watched my husband go over the bed i wanted with a fine tooth comb and the flashlight from his phone. Alan was cordial, and accommodating to all my husbands questions about what the bed was made of, how it was constructed and on and on. In the end my husband said "This bed is made much better than most I've seen." (He's and engineer). We bought the bed on the spot. Again, Alan was accommodating and clearly understands customer service despite the fact that we were now a half and hour past closing on a Saturday night. I highly recommend this store, this product, and Alan Roy. He understands what customer service is all about
