Our sales rep,Dan, was very knowledgeable and low pressure. The store is set up well and made for a positive experience. The delivery guys were excellent and extremely knowledgeable and polite. I will definitely be back and will also tell anyone I know to visit this store.

I purchased a cabinet several months back that I found some thing of concern, after several conversations with Ambrose, the store manger, I was able to replace my cabinet. The customer service here goes way beyond your purchase experience! I can say this store & team take excellent care of their customers.

I had the opportunity to order a piece of our sectional that we have had for 5 yrs.. the person helping was able to look up my old invoice to make sure I had the correct section and ordered it for me.. sent me an invoice so I would not have to come to the store until time for pick up.. they called as they said they would when it came in.. very good group of people..

The sales team was very helpful, and we never felt pressured or harassed into buying something. Even if someone is not looking for large furniture, I would recommend furniture row for small household items, like pictures and vases. I think i pointed out about 10 different vases that I liked!

Great service, selection, and price
We went looking for a large sectional that had multiple reclining options, but that was reasonably priced. Our sales rep helped us locate the perfect sectional that has a great material that will work well for our family. Location of the store, cleanliness, and the selection of product was great. We love on a small town close to the store so we have to wait a bit for delivery, but still well worth it!!

Living Room Furniture
We recently purchased several pieces of furniture from Furniture Row in Columbia, Missouri. Our experience could not have been better. When entering the store, the sales rep, A J Logan, asked if we needed help. We told him that we were just looking at this time. He left us alone and didn't follow us thru the store, which we liked. Came back once to see if we had any questions, which was good. We returned about four days later and made a purchase of several items.

After explaining our needs he was willing to help and provide options to us, He then spoke with Sara to see if we could be helped with more options. She was also quite polite and helpful. My wife and I stopped into Furniture Row for the first time and found dining room chairs we were looking for. They had a large selection and the price was right. The salesman was very helpful. We will go there first next time we are in need of some new furniture!

We recently purchased a sofa and loveseat from Clint. We went in with an idea of what we wanted and a price range. He was very helpful in showing us pieces that fit what we were looking for, and was not pushy and trying to upsell items. We went back on a day that Clint was off, but the other staff was very nice and friendly and answered our questions, even though they knew we were dealing with Clint. All of the staff seemed knowledgeable and answered our questions in a friendly helpful way. We also found that in price comparison shopping, they were right at, and even under, what other places were and the quality seemed to be a bit better then other places. When I need other furniture pieces, I will definitely go back there first.

Won't you be my neighbor
My wife and I were shopping for a mattress for our new bedroom set late one evening. Bill the manager, was actually closing up the store, but graciously assisted us with buying our first mattress. He was very helpful and informative in helping us decide the best value. He took time above and beyond his normal work schedule. I would be grateful to have a neighbor so dedicated to customer service. Come to find out, when giving him the address to deliver, he will be our neighbor, right next door. Never know who you will be selling to or buying from, so always put your best foot forward. I know we have a great neighbor in Bill now just because of the way he treated us in purchasing a mattress.

Experiencing Customer Service
Mark and his staff @ Furniture Row were knowledgeable, attentive, and dedicated to servicing our needs. My wife and I were looking to purchase 3 rooms of furniture, so we had been researching and shopping furniture stores for a few months. We stopped by Furniture Row 15 minutes before they closed one evening, and Mark and Robert stayed 30 minutes after closing sharing their knowledge of multiple furniture structures and ideas. They were so informative, yet not pushing a style or brand. The wife and I were so impressed, that we returned 2 more times to the store (by the way we were treated the same each time) on the third trip we purchased 3 rooms of furniture for our new home. I have only felt this comfortable with the value that we received and the service that I feel we will get after the sale a handful of times on major purchases. This experience has been truly stress free, and the quality and price are extraordinary.

After shopping several other stores, I stopped in the Columbia, MO Furniture Row Sofa Mart. The assistant manager of the store helped me. He was friendly, but non aggressive. Very helpful, answering all my questions. He proved to be quite knowledgeable The store was nicely displayed and very clean. The prices were competitive and the financing was generous. I would recommend to a friend!

You da man, Fred Ryman
After completion of a new addition to our home, hubby and I visited Furniture Row, Columbia Missouri to fill our new addition. After taking up most of one afternoon with Fred Ryman and not purchasing anything (because we simply couldn't make a choice!), we departed - only to return two days later and take up more of Fred's time. But this visit, we purchased a sofa, end tables, coffee table and two recliners. Fred was so very patient with our wandering and indecision and was very influential in helping us make the final decisions. Each area of the store was well thought out as to staging the furniture with all items needed for a grouping, making the decisions so much easier. We love Furniture Row! And Fred!

Great Shopping Experience
We stopped in to the Furniture Row shops near the Bass Pro store in North Central Missouri recently just to see what they might have for our cabin dining and living needs and for our home in Texas. We explained our need to stay on budget, because construction and rehab had been costly. The sales team were all understanding and very helpful. They spent lots of time with us even though they knew we were shopping and would be buying at a later time. We shopped in sofa store for entertainment centers, gliders, recliners, and sofas. Sales woman even showed us all fabric choices for sofas we liked. We asked for quality sofas that would last, were shown 3, and given descriptions of fabric weight and construction, which exceeds the average, including a nice Italian Leather sofa set and a fabric set called Bonanza. I've also picked Hampton set for the ranch home. We asked about purchasing there for Texas, so this staff would get the sale, and staff assured us that was no problem. We also looked at dining sets, where we had the same great service. We were most appreciative, happy with the selections on most items, and we will be back when cabin is ready for furnishings. Truly awesome staff!! Dining store and Sofa store.
