This was the 2nd time I have purchased from Furniture Row, and both times have been very smooth. I contacted via text, told them what I wanted, they ordered it and sent me an invoice. I couldn’t have asked for anything better.

was greeted with courtesy, didn't push let us browse, when questions arose salesman promptly got answers. Did buy a chair and they helped load it into the trailer. got no complaint.

Great bunk bed at a great price. Service form both sales team and delivery team was excellent. Overall a great experience for us.

I have bought merchandise on 3 different occasions from the Conway Store, last week was my 4th visit and purchase. Every time I visit this store I am greeted within minutes and am given the sales associates full attention the entire visit. This last visit I bought the dresser with mirror that goes to my bedroom set and the sales associate did all the paperwork and financed it through my Fortiva account all within 20-25 minutes. It's always an enjoyable shopping trip to the Conway Store!!!

I love my barstools. They are just what I was looking for simple but perfect for my decor! I was able to get the exact color to match my kitchen.

I just purchased two adorable club style chairs from Furniture Row after shopping online and at another in-person store and I'm SO pleased with my purchase! The chairs are unique and perfect for my needs and they were ON SALE! Our salesman was wonderful too! He was friendly without being overbearing and very helpful. Even happily pulled the chair off the upper rack so I could see it better and sit in it.

When we came in, we were greeted by the store manger, Nick. He was very pleasant, not a pushy salesman. He introduced himself, explained the store layout & pricing, and said he’ll be in the area if we had any questions. Nick was able to able to assist us in our purchase of numerous items, while always remaining professional and providing great customer service. I later learned Nick was a fellow Army veteran during our conversation. He is definitely running the store professionally and efficiently.

James was awesome to work with really appreciated not having that pushy car salesman feel would definitely recommend James to any of my family friends in the future!!!!

My wife and I went to the Conway, AR location and received excellent service and helpful advice. We originally went in to look at glider rockers, but before we left we saw a beautiful fireplace piece that we just couldn’t live without. Wonderful selection of furniture. We will definitely be back!

I went to my store location last night, just to look and browse at their accessories. And was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding customer service. I have been to this location under previous management and felt like I was in the way of furniture shopping customers. Nicole went above and beyond by walking me all over the store and giving me tips and options. I bought two pieces and probably will go back for more.

I came into Furniture Row several times before buying. Betsey introduced herself to me and my son and was extremely helpful. She listened to my needs and wants, and between the 3 of us, I purchased new living room furniture with her and had not planned to really buy anything, we were "just looking'. Betsey was great, we had a blast with her and she followed up a couple of weeks later with a nice personal phone call to me. I am a repeat Furniture Row customer and I will always consider them when I need to update my furnishings.

I just purchased an Aviator Sectional Sofa in grey with two electric recliners. We love it! James in Conway was the best help and made sure we were attended to and that our furniture arrived correctly and on time. We even had a little issue with the packaging making a mark on the sofa and he is taking care of that as well. He has gone above and beyond as a salesman. We would recommend this store for the beautiful furniture and helpful sales associates.

Great selection, reasonably priced, customer service was wonderful. Our sales lady (Erin) was very friendly, not pushy. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

Our store, on Amity Rd in Conway, AR has the best salespeople on staff, from the store manager to the newest sales staff. All are super friendly, open and honest about their products without resorting to pressure to buy. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a good buy, especially the clearance items.

After a very bad experience with the Springdale location & not getting my furniture that was ordered for Christmas presents on 12/09/16 & not delivered as promised on 12/30/16, I called the Conway location & spoke to Angela Jacoby who was very kind & helpful. They had the pieces I needed in stock in the store & was able to get these for my daughter & great grandson's Christmas.

I had questions about some items that I was looking at putting on Layaway and she took the time to explain in full how it worked and there was not time limit on it. I was very pleased on how much time she took with me and also told me about their financing programs also. She has followed up with me in emails checking to see if I had decided on a selection yet. I would recommend them to anyone.

It's been 7+ years since we shopped for a sofa. Living room furniture has changed dramatically since that time. We knew what we wanted but had a hard time finding it. Shopping at Sofa Mart in Conway changed that! I admit we went to five (5) other stores that day but went right back to Sofa Mart. The entire experience was very pleasant! We weren't followed around being hounded by sales staff. Once we had our choices narrowed down to two groups, the sales person answered questions, was friendly and knowledgeable of the products we were considering. We left happy and excited to finally be getting new furniture for our living room. Anxiously awaiting its arrival ! Thanks Sofa Mart for giving us the time to check out what you had and make a decision about what we wanted. We appreciate it!

My family has purchased multiple room furniture over the past 2 years including a bedroom suit, bunk beds, and odd furniture and decor including a great dining room picture and reading lamps. We always enjoy visiting and checking out great deals and take advantage of the financing available!

Annette was great at helping me buy a mattress/box springs for my mother. I told her what we needed and she showed me what was available immediately and on sale. I could not ask for an easier experience.

We went into Furniture Row, Denver Mattress to look for a pillow and received service ABOVE and BEYOND from Erik the manager there. He educated us about our sleep and helped us learn how to choose a pillow and a mattress. Even though we were not ready to purchase that day he still took detailed time and care to make sure our needs were met. We hope to be back to purchase a mattress and furniture in the future!

Had a good selection for what I was looking for. Furniture seemed to be just a little bit better quality than other furniture stores I visited. Associate who helped me was extremely nice. However, store manager had an attitude and was not friendly at all. If he had been the one helping me I would have walked out.

I went to the Conway store looking for bits and pieces to fill out the rest of my office. The service was good. They did not follow me around trying to up-sell but they also did not ignore my presence. I found what I was looking for on my own without pressure. While checking out the sale associate suggested an item that was exactly what I was looking for and had planned to visit another store to purchase.

Unfortunately, my experience with this store changed dramatically when my couch and chair where delivered. The disappointment was the service provided based on the salesman promoting “Free Delivery”. When we purchased the furniture, we discussed the delivery options with full intentions of picking up the items or paying a delivery free. However, the salesman said, don’t worry, “delivery is free”. They first called and said the furniture was being delivered to the store and they would call to set up a delivery time when the furniture was received in their warehouse. I received the call that they would deliver between 8 and 12 on a specific day. The day before it was to be delivered, they called again and said it would be delivered between 12:30 and 1:30. They showed up at the later time. So far everything was showing to be good customer service, but when the delivery truck unloaded the furniture and dropped it off at my door, outside, I asked them to bring it inside they said they could not. They told me this was a “Drop Off Free Delivery”, I said NO, this is Free Delivery, and the salesman did not say there was a difference. I have never heard of such an absurd play in words. So, the reason for my displeasure is based on the salesman promoting Free Delivery and not explaining the difference between Drop off and Delivery. Who in their right mind would have a full-size couch just dropped off at their front door? Please make your sale people explain what Free Delivery means….. So, for anyone shopping at this store, question your sale-person on the definition of “Free Delivery”. Jim
