Purchased a couch and love seat online. It was a great deal. Quality Lane product but the website did not tell me that. I got in the store and the guys jumped on my order right away. I had my couch loaded within 15 mins and was able to leave. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful.

On Monday, May 27, 2024, we visited Furniture Row to purchase a bedroom set. David Olson, the sales consultant, assisted us with the purchase. We were able to buy the bedroom set on display and David arranged for it to be delivered the same week. I highly recommend Furniture Row for their solid wood furniture, which is great quality and long-lasting. Thank you, David, for your excellent service. Additionally, we needed a mattress and David directed us to Denver Mattress where Daniel Salinas helped us. Daniel showed us different options and explained the comfort levels of each mattress. We requested same-week delivery, and Daniel made it happen. Thank you, Mr. Salinas, for your great service as well. I would like to express my gratitude to the driver, Aduildo Silguero, for delivering and setting up the furniture while taking every precaution to ensure that the furniture did not get scratched or damaged. I highly recommend Furniture Row and Denver Mattress to anyone in search of long-lasting furniture. Thank you to everyone for your hard work – great job!

My husband and I came in about a week ago looking for a solid wood bed frame. We spoke to Kevin, who immediately showed us the ones that met our criteria, then gave us space to talk and think. He let us know about upcoming sales and how long it would take to receive the various pieces once we purchased them. I felt that he attended us us well without making us feel pressure to decide before we were ready. While looking around in the store, we also found a dining table we just loved. After talking things over at home, we decided to go ahead and get the table now, and to keep looking for the bed frame. The quality of what we looked at was amazing, but we decided it was not be the style we were after. We went back in a few days later to order the table and a matching bench. Kevin immediately greeted us and remembered which pieces were had looked at. He asked us what we had decided to go with. It was so nice not to feel "talked into" anything were weren't totally sure we wanted. He helped us place our order, told us when to expect it to arrive, and let us know that if it went on a better sale before arrival, we could call the store and they would refund the difference! Such a pleasant and refreshing experience. Thanks for your help!

We bought a house in Corpus Christi a little over a year ago. We ordered our college age son new bedroom furniture and had it delivered the day we moved in. Not all of it came in at the same time, but the sales clerk kept us up to date on the rest of the delivery. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL! My husband bought me the Colorado Sliding Door Chest for Christmas. It was backordered, but again the sales clerk told us at the time we ordered it and kept up up to date about when we could pick it up! We are using it to store canning supplies in our dinning room!

We had no idea what we were wanting when we walked into furniture row. We walked around and talked for quite some time. The man who helped us answered any & all questions. Gave us the info as we requested it. We were very back and forth. He never crowded us. We were very happy with our decision. We would recommend furniture row to all friends.

I Keep Coming Back

I love this store, the selection is great and the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. I have been replacing my furniture piece by piece. I find a piece I think I might like on the website then I may visit the store a couple of times to look at it, just to be sure it is what I want before I finally make the purchase. I am always treated well even though I don't always buy something, I appreciate that, I like stores that make me feel comfortable while I go through "my process",

EVERY 1's a VIP

My husband and I visited Oak Express with only the intent to look around for a dining room set and get some ideas for a future purchase. We were pleasantly greeted with a smile and an offer to assist that was friendly and warm not pushy. Our salesman was Terry and he was 5 star world class. I have worked in the customer service industry for over a decade and have high expectations for customer service. Terry was AH-MAZING and I can't sing his praises enough. He was very knowledgeable about the product and there was no push to buy anything. I come from a a family of sales people and I have learned you do business with people you trust and feel comfortable with and this is Terry. We will definitely be back to Furniture Row for future purchases. :)

Not a planned purchase.

Jesse in Corpus Christi was an extremely helpful and a kind young man. He was very knowledgeable with the products and answered all our questions without hesitation. We were in to just browse and ended up purchasing a bedroom set. He gave us a great deal on top of what was already advertised in store. Couldn't be happier with the service alone. Still waiting for our furniture but that's expected. We plan to go back and purchase another piece of the collection and mostly likely something else for another room in our home simply because the service was great. No pressure. Jesse is a great asset!

I went to Oak Express after my apartment had been destroyed by Hurricane Harvey. Manager, TJ Rosales, was very kind and helpful during the process. When I first went, systems were down and I was unable to purchase that day. However Mr. Rosales gave me his business card and told me that he would be in contact with me to let me know if the bed I was interested was in stock. He did just that and I went to purchase the bed a couple days later. I was very happy with the service I received and I definitely will recommend their store to others.

After finding the dining room table I liked online, we went to the store, showed the salesman the picture from my phone & he took us straight to it. We did not like the chairs that were recommended for the table & preferred a chair that is no longer in production. Our salesman not only found them in a compatible finish, they were on clearance so we ended up purchasing 2 more chairs than originally planned. Our salesmans name was Chance. He was knowledgeable about the furniture, very professional, & very helpful without making us feel pressured by any sort of hard sell. All in all this was a great shopping experience & we will difinitely be back when we need to purchase other furniture pieces.

Extremely Enjoyable Experience

My husband and I bought a dining room table and chairs and the shopping experience was excellent. The store had a variety of styles from which to choose from. The one we selected has already received quite a few compliments! The application process was quick and easy and completing the paperwork was extremely efficient. The store employee that worked with us had a great sense of humor and made the entire process enjoyable and fun (which I normally can't say this when I shop with my husband:). Thanks Oak Express!

Loft beds for teens

We purchased a full size loft bed with trundle for our sons room. We saw it on the website and went in to look at it in person. The salesman was super friendly and very helpful. He knew exactly what we were looking for and found a floor model to show us. We will be back to complete our other bedrooms in the future.

Greatest Experience

We went in to Denver Mattress after my parents told us about the quality and service they had previously. We were not disappointed! Justin was our guide through the whole process of outfitting 4 new mattresses for our home. He was knowledgeable and very friendly. He never tried to push us into something we didnt want. He helped us all find the best mattress for each individual need. Not an easy feat with 2 picky teenagers and an 8 yr old! We bought our bed there too! Everything was superb! Definitely will buy from Denver again! We purchased the Serta Icomfort and the Durango mattresses.

Chair for Me

Since we live near Corpus Christi, we tend to go there to shop. We have been to several other furniture stores there and have not really had a great experience. Surprisingly, we were able to find the perfect recliner to fit my petite frame and they even let me choose the upholestery fabric without charging extra. No extra markup for shipping it to the store was our next surprise. We enjoyed being able to browse without anyone hanging on us and then our salesman was curteous and helpful. Yes, we will look there first when we need more furniture!

Returning Customern

My wife and I purchased our first piece of furniture as a couple together here 5 years ago. It was a tent sale and now it's time for an upgrade. We came and spoke with Raul and it was one of the nest sales experiences I've ever had. Raul was knowledgeable and helpful and listen to our wants and concerns and helped us through the entire process with ease. We are very satisfied repeat customers and will be stopping back at furniture row next time we need anything they can provide.

Excellent Customer Service

We visited several furniture stores and by far we received the best service at Sofa Mart. They were very busy and short staffed but the manager helped us and made sure we knew we were of importance and not forgotten.

Love this store!

We love our mattress and appreciate the extremely knowledgeable and professional sales associate (Justin) that assisted us with choosing the right product. There was one challenge that arose on delivery day which was quickly remedied by Justin personally coming out to our home. Perfect service recovery! Bravo! Will buy again from this store.

We gather the Everest Leather Sectional

Love the quality of leather...We purchased the discontinued Cloud replacement called Everest. It is not on the Sofa Mart/Furniture Row website YET!...We added an additional console, signed papers all in about 30 minutes!...Iris Del Los Santos greeted us...and after putting in my phone number said the salesman that sold us our last three Piece Sofa in 2009, was there now and would we like him to help us...I said no...we wanted her to help us...and she did! Thank you...we look forward to the delivery in 2-3weeks!

Knowledgeable Staff

I had been reviewing furniture for a few weeks. Sofa Mart had a very easy to use website with great pictures of the items along with all information and reviews. When i actually went to the store i knew exactly what i was looking for. The store was very clean and the sales man Bob knew exactly which set I was looking for just by my description. He took me straight to where it was located and encouraged me to try the furniture as he described all its features. I decided to buy so we sat down and he went through the financing details with me making sure i understood everything. Great experience will be back to review the furnitute after I have had it for a few weeks. Good Job guys!

We were looking for a reasonably priced dresser. This was the first place we looked at and found what we wanted immediately. We visited several other stores to check pricing & selection, but ended up coming back to purchase the dresser. Good value!
