We purchased a sectional for our family and it was an incredibly simple process to get it ordered. We did have to wait a few months due to covid shipping delays but the staff kept us updated through the entire wait period. They were very friendly and very informed about the products. We absolutely love our sectional and it is still in amazing condition after 2 years! We plan to purchase another sofa for another room very soon!

I am so happy with the purchase of my TV Stand. There were many choices and the quality is very good. The sales associates were knowledgable and very helpful on the phone and in person. We decided on self pick up and that process was very easy. The whole experience was great and I will be back for other purchases.

Beautiful Sectional

Our salesperson, Britt gave us individual attention and walked us through the showroom to find a sofa. We found a beautiful Natuzzi sectional. Simple to set up financing and wonderful customer service. The delivery staff was outstanding - timely, courteous, answered all the questions we had and set the furniture up efficiently. We couldn't be happier with our purchase.

Cabinet Shopping

I was looking for a cabinet for my apartment to add a little shelf space. Oak Express was just one of my stops that day. Their selection was not very broad; however, they have very nice, tasteful and well built furniture. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I did not feel any pressure from the staff; they simply wanted to help. Jo Ann was particularly helpful in making sure the piece I purchased was right for me.

Jamie and Amanda gave exceptional after purchase service. Three years from purchase one of our recliners from them stopped working. Following a switch replacement at home which didn’t help, at their advice we brought it in and within the hour went home with a replaced motor for a very reasonable fee. They are very customer satisfaction focused. We ordered another!

This is such a great store. They sell quality furniture for what I consider reasonable prices (for quality furniture). This is not painted particle wood like the big warehouse stores. It is solid wood, steel frames, good foam upholstery, etc. So far I've bought a bedroom chair, living room chair, couch and loveseat, bar stools, and leather chair and ottoman. I will continue coming back. Very happy to find quality furniture near me.

We had such a great experience at Furniture Row in Dacono! We didn't feel pressured to buy anything and we got all of our questions answered. It has been this way every time we've gone into this store, looking to buy something. We purchased a bed a couple years ago, and that was great! We decided to change up our bedroom furniture and went to Furniture Row on a whim. We went to another furniture store beforehand and just were not happy with the options. To my surprise, Furniture Row had plenty of options that fit in our budget. The store was clean and the staff were available but let us shop with out interruption. I was pleasantly surprised about my experience and will definitely keep Furniture Row in mind for future furniture purchases.

I have recently invested in a new home and purchased quite a bit of furniture from Furniture Row in Dacono. Everything from new office, to dining room and family room. It was truly MY pleasure to work with Cheyenne, one of the sales reps at Furniture Row She is so warm, friendly and professional. But her customer service did not stop there. Her follow up with my special order was exceptional. I love shopping for furniture and it is a favorite past time of mine...but never have I received the exceptional service level from anyone like I did from Cheyenne. As a matter a fact, sadly, she did not get the largest sale from me. I truly wish I could have done something special for her because she always treated me so wonderful. Cheyenne, THANK YOU so very much for going to extra mile for me...more than once...to ensure my satisfaction with Furniture Row. Being in a customer service world myself, I know that Furniture Row is blessed to have someone as terrific as you working for them.

Great Customer Service!

I went to the showroom yesterday to look for a couch for our basement renovation. I stumbled upon a flash sale - 50% off sale price. I asked a young man who worked there (come to find out he normally worked only in the stock room) to help me with one of the couches. He helped me also pick out a matching one that wasn't on clearance. He was knowledgeable on all aspects of the furniture and the layout of the store. He made the buying experience great.

Quality Customer Service and Choices

This is the second time I have come to Furniture Row as I upgrade to higher quality furniture in my house and the customer-service and selection never disappoints. I was so thankful for the wonderful customer-service provided by the knowledgeable staff who also took a significant time to help me coordinate furniture selection and styles across multiple rooms even if that meant more time to call other locations to get the pieces I was looking for. The coordination of delivery dates around the closing date and post-move-in renovations of our new home was greatly appreciated. I will definitely be back to finish decorating in the near future and would highly recommend Furniture Row to anyone who wants high quality furniture at a reasonable price (we have other furniture from Furniture Row that has withstood 4 distance moves and plan on having the classic styles for years to come).

I have bought 2 sets of living room furniture from this store and have loved them both. The associates in the store do not pressure you in to buying something you don't want. In fact, when you ask about a certain piece, they show you similar items in different price ranges. Overall, I have always had great experiences when shopping at Furniture Row and will continue to use them for any future needs.

Couch

We went in there originally look at the matador. The employee that helped us took us right to it and explained everything about the different fabrics and things like that. We have 3 toddlers and wanted a fabric easy to clean. He was very helpful but also knew when to back off and just let us look. It was really nice not feeling pressured and being able to take our time to look. It was like he was psychic and knew exactly when to reach out for questions. He did not pressure us into financing or anything like that just asked us about it. We ended up choosing the Challenger and are so excited. This was the best furniture shopping experience ever. I really enjoyed it and it was not stressful.

Phenomenal Overall Experience

My wife and I took our time searching for the perfect living room furniture for our new home and thankfully we stopped in Furniture Row. The salespeople here do work on commission but that was a huge plus in our situation. Anthony helped us when we first saw something we liked in the store. We ended up leaving without a purchase because what we wanted was out of our price range - we gave him our information in case anything changed. Within the next two weeks we searched around and couldn't find anything we liked quite like what we wanted from FR. In that time Anthony had stayed in contact with us about various sales and promotions but we still couldn't make it work with our budget. The day we were going to grab something we weren't that happy with Anthony happened to reach out again mentioning a special sale on the exact product we loved. We went back to the store and bought the sectional right away and even had enough money to purchase a great dining room table. We are excited for the furniture to be delivered this week and will be going back to Furniture Row for our future needs. Thank you Anthony and Furniture Row for taking great care of us!

Perfect

I was looking for end tables that met both mine and my husband's criteria. I wanted elegant and round. He wanted a drawer and a shelf. After looking at several stores, I found just what I wanted. The salesman was not pressuring but friendly. He was helpful in helping us order. When we got them they had to be assembled. We thought, "Oh no!" much to our surprise they were easy to put together and look great.
