My experience with this store was very good. Chase, my salesperson, was very helpful in finding the exact piece that I needed for my special conditions. He was patient and courteous and did not pressure me in making my decision. The store is beautiful, with a well stocked selection and had a very clean presentation. I will be returning as my needs develop.

I am so impressed with every part of my experience purchasing my new Vista living room group! My sales associate Anthony was completely on point - so much! I would recommend him without hesitation- and will surely find him for any future purchases!! From him being sure that we knew when the sale would start and end, ensuring that we'd get the best price and his assisting me via texts with minor questions I'd had. He was solid! To add to my being impressed, I just received a message saying my furniture was in - and it hasn't even been 3 full business days! They promised 2-3 weeks but I will surely take 3 days!! Pretty darn impressive!!!

We bought living room sectional in November . We where told it will take up to 20 weeks before it gets delivered . So we got it after 8 weeks ,nice surprise . Amina was very nice ,she helped us a lot in picking the right sectional for us , and she went up and beyond to make the experience very pleasant .Thanks to Amina we will definitely come back to FURNITUR ROW .

Junelle was my customer service person and she was so friendly and patient went me as I tried to make up my mind. took me to several options that she thought I would like and then left me alone a few minutes to browse and sit and get the feel if the furniture. very friendly and knowledgeable. very excited to get my pieces. 😊

Was visiting the Furniture Row on Elmore in Davenport, IA and found the sofa I wanted immediately. The sales associate, Paula, was very helpful in getting everything lined up for the delivery and was so pleased that we even got the Veteran's discount. Great Sales people
I have ordered a lot of Furniture from Furniture Row, and have been happy with quite a few of their items. They are very personable and helpful, and go above and beyond to help with any of your issues of you have a problem with your purchase. If they can't help just call corporate and they will remedy the situation. They have policies they have to follow and I understand this. As with all furniture, you get what you pay for.

Bedroom furniture finally..
We’ve been customer for several years. We bought our kitchen table there almost 9 years ago. We’ve been shopping for bedroom furniture since but just didn’t buy anything till a week ago. I have been furnishing my first home and almost every item I have purchased has come from the Davenport Furniture Row.The level of customer service, attention to detail and efforts to make the customer feel they are the store's number one concern under the management of Eric Faubert at Sofa Mart have kept me returning numerous times over the past Eight months. Sofa and recliner
I was in search of a sofa and recliner for "short" people. Chase was understanding of my plight and was able to offer suggestions that had a shorter depth in the seat and I was able to sit comfortably and was able to get up easier. Looking forward to receiving it.

Corner TV stand with fireplace and loveseats
Salesman was courteous and not pushy. He was also very friendly and helpful. He let us browse but was available to answer questions. They did not have what we were looking for so we browsed the entertainment centers that they did have. We also checked out the various love seats on the floor. The visit was pleasant and not pressured. Will visit again if the need arises.

It was my first time shopping at Furniture Row and I will be back. When we entered the store looking for bedroom sets we were greeted right away and asked if we needed assistance. The layout of the store was explained and then we were given time to look around alone. I found a bedroom set that was exactly what I was looking for!!!! We were in and out quick. I can't wait for the furniture to be delivered!!!!

I ordered new furniture from two different places for a new home. Furniture Row and especially Andy and his entire team including Kevin were amazing to work. A couple years ago my wife and I purchased a sectional from sofa mart. Currently in the process of moving for more space and wanted to add additional pieces to our current sofa. When we stopped in to look, our sales person from over two years ago "Amina" remembered both of our names. Shes very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Noticed the same goes for the rest of the staff as well. We wont be going anywhere else to buy furniture as long as Furiniture Row is in Davenport.
