I would like to take a minute to recognize Customer Sales Rep Jaime for his outstanding customer service. The electric motor on my Natuzzi recliner ($$$) recently went out after owning the piece for a short period of time. I brought the motor in in hopes that we would be able to order a replacement.
Jaime searched in the backroom for a few minutes and was able to locate a spare unit. Needless to say, I am back enjoying my recliner.

After years of dealing with a firm mattress and lack of sleep, Denver Mattress Company can’t be beat. Their prices are very competitive, but their mattress selection is high quality. My spouse and I went to a few mattress stores and had a hard time finding a perfect fit. We walked into Denver Mattress Company and couldn’t believe the excellent customer service given by Shawn. He exemplifies what it means to be a perfect salesman and we are now happy to refer anyone who is looking for a better nights sleep. Shawn was patient even though we showed up 20 minutes before closing. He was honest and wasn’t money hungry. He truly wanted us to find what suited us best and treated us with the utmost respect. Hey management! When are you going to give this guy a raise? Haha all jokes aside, we are very happy with our purchase and experience! My husband and I purchased a vacation home and shopped several different furniture stores looking for the right fit for us. We met Arvin M. a few weeks ago and he has helped us furnish our entire home!
Arvin has a great, helpful personality and has good product knowledge. What seemed like an overwhelming task became easy with his guidance. You have a great sales associate in Arvin.

When purchasing a dining set online, I had troubles getting the credit card authorization to work so I messaged my store and they quickly called me and helped complete the order over the phone. I finished the purchase process over text for payment and got immediate confirmations for pick up. Would highly recommend working with them on your next furniture purchase.

My husband and I went to the Furniture Row Bedroom Bannock location, just off of I-70 and 25 this past weekend and were helped by Daniel. We went in with a few ideas of what we were looking for, and Daniel was very knowledgeable about the construction of each bedroom set and was quick to give us recommendations that he thought matched the style we were going for. I can't say enough good things about Daniel and the level of customer service he provided to us. We were in and out in under an hour, with a new bedroom set to be delivered in the next few weeks. The store itself was well organized and brightly lit, which made it easy to find exactly what we needed.

I purchased a Dining Room set, and it is wonderful. It is Cherrywood, and bar height with six chairs which have leather cushions, very comfortable and stylish, the wife loves it. the pedestal under table has a cabinet for storage. We got it at an excellent price during holiday sale. We recommend Oak Express, wonderful furniture, and very friendly, and helpful salespeople!!!

Sunday afternoon with two research papers and an essay waiting to be completed, I was in and out with my purchase in less time that it took me to drive there. Delivery scheduled for Tuesday between 8am and 11am, showing up at 805 am! I was on time for my classes and my dressor is beautiful.!

I was looking for a dining table and chairs that wasn't the same traditional look. We live in a high rise downtown so I was looking for something more urban. Well needless to say Furniture Row had exactly what I was looking for. I had looked at other stores and online and found nothing. Walked in to Furniture Row saw instantly and had to have and actually like it better in my home then at the store. One last thing the guys that delivered and put it together were absolutely fabulous.

I had never been to or shopped at Oak Express before. I went in to look around and the selection was good and prices reasonable. I did not buy anything because I wanted to shop around. A week later I went back after looking around and pricing at other stores. To my surprise the President's Day sale was going on and the prices were even cheaper. The sales person, Travis, remembered me as soon as I walked in and asked if I was ready to get a table. Yup, he even remembered what I looked at. It was a great experience and I plan on going back.

My fiancé and I went in to get a variety of things for our new house. We were greeted right away and often throughout our trip although not overwhelmingly. We were able to find everything we needed included replacement legs for a bed we had gotten from their Fort Collins location previously. We placed our order with Chris and he was great. Was very helpful in the recommendations he made and was able to help us feel confident making decisions by answering our questions. Delivery was prompt and they were quick getting in and out. Looks like one of my dresser drawers was scratched in moving but they will replace the drawer. Good experience, great service!

My husband and I recently purchased a new table set from oak express. We came into the store and immediately the sales person, Jamie, showed us two tables that were exactly what we were looking for that were in our price range. He was very helpful, answering all of our questions, and giving us time to discuss our options. We ended up buying a beautiful dark finished counter height table set with a butterfly leaf that works perfectly, looks great in our dinning room, and is comfortable to sit at. Also, the gentlemen who delivered the table were very nice and helpful.

The guy who helped us was extremely knowledgable or the current deals as well as the products they had in stock. We were prepared to leave because we did not see a Computer desk that we liked, when the associate asked we told him we were looking for something Gray, he took us to the bedroom section and showed us the perfect desk. He then applied the Discount for home office, even though the product was in the bedroom set.

Dinning Room Table purchase
I had a great shopping experience at the Denver Furniture Row location. It is so easy to get to right off of I-25. There is plenty of parking and has an inviting entrance. Upon walking in there is such a nice atmosphere in the store. Everything is arranged very nice.
I was specifically looking for a new dinning room table and chairs. I already had the set that I was going to look at, but was amazed at the wide selection to choose from.
I was approached by a associate and he helped me with my purchase. I liked that there was no pressure to "up-sell" me. For me, that is what keeps me coming back. Plus the value for the quality of furniture is another.
I choose to pickup my furniture. The delivery dock is located at a different building, but it is just a few blocks down the street. The people at the warehouse were super nice and helped load the items into my car.
Once again I had a great experience and will be back for my next home furnishing purchase.

This was my first trip to Bedroom Expressions and it will not be my last. The store was easy to navigate, the selection was better than AFW and the staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. I probably walked the showroom 3 or 4 times trying to figure out which bedroom set would work best for me. Throughout my visit, the sales person (Dustin) asked thoughtful and relevant questions to help me come to the best decision. I did not feel pressured in any way - quite the opposite! From start to finish, this was a positive experience and I am very happy with my purchase!

Bear Creek Table and Chairs
My boyfriend and I were looking for a great new table and chairs to host our first Thanksgiving inside our new house. We have a small dining room, so we wanted the option to have a table that is small but could be opened up with a leaf or two for a bigger gathering for holidays. We were immediately greeted by a sales associate and helped with finding dark wood tables with leaf options. We told him we only had about 20 mins to look as my boyfriend had to run to work. We were just planning on looking. We found the Bear Creek table and chairs and absolutely fell in love with it. It's solid wood in a dark espresso color almost and has some texture on the top that makes it look distressed, which I love. We already had a furniture row credit card and knew about their no interest financing for 2 or 4 years. They were also having a sale. The sales associate, who I later found out was a manager, knew a lot about our table and how the leafs worked easily and how it came with two leafs so it expanded a lot, but then also became really small for normal dinners. He showed us how to put the leafs in and out and gave us his full attention, but also knew we were in a hurry. My boyfriend and I couldn't pass up the opportunity. Even though it was on back order, he told us we would still get it in time for Thanksgiving. Fingers crossed still, but he said this sale is only until Thursday and I will give you my number if it doesn't arrive on time. He made us feel so at ease and the table and his knowledge behind it pretty much sold itself. We cannot wait to have it for our new dining room and host our families for the first big holiday meal.

We bought a house in CO and needed to furnish it quickly. I was able to choose and order furniture within 24 hours with the help of Daniel Juarez. We had a lot of ground to cover and Daniel was right there the entire way. He gave us space when we needed it, but was available when we had questions. He checked to make sure everything was in stock. He also coordinated our purchases with the bedding and sofa departments. It was so nice to have a single contact managing the whole sale. We haven't received our furniture yet, but I have faith we'll be completely happy with it.
