We bought both Durango and Elevations sectionals, lamps, & a table from Daniel today. In addition to the bedroom furniture, the total was over $11,000 and it was a value for quality. I met Barney Visser years ago at a NASCAR race and promised myself I would give him a shot when the time came. I love his story about battling and beating the giants.

All the staff have been so pleasant and willing to help find just the right pieces. I had a lot of anxiety spending more money than ever on furniture (previous mentality of price over quality). Furniture Row provided great direction, value, and customer service. Ash and Debbie were great and the rug department was filled with options from lowest budget to no budget. I highly recommend for your next home shopping needs. They even offer free design help create a space that is functional and aligned with your style and vision. I also must commend the delivery crews. So far all deliveries leaned toward the early end of the 2 hour window and were professional and handled with care.

This was my first visit to the store. I was overwhelmed because there was just so much to choose from. Laurie approached me and asked if she could help. I explained what I was looking for and immediately she offered her service. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and approachable yet very professional. I ended up getting a bedroom set, sofa, recliner, armoire, and more. She was with me every step of the way and made sure that all of my purchases would be delivered at the same time. She followed up with me and I must say that if I could give her ten stars, I would. She went above and beyond and if I am in need of anything else, I will be sure that I contact her.

Whirlwind service

Found exactly what we were looking for in about twenty minutes. Picked the fabric and pillow pattern and checked out in about 30 minutes altogether. So efficient. Vivian knows her stuff!!!!

This was one of the best shopping experiences I can remember. Ash was fantastic and more than helpful and very friendly. We are in the process of furnishing a brand new house and I will definitely be heading back to work with him soon. The selection is huge, and of quality. The Lazy Boy selection is great, and we are excited to have our new Lazy Boy sectional delivered along with our new dining set. Financing options are also great. Thanks, Ash!

The Showroom @Furntiure The Showroom, and Furniture Row, what can I say they have stepped to the plate for fire victims and gone out of the way to help families that have been devastated by the recent fires. After you lose everything in your life the emotional challenges are hard, rebuilding your home hard, rebuilding your life hard. This company I can not tell you how much they have helped our family moving forward. The staff is fantastic from the folks on the sales floor to the mangers to the corporate office staff to the president of the company. They are compassionate, caring and more than helpful. I cannot say enough. They have us as clients for life and our family will refer all our friends, family, clients and whoever we can to them. They deserve the highest accolades available. The stores are inviting, clean, layed out wonderfully and have fantasitc selection of furniture availabel anywhere. There are so many options from grab and go to custom design product selection. What a breath of fresh air in todays marketplace.

I went to the Bannock St location. It was carefully explained that the showroom consisted of 2 different portions. The back selections were more customizable by fabric, color, etc. The sales person was very friendly and allowed me to look around. Checked the availability of what I was looking at and then gave me his card to call when I made a decision. When I decided to go ahead and order the furniture, it was an easy process over the phone. Very happy!

Our experience at The Showroom was excellent! Our salesperson was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional in helping us find the exact furniture we needed for our new house. The delivery people were timely and extremely respectful and polite. I can't say enough about how pleased we are with our experience. Also, the quality of furniture carried at The Showroom is top-notch. When compared to their primary competitor, there is no comparison. This is a fine furniture store, and not a cheap discount mass chain. Having said that, the sale prices were still good and the "buy more get more discount program" really knocked our final price down. When purchasing furniture keep in mind that these are items that you're going to keep hopefully for a long time. Considering this I would choose quality over discount . We found that you could get both value and quality at The Showroom. Thanks Furniture Row! We will be back soon.

Large, clean well set up store. Larger than other locations in Denver Metro area. Salesperson, MacKenzy greeted us when we arrived and was helpful to find what we were looking for. 2 items we purchased are in stock at the local warehouse and we should get them this week. All good. Would good.

When we first walked in, we were met by Ashraf, who was super helpful. He showed us several different pieces of furniture around the store any time we asked and then stuck with us to answer all of our questions. The showroom is huge and has every type of couch imaginable. They were lacking some dining room sets, though they had the Furniture Row Dining right up the road about 30 seconds away. Overall, we had a great experience shopping at this Furniture Row and we found our couch and loveseat! This particular location had the last one of our couches in the entire system. We would be waiting until mid/late September for it if not for this giant Denver showroom. I would highly recommend shopping here and make sure to ask for Ashraf if you're looking for couches. He's very knowledgeable!

I recommend Furniture Row Showroom because of the effort of one lady and her name is Jenny. I was going to shop at American Furniture Warehouse at first because of their affordable prices, but I forgot that we bought from there before and the quality is let's say you get what you pay for. Then I went to Furniture Row yes they're pricey, but I love my furniture. Except for my couch and sofa, there were some fabric issues not sure why. When I told Jenny about it, I didn't get no hesitation from her, but yes we will completely replace your sofa and the loveseat and you can use this one tell the new one arrives. My wife and I were stressed out but because of Jenny's care ae were smiling even if we have to wait some but nothing in life is perfect but she made sure make the best of it. Thank you Jenny I will bring my business to you again and recommend others. Thank you

Great Selection, Great Service!

My husband and I spent a couple of hours trying to find new couch set. We were really impressed by all of the choices and custom options. Our salesperson was Russ and he was extremely patient and knowledgeable. We very much preferred this buying experience compared to other large competitors and plan to go back for other things in the future.

Great product and people

I purchased a sofa and an 8 x 10 rug. The sofa had a few issues with some wrinkles in the sewing of the fabric. When I mentioned it to "The Showroom" they said it would be fixed or the sofa replaced. No problems! Russ was a fantastic ssalesman only to be outdone by Brianna dealing with the sofa and a small issue with the rug. I would and will buy furniture here again and Brianna is awesome!!!

Ashraf is thew best!

Among many others, we love the Elenor Rigby line and are excited for it to arrive. Our experience and the selection was so great that we'll be back over the coming months to purchase more furniture as we renovate our home room by room. We especially love working with Ashraf! We were stunned immediately on how knowledgable he is and how well he's connected to his suppliers! Besides that, he's just a great guy and we enjoyed all of our time with him!

The Showroom

I am very impressed with the changes that have been made to Furniture Row. The new Showroom seems to have a higher quality of not only designers, but selections and furniture overall. It is much improved then the old Sofa Mart. We will most definitely go back for future purchases. Friendly and knowledgeable sales staff too. The chairs that we wanted to buy were discontinued, so Russ had a great alternate suggestion, which is what we ended up purchasing.

Awesome!

I was thrilled to discover "The Showroom" the first time I went in. On my next visit I took my husband and we purchased a sofa and an 8x10 rug. Russ helped us and he was awesome, very knowledgeable, and not pushy. I would recommend him to anyone. We are looking forward to delivery!
