We went to Furniture Row looking for a new leather couch and love seat. We were immediately greeted by a nice and knowledgeable sales associate (not pushy at all) who helped us look at ones that fit our criteria. We found a set we loved, very high quality and comfy, and able to get a delivery date scheduled quickly. We love the new couches and the service we were provided. Will definitely go back for future furniture needs!

I always have a great experience with Furniture Row and I’ve bought many pieces of furniture there. I love the selection and appreciate the variety of styles and fun, unique pieces there. We went in two days ago looking for dining chairs, and we left with a great accent chair and ottoman for our living room and a beautiful chest for our bedroom. We simply couldn’t resist due to the quality of the items and the deals they were offering. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We are very happy with our purchases!

It was our first time here yesterday and it was amazing!! the quality of furniture is great! everything is well made and beautiful! Of course it costs more than IKEA, but the beauty and quality is totally worth it! We won't be shopping elsewhere to furnish our home!

I've purchased furniture before & it was a good experience. Today I purchased a 2-piece sectional. I wanted a curved sofa & found what I was looking for. A bonus: I got to pick out the fabric for the sofa along with the pillow fabric. The only down side: Covid has slowed the process of getting customized furniture. But my experience today was great. Service, explaining the process & the variety of furniture were all outstanding. Very pleased with my purchase.

Fast Friendly Service with Great Quality

We have been looking for a couch set for our new home and due to Covid-19 we were seeing delivery dates out a few months past our move-in date. We had looked at many other furniture stores prior to our visit here and really loved a set but expected a long delivery. The set we chose matched our move-in time frame and they can hold it til we are ready for it. I also thought the quality was much better and would wear the best. On top of that they offered a 5 year protection package that includes cleaner you apply or if you cannot get a stain out they will send a professional to remove it. When you run out you give them your empty bottle and they give you a full one for up to 5 years!! Can't go wrong shopping here. Another thing I liked was their furniture was slightly different than your typical styles seen in an RC Willey or Ashley Furniture which gives you a unique look for your space. Will definitely shop here again!

Great Customer Service, Selection, Clean Showroom

We had not been to Furniture Row for many years as we had not shopped for any home furnishings in many years. We visited other home furnishing stores but could not find what we were looking for. At Furniture Row we found the sectional sofa we ultimately purchased within a few minutes of browsing the showroom. Sebastion quickly found us and answered all our questions in a no pressure environment. The pricing was much better than other stores and then we found out they were offering $100 off for every $1,000 spent this weekend. We got what we wanted and kept to the budget we set for ourselves.

Nice Choices and No Pressure!

We really enjoyed working with Sebastion, the manager, to purchase a living room table set. He communicated very clearly and respected our wishes without pushing for us to re-consider other options. He got us taken care of in a friendly, yet efficient manner. We also enjoyed the large variety, the design choices for the whole livingroom set-up, and the no-pressure feeling to be able to browse as long as we wanted.

Shorthanded I think not

Great customer service

I brought my 87 yr old mom in to purchase a leather sectional and they were very patient and not pushy at all. She ordered one and I liked them so much I ended up buying one too. I've had alot of furniture delivered over the years but this one was the best experience I've had. The last impression of a store purchase are the ones that deliver and I just have to say "Alex & Wesley" were the BEST. They weren't in a hurry and wanted to make sure I was happy with everything which was so nice.

Excellent experience

We bought as bed frame for our 3 year old. It's her first big girl bed, and the experience in not only finding a nice bed, but one that was n exceptional price was fantastic. The no-hassle sales experience was refreshing, and the delivery time was exemplary. We will be back.

Knew what I wanted

I had researched what I wanted so we just walked into the store found our sofa's and a very nice and professional sales associate helped us immediately along with the store manager. It was a quick and painless transaction and she helped us save some additional fees that we didn't know about. It was a great experience.

Great store, good experience

We checked out a few different stores on furniture row when shopping for a new couch. We figured that "sofa mart" would have the best selection of sofas, and they indeed had a lot. Friendly helpful staff and competitive prices. We then went to (am i allowed to say competitors names?) rhymes with CR Milley, who had a geat selection as well and good prices....but the salesmen there ugh! Waiting at the door as you walk in and follow you around, very pushy. We ended up going back to Sofa Mart, picked out a perfect set, and the salesman was not pushy, gave us space but was good to check on us now and again and answer questions, and was quick to take care of is when we were ready to purchase. We would shop there again and would recommend them to anyone!

Great place to shop

This is my second time shopping at the Sofa Mart. The one thing I really like about this store is there are no sales associates following me around. When I'm ready they are there to help. I'm extremely happy with their selection and most of all the prices. Would definitely recommend this to my friends & family

Different and great selection

We have been looking for a master bedroom set for at least a year. We seemed to be seeing a lot of the same things wherever we went. To be honest, I gave up. Then we came to Oak Express for something completely unrelated...and there it was. A set that was different than anything else that we had seen and something my husband and I both fell in love with. The customer service was incredible, patient with my excitedness and just a great experience!

Excellent customer service

I am so glad I walked inside Oak Express. Expecting to find overly expensive furniture, I was delighted by the reasonable prices and excellent selection. An employee (Kendra) took time to explain a few basics and allowed us to browse the store without any pressure. By the time I was ready to make a purchase, she was helping another customer. Yet, another employee who was taking a lunch break, offered to help me. I was extremely pleased with the entire experience. From start to finish, I felt well taken care of and look forward to my next visit!

Sofa purchase

We ended up purchasing a sofa at the Draper, UT location. Louis was fantastic at giving us options, prices and meeting our needs! I recommend going and tell everyone my experience, best salesman I have ever met! My sofa will be getting delivered, score! I fell in love with the color and leather right off, then finding out I could "custom" the layout, AMAZING! Now I will have all I need with my dream couch, cup holders and all!

My wife and I had searched everywhere for the perfect sectional and luckily we found it here at Sofa Mart. The sales staff was very friendly and answered all our questions. After shopping for a sofa/recliner at many other furniture stores, I found exactly what I was looking for at FURNITURE ROW! There were no pushy salespeople, and Louis was very helpful when I was ready to ask questions and then make a purchase. They delivered 2 days later, were on time, and very friendly. BONUS: the sofa/recliner I bought was on close-out and a very good price:)

Great Service!

I recently ordered 2 couches, 1 loveseat, and 1 chair from Sofamart. Upon delivery, I noticed that the fabric on 1 couch and 1 loveseat was torn on the back. They said they would either give me some money back for the couches or order me new ones, whichever i preferred. They would also allow me to keep the couches they were going to take back until the new ones arrived. Fast forward 2 weeks, and my new couches are ready for delivery. It's unfortunate that the couches came ripped, but I appreciate that they were willing to let me keep the originals until new ones were ready, and replace them, no questions asked and no charge to me. It took less than 10 minutes to resolve the situation which means more to me than any refund/credit/replacement they could offer. I will be a customer for life!

We went to the Sofa Mart in the search for a new sofa. We were completely surprised by the huge inventory and wonderful pieces available. After road testing many electric controled sofas, with no pressure from sales people, I finally approached Louis for some help, and he was extremely knologable and helpful. We finally left to visit some other stores. After looking for two days we returned to the Sofa Mart, and again worked with Louis. We decided on a new sofa, and because Louis gave us such a good deal, decided to purchase a new recliner also. We are very happy with our purchase and very please with working with Louis, and the deal he made possible. We will shop here again when looking for further furniture needs. I would highly recommend the Sofa Mart.

New Carlyle Sectional

We went in to Sofa Mart after visiting other furniture stores in the area on the premise of needing a new ottoman for our existing sectional (which was only a year old). We walked out with an entirely new sectional based on a deal we could not pass up. Very happy with the decision. Enough said.
