The furniture quality is far superior to other stores in the area. We shopped many stores but once we sat on THE couch, at this store, our family knew immediately we had to have it. Expensive YES Long shipping time YES, however the right furniture is worth it because you only buy every 10-20 years. And Laura was great every step of the way!

Always Successful

We always find what we are looking for at Oak Express and Sofa Mart. Cannot wait til our new loveseats and recliners arrive. Brooke was the perfect sales person. Helpful but not hovering, informative and efficient. We selected pieces from the Everest collection in Bordeaux. Should be beautiful!

As soon I entered this store, I was greeted by the staff and Dennis was my salesman. I was looking for a Chaise Lounger for a library room, and he took the time out to show me what he had in the store. It was great that they had what I was interested in, on display, to actually feel the material and try it out. I can look at a dozen options online but it’s never the same as actually seeing the product in person and having someone as knowledgeable as Dennis, to answer all my questions. My house is now a home and Furniture Row is a part of that. From the beautiful dining table perfectly centered in the dinning room that brings the family together whether it’s having a nice meal or gathering around for a nice chat. To the beautiful decorative vases that add a perfect touch to the living room. Thank you for the beautiful pieces. Furniture Row is amazing.

the service sucks. it's going to take 11 to 12 months to get all my furniture. a chest of drawers was damaged. in June it was reordered and they ordered the wrong one.

A large selection of quality, full size beds. Our Sales Associate Leah provided us with a guided tour of all the beds available in the size we needed, dates of availability, and the materials/wood they were made from. Wonderful service. Was looking for a sofa / love seat but had a difficult time finding what I wanted. Spent 4 weeks looking all over El Paso and so glad to find help at Furniture Row! My sales associate (Khalil) took the time to custom build exactly what I had been looking for. We finally found our couch!

My husband and I had set aside money to buy a new couch. We looked at so.many.stores. And we just weren't impressed. It usually ended up being poor quality for a high price. My sister suggested Furniture Row, and we finally found THE couch! It is unique, made in the USA, with a lifetime warranty on the frame and springs. It's hard to find a unique couch these days -- we are pumped about the "snuggler" section of our couch! The couch is going to be custom made, so we won't get it for 10 weeks, but I know it will be worth the wait. We live on the West side of El Paso, TX but driving to the East side was definitely worth it too. Andy is the guy that helped us, and he made it a very pleasant buying experience.

Good Products, Great Service

I bought furniture for my apartment over two years ago. Now that I'm getting my house, I shopped around for prices and value only to end up back where I originally purchased my old furniture. Oak Express has a great selection of traditional and contemporary furniture at a reasonable price. The customer service there is exceptional! Our salesperson, Mark, actually gave us a quote when we shopped around. I was impressed that not only he remembered us, but kept us on file with the things we wanted before so that actually cut the time when he went back. As I mentioned previously...good products, great service!!

Great Deal!

I've been looking for an chaise for over 2 years. I've been to Hickory, NC, Virginia and Georgia, my next place to look was Florida. We were in Denver mattress on our way home from Carlsbad Caverns to buy our son a mattress when I walked through Furniture Row "just to look". As I was about to walk back to the counter where my husband was paying for the great mattress deal I almost tripped over the chaise, ON SALE! We live in NC. So I asked how we could get the chair home. Nicklolas told me we could pick it up from the Johnson City Store, less than an hour from our home. We anticipated picking it up 2 weeks later. Imagine our surprise when Nicholas called (on a Sunday) to say our chair had arrived. We just happened to be going to Johnson City that afternoon and were more than thrilled to pick it up, a week earlier than expected! The chaise looks great and we are happy as can be to fufill our dream of owning one.

I had never been to this furniture store, because I honestly thought it was so expensive but I was referred by my aunt. I went in told them I was looking for a twin and full sz mattress. Immediately started showing me some, perfect for kids. I liked how they didn't try to sell me the most expensive thing on the floor. It was my choice and preference! Literally took me 15 min. and I was sold! That never happens out of all the furniture places I've shopped in El Paso. The Manager was awesome as well as the customer service! I will definitely be buying from FR in the future! Thank you so much, my kids love their beds!

Great Service

All the employees listened to what I needed. They answered all my questions honestly. They didn't try to upsell me something I didn't need. I am a returning customer, in part, because they sell waterbeds and that's what I like. Their employees don't act like desperate used car salesmen. Super Customer Service

I bought a Recliner back in June last year, somehow one of the frame broke, I went to the store and with no questions asked from their customer service rep they authorize a refund to get me new one. Now, I asked them that I would like to get a different one, a Recliner Love Seat and if I can get a credit and I would paid the difference. Again no problem, I chose the one I want and I place the order. That's what I call super customer service, thank guys.

Excelent!!!

Went into the Sofa Mart location close to my home in El Paso, TX not knowing what I wanted to buy. The salesman at the store was very informative and not pushy at all like other stores I have gone to before. The salesman was very knowledgeable in the product line and even suggested something for me. My family and I ended up loving his suggestion and decided then and there to go ahead and buy the couches because they suit our every need. The whole process from beginning to end was very hassle free and fast! Thanks again!

Recliner Time

My wife and I have been shopping around town and even on the internet for new recliners. After many miles and time wasted on the internet, we decided to stop in at Furniture Row. Our saleslady was Lily. She was very professional, not pushy and answered all of our questions. There was a huge selection to choose from but we found the one we liked. We left that night to think it over. When we told Lily we were going to thank it over, she totally understood. Again no pressure to buy. She described the product, the warranty and the various finance options available. Upon return, we completed the loan applicaton with Brooke. Again a very professional individual and easy to work with. She completed our paperwork, explained everything to us and when to expect delivery. I am very pleased with the individuals we spoke with, the store layout and the finance options. Yes, I will buy here again.

Great Customer Service

Most furniture stores we walk in and we get ignored, but we were greeted and helped by a very knowledgeable sales associate Mariana.
