We bought a dining room table during the supply chain problems of 2022. It took 9 months for the table to be delivered, but it was damaged in shipment. The store manager, Brandon, quickly offered to replace the table. It too was damaged. (We figure both tables spent considerable time on the Pacific ocean waiting to get to port.) He offered a choice of other tables or to wait until the next shipment from the vendor. We decided to wait and now have a beautiful new table. I'm just super impressed that Furniture Row would continue to provide replacements until we were satisfied.

My husband came in first to look at the mattresses and the day after, he brought me in. Lisa helped him and he was ready to show me the choices they came up with. Lisa was extremely knowledgeable and professional. She answered all our questions and we ended up purchasing our "dream bed" along with a lovely set of sheets. I am facing double knee replacement surgery very soon, and so began my search for large, sturdy power recliners to replace our living room chairs. I found the Tundra line at Sofa Mart, online, but found myself unable to travel from Wyoming to look at the furniture. So I called the Ft Collins store and spoke to Kate, who had information about these chairs at her fingertips. She also informed me about a current sale, and about a Furniture Row five-year warranty, available for an extra fee. At the end of our chat, I was sold and I bought two chairs, over the phone and sight unseen. All that was a little intimidating, but Kate assured me that, should we be unhappy with our purchase, we could return the merchandise for a full refund within three days of purchase. The night before our scheduled delivery we received an automated call, letting us know our furniture would be delivered the following morning within a specified two-hour window. The following morning we received a second call, a few minutes prior to the start of the two-hour window, letting us know the truck would arrive at our house "in fifteen minutes". Arriving exactly on time, two young men brought our chairs in and placed them to accomodate the full range of motion of each chair. They made sure we were happy with the chairs, happy with the placement, and understood their operation. They cleaned up and took away all packing materials, leaving our home as it had been when they arrived. It was a pleasure having them here. This is the second Furniture Row store with which we have done business, the other being Denver Mattress, right here in Cheyenne. In both instances, we received outstanding service and are very happy with our purchases.

After shopping at several local furniture stores, Oak Express had the best selection and prices. We were pleasantly surprised when we found the table & chairs we wanted, then looked at bedroom sets and found several that we really liked. I was in the Ft. Collins Sofa Mart, the one just south of Mulberry at I-25. I was browsing for the perfect chair when I thought I found it, but the color didn't suit my color pallete. As I rambled about my shopping the same friendly sales man that greeted me when I came in, asked how I was doing; I mentioned the chair I was looking at, but the color was not what I wanted. Well, the next thing I know he's showed me this huge book of fabric selections and patterns! Something for every taste and so many colors! I can make the perfect chair with Sofa Mart.

Great deal on my entertainment center, sofamart nailed it. Unfortunately I didnt know that in order to get a great deal on a piece, I'd have to suffer through terrible customer service. To start off the staff was not attentive, when I was ready to buy the guy, he may have been a manager or lead, but he brished me off to count coin in his drawer, he never even talked to me, he finally rings it up & done. No thanks, no small talk, the guy looked miserable. I come back the next day for my piece, same guy is there, he finds me a guy to help with my item, He helps.me load it. I thank him & ask him for cardboard to secure my item to prevent damage. He tells me that if I check the dumpster I might find some boxes. Although I thought it was rude and inconsiderate, i thanked him and dumpster dove. What service! Again great deal, but terrible service. The guys next door at oak express were awesome, they had great customer service and went out of their way to help.

Be warned, when making an order on the website vs. an in-store purchase. There is a disconnect between the company/corporate website and individual stores. After ordering online the ball was dropped by the store and our delivery date was delayed 4 days. Chairs need to be put-together in-store and the builder was on vacation. This, despite receiving a phone call from the company to confirm the delivery date. The store manager did not accept responsibility and blamed the company/website, telling me next time I should really make the purchase in store instead of the website. Perhaps due to sales commissions. I told him, i'd rather not drive another 30 minutes back to the store to make the purchase when there is the option to buy online. Nice looking furniture but i am not impressed with the customer service.

The Good First, the store is nice. A good selection of living room furniture for most taste. Seems to be of good quality. Second, no pushy salesman. Third, they offer a 5 year warranty that seems to cover most accidents at a reasonable fee. The Bad Salesman have very little information as to the fabrics on most of the items. How durable they are or how to care for them. We bought our new 7 pc living room set and had it delivered to the store for pickup. Timing was set up so that it would be in for a big get together. The day came to get it and we were told it was all in. So we got rid of our other set that morning. Showed up to get the suite.( took the half the day off to do this). Was told one of the couches did not make it and it would be the next late the next day before we could get it. Now the store is over an hour away and we were going to be having people here before the store even opens. Tried to get the manager to let me have the display. His response was that this is a popular set and that I could not have the display. The best he could do is give me a discount of what a delivery charge would be. wooho!! Well, best to say is that I felt he really didn't care about my time or the fact that I am now 3 seats short of a set for this gathering. Lots of "Sorry the warehouse screwed up" I won't be back!

Picked up the same piece twice both broken. they do not verify it and have very bad customer service. especially Nick (supervisor) since his only solution is to return it and refund your money or pickup a 3rd one. This store owes me 2 deliveries of their broken stuff. Asking for a free delivery after two time was too much for him.

I ordered my furniture in July 2019. The furniture was delivered 4 weeks later but was missing the ac transformer for my electric recline on my couch. I have called 5 times now to get my transformer, which was promised to me by the delivery guys, within 2 weeks. Every time I call I get broken promises, lied to or just plain told they’ll look into it and call me back and I never receive a call, email or message. I have a $3000 couch set and I can not recline my couch after nearly 6 months.

I recently was in the Fort Collins Sofa Mart and very disappointed. We wanted to buy a couch set that day, buy got very poor service. Lack of knowledge of salesman's part, and inability to show us any of the fabric samples in the model we wanted. We drove to Ben's Furniture in Greeley and got it all done that same day.
