We went in and met a friendly non pushy sales associate (Bailey) he helped us and answered any questions we had and even helped measure for us. when the couch arrived unfortunately we didn’t take into account getting it down our basements door with a sharp turn. Instead of telling us too bad (because was our fault!) they sent someone to take the couch back and the manager of this location helped us order a new couch that would fit down the stairs. We just got our couch the other day and it fit. We are grateful they were so kind with the situation!

Wonderful Service Every Time!
I have been using this location for furniture needs for half a year now and I have NEVER been disappointed. The first time, I spoke with Shawn, bought a couch, and used Progressive Leasing. He was informative even though relatively new. We opted for the 90-day payment option. We have since bought a tv stand, a kids' dresser and a love seat (which matches the couch). Josh helped us with the last purchase, he looked up the love seat upon my request and found one left! I am extremely pleased with the customer service here, the selection is enormous, and the options to pay are various. I am, needless to say, ecstatic about shopping at this location and will ABSOLUTELY return and recommend it to friends, family, and my own customers at my job.

The salesperson was great, no pressure and allowed us to browse. Had answers to all our questions. Purchase was quick and seamless. Got a call when furniture was in and they loaded it in my truck. Product just as ordered. Very happy with the entire process. One note: Items look smaller in their display area then in your actual home (grin). Will definitely be back for our future furniture needs!

I can't wait to show this Furniture Row again this summer! A number of years ago a friend and I shopped for his new place. He got great service - the staff took time to listen and then the delivery was exceptional. They treated us like family. I'm buying a sectional soon and look forward to going back.

When you visit Furniture Row in Fort Wayne, In., do yourself a favor and talk to Wyatt. He is the store manager, and he has sold us our first two mattress sets, and we are very pleased with the products and also the expert service from Wyatt. He is very informative, helpful and very pleasant to work with. This time we just needed a box spring, and he helps us find just what we needed, and we purchased it immediately.

I called the store with a question, Mark was very helpful. I went in that evening after work and Mark assisted me with a furniture purchase! It was close to closing time and we even went past closing time a little bit. I never felt rushed. It was a great experience and I will definitely be back for future purchases!

Amazing Customer Service!
We arrived having no idea what we wanted and what our style was and left with a beautiful dining table ordered and clarity on our style! Rich was amazing! He went above and beyond measuring different chairs for us and making recommendations until we left completely happy with a purchase we didn't even plan to make that morning (since this was our first stop). He had the perfect approach - not pushy but incredibly helpful. We didn't feel pressured like some other stores make you feel. Honestly we'll purchase additional furniture from this team given our fantastic experience. Rich even pointed us to a little play area when our toddler grew tired of looking at dining tables :) Thanks for a wonderful experience! I wish all customer service was this exceptional.

Ft. Wayne, Indiana Sofa Mart does a great job!
Really enjoyed working with the sales crew at Ft. Wayne, Indiana Sofa Mart. They were very non-stressful salesmen and helped me get the best deal possible on the sectional my wife and I were wanting. They didn't hawk us as we went around the store which was nice. Our salesmen, Mark was a jolly soul to work with. I am in sales and appreciated his job that he did. Would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. We bought a mattress and Denver Mattress in Ft. Wayne five years ago and are still loving it. We are definitely hoping that this will be the same. Thanks for the service, Ft. Wayne Sofa Mart.

Furniture Row has a great selection of furniture! We purchased 2 dining room chairs and 3 bars stools. I couldn't believe the quality for the price we paid. The customer service and prices are also great! The only negative is, we didn't shop here sooner!

The service I received while I was there was impeccable. The lady helping me and my family was patient and helpful. We were there for about 2 hours before we decided to make a decision with all the questions that were asked not once did I feel I was rushed or an inconvenience I would recommend this place to everybody.

The Best customer service
We had chosen our sectional and waited patiently for delivery (which BTW was only a few days) the smaller portion of the sectional was fine, but when we measured, we completely forgot about the vaulted ceiling at the top of the stairs. The guys tried for over an hour, with no luck. So they took it back and we followed along to choose another design. Not only were there no questions asked, but the same person, Mark, helped us again and we found something that we believe might be even better. In addition, the computer wanted to charge us a delivery fee again and the manager straight away, said NO! They already paid a delivery fee, not paying for another one! I will re-submit my review of the second choice of furniture, once it is proudly and safely sitting in our living room.
Way to Go, Fort Wayne branch! And thank you so much.

went in to purchase mattresses and left with bar stools and dining room table too! we found bar stools and the table just by accident killing time and looking around. cost for both were a lot cheaper than a locally owned furniture store. it is my understanding these people are in the business to make a deal and surf local competitors so you receive the lowest prices. thank you and it was an enjoyable visit, expensive, but enjoyable!
