We went in and met a friendly non pushy sales associate (Bailey) he helped us and answered any questions we had and even helped measure for us. when the couch arrived unfortunately we didn’t take into account getting it down our basements door with a sharp turn. Instead of telling us too bad (because was our fault!) they sent someone to take the couch back and the manager of this location helped us order a new couch that would fit down the stairs. We just got our couch the other day and it fit. We are grateful they were so kind with the situation!

Wonderful Service Every Time!
I have been using this location for furniture needs for half a year now and I have NEVER been disappointed. The first time, I spoke with Shawn, bought a couch, and used Progressive Leasing. He was informative even though relatively new. We opted for the 90-day payment option. We have since bought a tv stand, a kids' dresser and a love seat (which matches the couch). Josh helped us with the last purchase, he looked up the love seat upon my request and found one left! I am extremely pleased with the customer service here, the selection is enormous, and the options to pay are various. I am, needless to say, ecstatic about shopping at this location and will ABSOLUTELY return and recommend it to friends, family, and my own customers at my job.

The salesperson was great, no pressure and allowed us to browse. Had answers to all our questions. Purchase was quick and seamless. Got a call when furniture was in and they loaded it in my truck. Product just as ordered. Very happy with the entire process. One note: Items look smaller in their display area then in your actual home (grin). Will definitely be back for our future furniture needs!

We were promptly approached to see if we had any questions or were looking for anything in particular. We found a recliner only to find that I was on backorder until the beginning of January. Unfortunately when we checked again on 1/14/17 - the recliner was still not in stock and we were not able to find out any additional information. I had planned to purchase the chair for my husbands birthday unfortunately - it has now come and gone.

My sister and I recently visited the Fort Wayne,Indiana store looking for a kitchen table that would fit the needs of our elderly parents.The Sales Consultant, Chris Smock, was extremely helpful in showing us a variety of tables and interchanging chairs to insure we had the right size and durability. Very knowledgable.
A great place to buy great furniture
I held onto a form for The Glenwood for about 8 months and a recent trip to Fort Wayne I figured enough was enough. The staff was very friendly although I had to actively search for someone. The credit application was smooth and took very little time to complete. I had a chuckle when all of the salesmen were claiming they helped us last time when I said we were in the store several months ago. Roger took very good care of us and even let us sit in the 5000$ massage chairs while we waited. If only my credit limit was higher. We left very happy and cannot wait until we get our new couch. We will definitely be returning to the furniture row when we are ready to purchase other home purchases.

Third time is the charm
After visiting two other furniture stores and trying what seemed like hundreds of chairs we decided to call it a day. On the way down Washington Center Road we saw a sign "Furniture Row". Somewhat exhausted, we hesitated, but decided maybe the third time would be the charm. So we turned around and went back. We entered the store greeted by soft music and a sea of furniture as far as the could see. We were not bombarded by sale staff as soon as we walked in the door. We began immediately, both of us sitting and testing each chair. We were approached by a sales staff who politely told us if we needed anything or if we were looking for something specific just ask and he left us to continue our search. There was such a variety to choose from it made it hard to decide and it was so nice we weren't being pressured. Finally we made our decision. The chairs we chose were the color and size we were looking for that the other stores could not provide. The gentleman who greeted us earlier was so nice and helpful. He made checking out go smoothly and timely. No pressure to buy something we didn't want. It was a great shopping experience.

Wow, wow and wow
Went to the Ft. Wayne store to check out the Lost & Found Collection. What a great collection! Made my wish list...only wished the local Furniture Row in Lafayette had the selections that I found in Ft. Wayne. What a great store. Sales personnel were helpful and let us browse without any hassle. Definitely will make the drive to go back to this store as it is easily accessed from the interstate.

Wonderful service
We have been shopping for the perfect furniture for a year now. We went into the store several time and worked with Chris and Dan mainly. They never seemed frustrated or annoyed. They never got pushy and alway helpful! We finally got our couches last night and we cannot believe the quick shipping! We will have them in about 7 days!!! The only place we will buy in the future!

When you visit Furniture Row in Fort Wayne, In., do yourself a favor and talk to Wyatt. He is the store manager, and he has sold us our first two mattress sets, and we are very pleased with the products and also the expert service from Wyatt. He is very informative, helpful and very pleasant to work with. This time we just needed a box spring, and he helps us find just what we needed, and we purchased it immediately.

Amazing Customer Service!
We arrived having no idea what we wanted and what our style was and left with a beautiful dining table ordered and clarity on our style! Rich was amazing! He went above and beyond measuring different chairs for us and making recommendations until we left completely happy with a purchase we didn't even plan to make that morning (since this was our first stop). He had the perfect approach - not pushy but incredibly helpful. We didn't feel pressured like some other stores make you feel. Honestly we'll purchase additional furniture from this team given our fantastic experience. Rich even pointed us to a little play area when our toddler grew tired of looking at dining tables :) Thanks for a wonderful experience! I wish all customer service was this exceptional.

Really enjoyed working with the sales crew at Ft. Wayne, Indiana Sofa Mart. They were very non-stressful salesmen and helped me get the best deal possible on the sectional my wife and I were wanting. They didn't hawk us as we went around the store which was nice. Our salesmen, Mark was a jolly soul to work with. I am in sales and appreciated his job that he did. Would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. We bought a mattress and Denver Mattress in Ft. Wayne five years ago and are still loving it. The service I received while I was there was impeccable. The lady helping me and my family was patient and helpful.
