Great Customer Service & Great Sales Prices
My wife and I had a great time meeting with Nikki to discuss our furniture options. They had a great selection and the sales prices were very good as well. The furniture has not been delivered yet, but will update my review if any issues with that.

Stopped in to get a new couch and chair for our living room. We were greeted promptly, sales rep was very patient while showing us different couches and helping us pick out what fabrics we could choose for the couch. Great experience, as always. Tina was a breeze to work with! My husband and I had been shopping for a new sectional for several months and decided on one we viewed with Tina. One of the pieces arrived damaged and the store took care of it immediately for us! I was hesitant to purchase a new leather piece of furniture before having our dog “scratch test” it and they said to bring her in no problem! I would recommend working with Tina - she is a gem!

I bought furniture here in 2014 that I still have. It has survived several cross-country moves, children, and dogs! I recently returned and wanted to upgrade my living room furniture. I knew exactly where to go. I'm not disappointed at all! Great quality, price, and service! Thank you all. :)

Very, very kind associate, he knew the product, what was on hand, when I could expect time arrival, just plain all around delight yesterday at the Grand Forks store. I am looking for two bookcases, and a couch, justvery pleased with how kind I was treated, thank you. Making sure I can afford what I need, moving in less than a month, hoping to get a few things for my new apartment.

My husband and I recently purchased a Tempurpedic bed from Furniture Row. We were
searching for the best bed for both of our needs. The salesman was very helpful and took his time in explaining the differences in our choices, which there were many! I do have to say that we are very pleased with this bed. As a customer I felt that all of our questions and concerns were answered as this was a major purchase for us. Great Experience
Just this last weekend I moved apartments and decided I was going to get a newer couch, we went in to the store and the salesperson was very thorough in helping us with what we were looking for. We got the couch and they helped load it for us and made sure everything went smooth. This is by far the best experience I have ever had with a sales staff.

First Visit~ Totally Impressed
We have been looking for new kitchen chairs for some time. We saw Furniture Row from the interstate and decided to check it out. We were greeted at the door and asked if we needed any help. I explained what i was looking for and Dan seemed to know just the thing. He was very knowledgeable and patient. We really enjoyed our shopping spree. Purchased a Super Sac for my son. It was on sale for an amazing price! The only bad thing, is that it wouldn't fit in my car when I went to pick it up, but that was my own fault. Can't wait to give it to him for Christmas!!

My opinion
I've been very impressed with Furniture Row. I don't like buying the same thing every other store has and I had heard Furniture Row was selling Magnolia Furniture. I've already purchased a few things and I will continue to stop back because they said they will be getting more furniture pieces.

I was greeted with a smile, left to look around, found what I was looking for, was given all the info on the piece I was looking at, had to make up your mind when all of the furniture is good quality pieces, lost & found collection is some of the best I have seen, prices are really attractive as well, all said and done this is the place to go for great quality furniture and prices

Unique Selection
We had been looking for a new sofa and love seat set for awhile. On a recent visit from out of town we decided to check out this store and were happy to find that the selection was different from what we had seen at other stores back home. We ended up finding and purchasing a set that we really liked and so far we have been more than happy with what we received and the help we received during the shopping and purchasing process. As a bonus, we signed up for the rewards program and now have $100 credit towards our next purchase.

Good price, good service.
We recently bought a couple of sofas and were happy with the store and the worker we dealt with. Often we get annoyed with being pestered by an employee trying to make a sale. This time was different, worker stayed back and let us browse but was available for questions on certain sofas that we were interested in. He didn't try to sell it as much as different employees have in the past and that was much appreciated.

Great Service!
I walked into Sofa Mart with no specific wants/needs as far as type of furniture or color scheme. Alex, our salesman, approached us and pointed out sale items for us, pointed out the exact layout of the store, and made sure to periodically check on us as we shopped. Once I had a sofa picked out, he helped us pick out a rug by carrying a couch cushion around as well as bringing the rugs over to the sofa display. I walked out of the store with an order that included a sofa, oversized chair, accent chair, ottoman, an area rug, and end table. I have not received the items yet as they were brand new and needed to be ordered, but since the order would take a while and I would be without furniture for a couple weeks, Alex gave us a complimentary second delivery for my bedroom set (also purchased). Overall I had a great experience and, as long as the furniture quality is to my liking, I will definitely go back!

Incredible products, people, & service.
In 2011, my wife/i purchased a pillowtop waterbed, and all bedroom furniture from furniture row. Upon delivery, we noticed a nightstand had a couple dings & scratches. We told furniture row about it. They never doubted what we told them. They ordered another nightstand to replace damaged one. Waterbed we purchased, is incredible! It provides us with the greatest nights sleep ever. We've owned waterbeds for 38 yrs. But this waterbed from furniture row, is superior in quality & comfort. 3 years in, waterbed develops a leak. Once again,we contact furniture row, yet again, they replace our mattress with a new one. Plus, they repaced it with the best waveless mattress they make. We offered to pay, but they said they'd take care of it. Allow me to say, we have no family members, no relatives & no friends working for them. We've never regretted investing $6000 in bedroom furniture from furniture row. We were treated with respect at the time of purchase. After the sale we were treated with respect, and made us feel like a valued customer. In closing, i'd like to say. This is an incredible store, with incredible employees, & incredible products.

Great Black Friday deals
I purchased a pub table set that was on sale for Black Friday. It was so sturdy and beautiful too. I was very impressed at the value and product, but also with our salesperson Cierra. She was helpful and personable. We enjoyed browsing other items on the trip as well. The store was beautiful!

Unique finds
I went to Furniture Row to find a couch and I found a great one at a great price. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. Consistently helpful
We bought new bedroom furniture after our housefire a couple years ago but didn't get everything we wanted. Finally got some extra cash to order some pieces to fill in the gaps. I love that they have collections that are standard and you can go back to after a couple years! The store help was on the ball in telling us when the furniture would be in and made sure to tell us the store's price guarantee. (This might be a huge saver coming into the holidays and the big sales of the season.) Thank you so much!

Awesome store

I just have to say what exceptional service I received from the moment I walked into the store. I was promptly greeted, and within a few moments of explaining what I was looking for, our salesperson knew EXACTLY what I wanted. He was incredibly knowledgeable about every single piece of furniture that I asked about. I didn't feel pressured whatsoever. He was incredibly kind and easy-going. Although the bedroom set was a little over our budget, based on the customer service I received I was more than happy to purchase it regardless! I was also pleased to know that all of their collections are made of 100% solid wood and beautifully constructed. I am so excited for my shipment to come in!

Amazing experience. We were looking for something very specific. Called ahead, and were given great description of available product. Came to store...the piece was brought out of warehouse for us to examine. We loved it, it was exactly what we were looking for. Salesman, warehouse guys all very friendly and super helpful. perfect coach setup
Did purchase a perfect coach setup for our home here in Minto, ND. We have been looking at different stores to purchase one and found out Furniture Row had the perfect selection showed by a salesman that helped us out within our needs. We didn't know for sure at the time that we could afford this setup, but when the salesman we were dealing with, called us and mentioned Furniture Roll was offering $500.off for a limited time we accepted the offer and the salesman worked with us so perfectly. Great furniture, staff not so much
We went in looking for a new recliner and possibly a new sofa. We went there because we previously purchased a bed from Denver mattress and know the salesman for there. When we entered the store we went unnoticed for more than a half hour while the sales people say at the counter mingling with one another. I don't know if it's because we were a college couple that we went over looked for so long but by the time we had someone ask if we needed help, we had already found a recliner we wanted. We were still looking for sofas when a sales man finally approached us. We told him out budget, and that with having a 100 pound lap dog we needed something in cloth as the leather would just get ruined. Well after looking at about a dozen leather sofas we were finally shown some cloth ones. The one we really liked and ended up going with wasn't as much as the ugly thing he was trying to sell us. We ended up eventually getting what we wanted. Now we just have to wait 2-3 weeks for it to come in. Then we have to wait for a delivery to be scheduled. Definitely slow turn around. You would think that after dropping 1,200 dollars on furniture and taking the chair ourselves that delivery would be free or close to it. Yet that cost another $70. I have a prefferred credit line with them and expected more. Wish the experience had gone as good as it did on the mattress side previously.
