Wonderful Personal Service
I called my local Grand Junction Furniture Row store to see if a dresser and nightstands were available because I could not see this information on the website. The woman who helped me over the phone was friendly, courteous, helpful, and a pleasure to talk to. She answered all of my questions, helped me place my order, and helped with scheduling delivery and set-up. It was so nice to talk to such a helpful person and get my new bedroom furniture ordered, paid for, and delivered so easily!

Great store, Great service
I found the store in Grand Jun ction, CO to be clean, well-organized and they hired terrific sales and business people. The no pressure approach was refreshing. I was glad to see more top-quality dining furniture appearing.
My only problem was that the company that made my dining table did not kknow how to package it for shipment. A new table has come in twice and they were both damaged. A THIRD table top has now been ordered. They are taking good care of me. It is the manufacturer who is letting us down.

Great Shopping Experience
Judy was the sales associate who helped me while I shopped for a new bedroom set.
I appreciated her level of helpfulness; she was not "pushy," and she was thorough by showing me everything available, as well as sharing info about the products.
Judy made my experience a positive one, and for that reason, I will go to Furniture Row first next time.

Great Sales Staff!!
My husband and I have been looking for furniture for our new house for some time now. We stopped by Furniture Row on North Avenue in Grand Junction Colorado to see if we could find what we had in mind. Scotty the salesman was so helpful and knowledgeable schooling us on exactly what we were looking at and offered valuable input. We were looking for quality furniture and we were able to find it at Furniture Row. I will go back to this store for my future furniture needs and would not hesitate to refer it to anyone who is thinking of purchasing new furniture.

Overall good experience
I shopped for couches locally and online for several months. While I could find couches that were less expensive than what I could find at this store, the quality and construction were not good in comparison to what I found at Furniture Row. This store seemed to appreciate that inexpensive furniture could vary in quality. And they appeared to select pieces that perform well.
The staff member I worked with was knowledgeable, and generally attempted to understand my specific needs.

Perfect Cabinets for my Kitchen
I am building a new home and needed really specific reclaimed type wood products and they had just what I wanted and had the final 2 on the floor. We were just brousing for dining room chairs, and were approached by a saleman. he was friendly and not at all pushy. We were looking for a deal, so he directed us to the clearance section. We found exactly what we were looking for. He didn't try to up sell us too hard, and the purchase process was so easy. We have been looking for a sleeping option that fits in a very small pace and thought we should try Furniture Row. We really thought it was going to be overpriced, but we were happily surprised that the prices were comparable to other furniture stores. However the best part of our visit was being guided by associate Dominique, she was not pushy, showed us everything she had available, let us try everything out and offered to help get us connected to another FR when we move. Because of her I would definitely recommend this store to my friends!

We were recently turned away for financing at a competitor here in town, we went to Furniture Row and were quickly greeted Benjamin and were treated so well from the get go. Excellent Variety of Furnishings
We were very pleased to find Furniture Row while shopping for furniture in Grand Junction, CO. The store was easy to find right along the main shopping area of North Avenue. The store was spacious and clean and contained a large variety of Southwest and Western style furnishings that suited our taste. Our initial trip was just to familiarize ourselves with what Furniture Row had to offer and we were well pleased with what we found. The staff was sincere and courteous in assisting us in getting price quotes and estimates of delivery times. We were given information sheets on the items we were interested in, so we could review them at our leisure once we were home again. We hope to return soon to make a purchase.

The staff was friendly and helpful without being aggressive. The selection was good and ended up purchasing a very comfortable piece of furniture. It was well made and was told it was made in the USA, however the salesperson could not tell me where, exactly. This made me suspicious and looked it up online to find out it was imported. Hmmm...Was I mislead on purpose or was it their lack of knowledge of the furniture they are selling? Either way, not cool...they should be able to answer this question with confidence.

Fun store to browse/shop in with a great variety of decorative items as well as furniture. Friendly but not pushy associates. We had a specific hard-to-find item that we were shopping for, and we actually found a similar item that we were quite happy with. We will definitely be back to shop for future furniture needs.

We had only gone in to the store to check prices and determine our style preference for an upcoming purchase. The manager helped us without any heavy pressure and was kind and helpful even when we said we were only researching our options at this point. Fun Day
My wife and I knew it was time for a new mattress. we stopped in the store for a look around and was met by Brian with a heartfelt greeting and a huge smile.
We ended up spending quite a bit of time trying out different mattresses. Brian was so helpful in listening to what we were looking for and showing us all of the options. We had a blast laughing and joking while trying out different mattresses. Thank you Brian for a fun day mattress shopping.

Quality furniture, helpful sales staff
We went into Furniture Row to compare good-quality furniture (sofas, armchairs, and recliner chairs) with some less expensive, lower quality furniture. After several visits, we ended up choosing the quality furniture at a Furniture Row over the savings we would realize going with less expensive furniture. Our salesperson, Judy Hailey was diligent, helpful, and willing to tough it out as we agonized over fabric choices. She even let us take a fabric swatch with us to another store. In the end, with the 2 years at 0% interest and how awesome things will look and feel, and that will be durable for many years, it was a pretty easy decision. The selection was pretty good in terms of variety and price. And it really is fun to choose your own fabrics for your furniture. We also found a bargain in the hidden upstairs Clearance section. I found the bedroom furniture to be heavy, dark, masculine, without a lot of variety in styles. So I'd recommend this store for living room and dining room. There was a whole section with mattresses which we did not visit. I didn't give it 5 stars because of the bedroom furniture selection being poor and the fact that in 5 visits to the store, not once was the coffee or hot water in the carafes on offer hot. It takes time to decide on furniture and I wanted a drink each visit and that sucked every time.

Love What I Bought, Spent More Than I Planned!
I went into Furniture Row to buy a platform bed and headboard, with storage drawers, that was advertised as being on sale. Just my luck, and since it was on sale because it was being discontinued, it was no longer available. Benjamin, the sales associate, showed me another item that I liked a lot. He explained how well it was made, showed me the dovetailed joints in the drawers, and how smoothly the drawer glides operated. He even stood one of the drawers on its side and stood on it to demonstrate its sturdiness. This bed, and the matching nightstands cost considerably more than the item I originally wanted. However, I was convinced the quality was a lot higher and, ultimately, I'd be happier. So, I bought it!
The sales associate, Benjamin, really seemed to know his products and was very nice to work with. This Furniture Row is smaller than some of the other ones and the parking lot leaves a lot to be desired.
I'd recommend this store when looking for furniture, beds, bedding, and home decor. There's a lot of stuff in there!

Bar Stools
We needed bar stools for our new home, went to our local store & found one that we liked but they only had one in stock since it was discontinued. We were able to purchase the stool take it home to make sure it matched our colors, then returned it and order two from the Colorado Springs store. The only negative to this deal was that the store does not like to ship stools since they usually come in damaged. We are going to the Springs over the holidays so we can have our son pick up the stools and hold them for us. Our local store manager was so nice and helpful we will definitely be back for more furniture for our new home.
