Brian at furniture row was very helpful with our purchase. he went above and beyond even after our purchase and ordered us a matching ottoman to go with our couch we bought from them. We would definitely buy from furniture row again and we highly recommend them!

Awesome experience!
We purchased 2 living room sets that needed to be ordered. Conlin and the delivery team went above and beyond to get each set delivered as soon as they arrived, even with us being out of town, getting back and delivering that day because my husband was flying out the next day. So he could at least see the set! Thank you very much, so appreciate all your help with the purchase and delivery!

I had a specific request...I needed an arm chair for my mom who lives with us. I had a specific budget. I was greeted, the associate listened to my need, discussed it with a manager, and came back,promptly with a deal I could not refuse. Great service, friendly faces, the manager remembered me, great deal! We will continue to shop here for future needs...

Awesome!
Pretty much all of my home furnishing has come from Furniture Row and the service my wife and I have received from our first visit to our hundredth has been outstanding! All of our question have always been answered and any issue was immediately and always taken care of. The selection is awesome and the staff beyond helpful! If you live in Great Falls, MT and don't shop here, you are doing yourself a disservice!

I love this store and got just what I wanted.
The staff at this location, soecifically Jennifer, have always gone above and beyond to answer my questions. I have probably visited the store ten times to make my decision as well as countless visits to the website to check out the dimensions of furniture. I will be back for more later.

Leather sectional
I purchased a returned cream leather sectional from the Furniture Row in Great Falls. It had been previously used for about 3 months. I don't see anything wrong with it and I was very happy to buy it at the discounted price and bought an additional piece to add on to it. The new item was back ordered and would have taken a month to be delivered, so I really appreciated that the manager let me buy the one on the floor so I could have my set right away. The delivery guys did an excellent job of getting it to my home and placing everything upstairs. Would recommend Furniture Row.

The hunt is finally over!
We stopped in to browse and fell in love!!! We have been on the hunt for the PERFECT sectional for 5 years. We have looked and contemplated, and searched, and measured and then rejected everything we looked at, until now! Jennifer the manager of the store was so helpful and kind not to mention full of knowledge and advice. The selection was great and to have all the furnishings one house could ever want or need all in one place is amazing!

Great Service and Prices
We ordered a pretty large sectional totaling about $1,900 and for the quality I think we got it at a pretty good price. I checked on sites like IKEA and for less quality and the same amount of furniture we would've paid about $2,200 - $2,500. The service we got was great! not pushy or bothersome, just let us roam the store and make up our minds.

Big Sur Love Seat
This is a great love seat. It is bigger than most we looked at. I really like the USB & plug ins in the console. Also the reading lights are very useful and this is the only one that we found that had it.

Great experience and selection
I recently went in with the idea of re-doing my living room. Katy, the store manager, helped me and was amazing! She was able to help me bounce ideas around and suggest different styles and ideas. I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted to do and she was great! The selection of things at furniture row is amazing! I love that you can get everything you need to decorate in one place. It isn't just a couch store. They have wall art, amazing lamps, and any other accessories you can think of!

Great size and price!
This artwork is a perfect large size for many walls! The print is abstract with really pretty colors! There are two versions and I bought both for maximum impact on the wall! Nice tight construction, easy to hang!

The staff at the location in Great Falls, MT are not friendly at all and I always get different info every time I go in to the store. I had stopped shopping there for a while since I was having issues and decided to give them another try. Low and behold I have had nothing but problems again! I am not surprised and I will not be returning to this location!

Horrible Customer Service
Good afternoon,
My wife and I went in today, 19 Jan 2019 with the intent of purchasing an entire new living room today. We walked in the door had two folks look at us, not greet us, look back down at their computers etc. and completely blow us off. No hello, welcome, anything we can help you find? NOT A WORD!!! After 25 minutes of walking around and feeling completely blown off, we we walked by two additional folks who didn't bother to greet us either. Clearly we were in the the way. At this point we decided not to bother anyone any longer and went to another furniture store in town and had a fantastic experience where we ordered our entire family room. We won't bother you folks again. By the way only one other couple was in the store...Thanks!!
