I have been a long time client for this furniture chain for a long time, almost all my houseand office furniture comes from them. Got a new dining room table and a kitchen island. Got a good deal they are real heavy. I had two salesman Jesse and Josh they was both really sweet and helpful. I bought a couch in 2017 and they still look new. Furniture is really made good.

Best Deals and Service
I went in looking for a Dresser and saw the prices for the whole set (dresser, 2 side tables and a chest) so I decided I wanted it. The store manager told me it would be a month before delivery would happen for 2 items and about 2 or 3 months for the other pieces. I was disappointed but he checked again and everything could be delivered in August and another one I could take home today. I was very happy.

Smooth, Quick, and Easy!
I usually hate going into furniture stores because the salesmen just bombard you and stalk you the entire time you're shopping. When I walked in I was greeted and then left alone for the remainder of my shopping until I was ready to buy and found someone to help me. It was such a stress free experience. It was so nice in fact, that when I need more furniture in the future this is definitely the place I will come back too.

Customer Service was Outstanding!
I recently bought a couple of night stands, so I just went to the store to pick them up and we were nicely received and treated by a very nice young girl. She help us to expedite the process and meanwhile let me see additional pieces of furniture that will complement ours. The guy in the warehouse was very helpfull and place the products in my truck.

Amazing!
This is my third time going to Furniture Row. My parents were looking for furniture and I recommended they check there before making any purchases. As I anticipated they found what they were looking for and for a great price! Our sales girl Mason was new, but she was so helpful and did a great job! We could barely tell she was new! Her supervisor or trainer helped out a little even though she was getting pulled in five different ways! She was awesome also! Overall great experience! I won't buy furniture anywhere else!

Area Rugs
My husband and I traveled from Georgetown, Texas to Harker Heights. On the way to store, Called, and the store manger answered. Questions, I asked, he was very helpful, and explained how to get to the store. He helped us decide on two area rugs for our two rooms. This is the first time we have shopped in this store. In the past we have stopped in Austin. Due to all the traffic, etc, we decided to come to Harker Heights. The store is beautiful, and everyone in the store was very friendly and helpful. We will be going back again for furniture.

Great experience
Selection and value were good, and the staff is excellent. Brandon greeted us and then allowed us to look around without making us feel hurried or pressured. Then, when we needed help he was right there to answer questions and even move accent chairs around to get a good feel for what was going to work in my home. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Great Experience
Over all the experience was great. Was greeted by our sales rep Alan. Let look around to see what we liked. Came and checked on us. We found what we were looking for and more. My only complaint is when they receive the furniture they need to check it. Got one of the pieces home and the whole leg was missing and another broke. Good news is we will get a new piece. Fantastic store, selection, and service!
My husband and I recently visited Furniture Row in Harker Heights just to look around. We were greeted immediately by a team member from each individual department within the store. Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming! The store had a great variety of furniture and various styling techniques. We will definitely be returning to purchase furniture very soon!!

On Sunday May 7 my husband and I were shopping for a new mattress set (My Mother's Day gift) Darren at Denver Mattress in Harker Heights Texas was so helpful the first time we shopped there, that we were very pleased to see that he was still at the Harker Heights Texas store. True to form he did not pressure us, he was very professional and we were pleased that he explained the differences in the choices we were looking at. We ended up purchasing the Simmons Beautyrest Natasha Luxury King size mattress set because the minute we laid on it we were comfortable. We also purchased 2 Hevea Cirrus pillows and cannot wait to have those on our bed. Last but not least, Darren beat Mattress firms price!!! Great customer service, quality mattress set and beat the competitors price. Happy customer! Thank you to Darren and Denver Mattress.

Better than I had hoped
I walked into the SofaMart with the picture of a recliner I had seen online and was really hoping I could get locally, because I am impatient.
I browsed for a while, then Jack caught up with me. He instantly recognised my picture, and tried to find one for me, since they did not have it in the store. While he was looking, I tried out a couple of more recliners and fell in love with a powered one - even though I was looking for a manual.
Long story short, Jack ran back and forth across the store to answer all my questions, and finally came back to show me the same recliner, in manual, at $245 off, since it was way in the back where they sell close-outs or returns (I am not sure). Well, I test sat on it, and was just totally floored that a full leather, oversize recliner could be so affordable at $450. The one I had come in for initially was over $100 more than that.
Jack was extremely helpful, quick on his feet, literally, and had knowledge of the entire store, it seemed. I was in and out of the store in probably less than 15 minutes.
I'll certainly be back for future furniture needs.

Wow!!!!!!
Went to Sofa Mart this weekend to look at sofas. Was assisted by Allen, the store manager. Some of the best service I have ever received all the way down the line. This is my third trip to this store over the years and the service has always been good, but Allen was over the top. I would definitely recommend Sofa Mart to friends and family. Great selection of quality furniture.

Great Experience
We had gone into the local Rooms To Go before stopping here and quickly left when they didn't have a good selection and they wanted to charge us to pick up our purchase from the store. Cameron our attendant at Sofa Mart was an excellent help and we loved having the option to pick up without the fee. The selection and environment was excellent and we will definitely be returning for any additional needs. Great Job!

Very professional
We went shopping for new furniture over a month ago with a bored 5 year old in tow. They were all very professional with us. Travis even moved furniture around so we could try some out. Finally went back to purchase the furniture this past weekend and they remembered us.

My 87 year old mother recently purchased a recliner at this location of Furniture Row. After she received the recliner, it just wasn't as comfortable as she thought. We contacted her salesperson, Cameron, and he helped her exchange for a different one without any hassle. She received a hand written thank you note from Cameron and a thank you note for the corp. office. THIS IS EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

While shopping at your Killeen/Harker Heights, Texas store Labor Day weekend I found dining chairs (Jamestown Arm Chairs by Intercon) I really liked but didn't purchase that day. Today I decided to purchase the chairs but could not find them on the Furniture Row Oak Express website. I called your question line (844-763-6278) and spoke with Hettie. Come to find out, the chairs in question have been discontinued. Hettie took the time to research and advised me that the Killeen/Harker Heights, Waco and Austin stores still had the chairs either in clearance or their warehouses. Since the chairs came in light or dark oak, I started calling the stores to find out what color they had and how many were available. When I spoke to Clayton at your Austin store on Research Blvd, I told him I wasn't sure if I wanted the light or dark oak because I wanted the chair color to match the Chatham Dinning Table by Oak Express. Clayton went the extra mile and text me a couple pics with both colors side by side to help me with my selection. I'm happy to say I was able to purchase 4 dark oak Jamestown Arm Chairs and the Dark Oak Chatham Dinning Table today at my local Killeen/Harker Heights, Texas store. Had it not been for Hettie and Clayton's assistance and professionalism, finding what I wanted would have been much more difficult. I would like to express my thanks to both of them and advise you of their job well done. Please pass this along to all concerned with my thanks as a satisfied customer.

Great Experience
Went in to replace our couch. Stormie asked us if we needed any help and we told her we were just looking. She let us look on our own checking in on us occasionally. When we finally made our decision she was ready and willing to help. We were in a hurry because we needed to pick up our son she she was quick and efficient. Great buying experience
I went to Denver Mattress in Harker Heights, Texas,looking for an adjustable platform bed. I bought a beautiful bedroom set at Furniture Row several years ago and wanted to be sure the platform would fit in the bed frame. Justin took the time to go over to the furniture area and look at the frame.He then encouraged me to try out several mattresses. Justin took the mattress off of the platform and put the one I had selected on it, so I could be sure of the comfort. The variety of mattresses, and the courteous, helpful, knowledgeable staff made this a great experience. I will recommend Denver Mattress to friends.
