David Storm & Charlie delivered my furniture they did a great job even moved some of it for me to different rooms a few times they cleaned up afterwards and was very friendly I love everything I got from Furniture Row it’s an amazing store with an amazing crew

My wife and I spent all day searching for a new couch after our old one finally gave out on us. By the time we walked into Furniture Row our moods were pretty sour from being let down throughout the day. We needed something specific in size and function to fit our living space that we just hadn’t found up until that point. After speaking with Derrick, he helped us find the perfect sectional for all of our needs! It was the right size, had tons of storage options, and had a convenient pull out bed function. The buying process was simple and easy and we were out the door within a few minutes happy with our purchase. We appreciate the professionalism and friendliness of Derrick and the inventory selection of Furniture Row and will definitely be back when we are in need of a new piece!

He was incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the different furniture types, how they’re built, and the various fabric options available. His expertise made my decision easy, and I ended up purchasing the DENALI couch with power recliners along with a matching powered recliner. We are looking for a new sofa and as we entered the store we noticed the beautiful showroom. Immediately I noticed a beautiful leather chair and sofa. As we were looking over the item a salesman introduced himself and told us if we needed any help to find him. After looking around we found what we liked but he was too busy to help so we left to go to another furniture store. Once we finished our day of shopping and looking over many sofas we have decided to go back to furniture row and ask more questions about the one we liked.

This has been the best furniture purchasing experience. Michael at the JC Store is ABOVE and BEYOND! Trust me, I'm extra! Delivery guys were the best and I've purchased from every store in the area! Value is hard to answer considering we just got our piece however I think it will be excellent!

We were greeted by John who was fantastic. He found exactly what we were looking for in minutes. In addition the delivery men were great. They were right on time and had everything in place in an amazingly quick time. Josh, Marc Anthony, and Charlie were not only knowledgeable but very friendly. The entire experience was the best I've ever had, and I've had a lot over the years. I will return to furniture row for ALL my furniture needs.

my wife, daughter, and myself stopped in furniture Row to look for a bedroom set for our daughter who will be starting medical school at ETSU in July! Mr. Caleb Stone greeted us and was very professional and helpful to fulfill our needs! with Mr. Stone‘s help, we were able to find the perfect bedroom suit for our daughter and left with our mission being accomplished! We were furniture shopping for a dining set and a living room set. Jessica was exceptional in her knowledge and expertise of merchandise both in the store and online. She suggested a sectional which I would have bypassed without knowing just how much it would meet my family’s needs. And when I couldn’t find a dining set I absolutely loved in store, she recommended one online that I did love. I am happy with my purchase choice and cannot wait for it all to arrive!

Bought a mattress and foundation, was delivered in a very prompt manner. Had to exchange the foundation , the young men that delivered it was very courteous,, helpful and friendly. Their names are Charlie and Jason. Would not hesitate to shop here again and recommend Furniture Row to others. The young men that made the first delivery were very courteous and friendly also, unfortunately I do not remember their names.

This was our first time in the store. Tyler was great. We were welcomed, able to browse without feeling pressured, not followed around. Tyler made himself readily available when we had questions. The service did not stop after the sale. He called us over the weekend to make sure the delivery went well and the furniture met our expectations. We will be back.

This was unfortunately the 4th furniture stop for my wife and I this past weekend. Had we went here first, it would have been the only stop. We found exactly what we were looking for, and the salesman was incredibly helpful. Clint answered all of our questions and made himself available to us without the "breathing down your neck" feeling. This is definitely where we'll be making our furniture purchases in the future.

I came here searching for a living room set. Found a set I loved but a kind of long delivery time for the couch which is why I took off 1 star. I understand that is just how the economy is right now so it's. The employee that helped me was very friendly and helpful, not pushy which is important to me. I won't be going to another furniture store when I need something for my home. The selection is great and the people who work there are friendly and extremely helpful. We went in and explained what we needed and the salesperson found exactly what we wanted. It's a stress-free atmosphere. You don't feel like someone is stalking you around the store. Beautiful Store, Excellent Service

My wife and I went looking for a new dining room set for our home. We went last week to see what selection the store had, and expected overly pushy sales associates that made you feel uncomfortable. However, we were pleasantly surprised when I informed them we were not ready to make a decision yet, and they just said thanks, and said if they could ever help me to let them know! Well, we ended up coming back and purchasing the PERFECT dining set for our family. It is beautiful, and the purchase process was super easy, and the delivery/set up fee was affordable. Thanks for the excellent service, and not being awkwardly pushy! You gained a repeat customer for sure!
