After looking for a couch/loveseat set at several stores, we found what we were looking for at Furniture Row. Kerri Sharp was our Salesperson and was awesome. After being insulted and followed around at another store, we went back a second time she could make the sale. We've used Furniture Row in the past and will use them again in the future.

Pricey like any decent new furniture. If a company actually stands behind the quality of their product, then I feel the consumer should not pay an additional fee for a warranty. That technique leaves the consumer feeling misled as to the value.

my partner and I were searching for a new sofa and mattresses. the joplin store came highly recommended to us and I am so glad that we chose them! as soon as we opened the door and walked in we were greeted by Mike! He advised us to take our time and try stuff out, asked us questions to better suggest styles. all of the staff we met did an excellent job and we are satisfied with our purchases!

I have purchased a bedroom set and small dining table and am returning to purchase a couch and TV stand. This store has fabulous service and delivery. It also seems to have more products in stock nearby then other stores I have visited. I will highly recommend this store to any one looking for value and great service.

I was greeted upon entering the store. There is an impressive inventory. Mike directed me to the area of my interest, and allowed me to browse, while making himself available for my numerous questions. He was attentive to what I was looking for, and very knowledgable, as well as fun to work with. He made some excellent suggestions which helped me in making my decision. He processed my financing paperwork with ease, and in a very timely manner. I could not have asked for better customer service!

My wife and I decided to look for a new all leather sofa. We visited many furniture stores in Tulsa and Joplin.
We found a Moto Motion Theater Sofa and recliner at Furniture Row in Joplin that we loved.
After many hours, multiple visits to the store and a lot of patience from our sales professional, Clayton, we bought 2 sofas and a recliner by Moto Motion.
The only downside is, we aren’t getting much done because we don’t want to get up from the furniture.
The furniture was delivered white glove when we were told it would be and the fellas that set it up were very professional.
We bought our last leather sectional from FR in Joplin and had it for 8 years and still loved it, but wanted a theater seating option.
Go shop where you want, but once you see how well you are treated by Clayton or Brent, their level of knowledge, integrity and the high level of quality furniture they have to offer, I’m sure you will choose to buy from them.

Lots of options to see. Staff is very helpful, they respond quickly. They are very knowledgeable about product lines and ETA. Selection is large enough to make you feel comfortable about your pick. If you have specific needs like me and my husband did you are most likely to find your answer here. I just moved to Joplin and didn’t know the area well, this was the first place I walked in and I have no regrets. Our sales associate Andrew was so sweet to answer thousands questions of we asked and made sure what we really wanted! Thank you!

Great Sales support
I would like to thank our salesman for all the help and explaining everything to us without pressuring us for a sale. Went in with my wife and 3 kids to look for some new furniture and was very impressed by the help we received. Louis was very professional and was very knowledgeable about his product. Huge selection
Excellent quality huge selections and really good customer service. Salesman helped me Find a real nice quality dining table in the price range I was looking to spend. We have purchased from Furniture Row several times. Each and every time we have been thrilled with selection , value , and customer service. Our latest purchase of a King sized Bed complete with adjustable base and mattresses at the Joplin Missouri store was another great experience. Sales people were very helpful without being pushy. They were concerned about our needs , showed us many options and took the time to let us decide on our own.
The delivery guys are top notch also. Very professional and careful with the furniture and our home.
