We visited this Furniture Row a couple of weeks ago to purchase a new couch for our new place. Julie greeted us when we got to the store and helped us finalize our purchase of the Carver Reclining Sofa. I can’t say enough nice things about Julie, she was so accommodating and kind while we were in store and never made us feel pressured to purchase anything. Our couch was delivered less than a week later and Julie gave us a follow up call to make sure we were happy with the sofa. Overall the customer service experience with everyone in the company was top notch. I was further impressed by the added 5-year protection plan we purchased for only $99 that gives us access to FR’s line of environmentally and eco-friendly cleaning products for the next 5 years at no additional cost. I will definitely be making future furniture purchases with this store!

We purchased a couch and coffee table on Sunday. We were helped by Merv who gave us the BEST service. I recently moved to Lakewood from Chicago where I have visited few furniture stores over the course of time and the must annoying part is the sales person keeps fellowing you. At this store I was greeted by two sales men and I thought my shopping experience is going to be bad but no one followed me no one threw a sales pitch and I was so relax in trying different couches. I will be going back to purchase sometime soon. Thanks guys for a no pressure experience.

Furniture Row had exactly what I was looking for in terms of a living room couch and accent chairs. My sales rep Hannah answered all of my questions but did not pressure me or rush my decision. I was able to take time to select what fabric I wanted for my couch without being disturbed. It was a great shopping experience.

My puppy decided to make the console cover of our new couch his personal chew toy. I called Furniture Row to see if i could buy a replacement. Cassie at the Lakewood store initally said "no". I would have to buy a whole new unit. Then she called me back and told me she had been thinking about it and suggested I go to the Aurora store because they have the unit on clearance and I could get it cheaper. The aurora store ended up giving me the part I needed. Great customer service! Cassie didn't have to call me back.

Everyone was extremely helpful. It was unfortunate a lof of products are on back order due to the pandemic. I personally found a lot of nice pieces in the slightly damaged/knicks/discontinued section and was able to find a great fit for me.

We were able to walk around without being inundated by sales people constantly. when I found something I liked and had questions about I found a helpful sales rep. Deb was awesome and quick. I was able to buy a couch and arrange delivery in 40 minute. Best furniture buying experience ever.

Easy Peasy
Walked in, looked around without someone hovering, found what we were looking for. Blanca told us she would be available for questions and she was. She then helped us with fabric samples. We took them home and picked our fabric, came back and in 15 minutes had our order placed!! Wonderful.

I had the best salesman today! His name was Drew! He was super honest, helped with the finance, above and beyond! He shared very useful information about all of the furniture that we discussed. Explained the ward and tear of the different fabric and hardware. He deserves kudos today!

Durango love-seat and rug

GREAT SALESPERSON & PRODUCT
Luke was our salesman and he is excellent. In just a few short minutes he helped us pick out the right bed. We were able to buy the store model as it was being discontinued and got a terrific deall on what we needed. The 4th of July sale helped a lot!

Great Selection & Payment options!
I shopped around at several different stores looking for the perfect sectional & found that the price/quality combination at Furniture Row was the best. They have attractive furniture that isn't going to fall apart in a year, the length of their warranties confirms that. You can also get a nice piece without breaking the bank-they have good financing options, too! I'd definitely recommend this store.

Awesome Experience
Walked in and was not overwhelmed by salesman trying to just sell us a couch, the salesman came over and introduced himself, told us how to look at the floor and was very informative and let us look in peace until we were ready to purchase. Loved the overall experience!

I love my new dining room set. Had purchased another one, got it home and didn’t like it in the space I had for it. Called the Lakewood store and over the phone i ordered another set and delivery was set up and pick up of my other set. Everything went smooth, got my new set (love it), the delivery men were great and I will definitely buy from Edward again. Great experience.

Great Shopping Experience
Salesperson greeted me immediately and assisted me all the way to purchase and follow-up after delivery. He was knowledgeable and friendly. The delivery experience was perfect. They arrived in the first 15 min of the 2 hr window and were very efficient . And were able to deliver 2 days after purchase. Most painless furniture experience I have ever had!

New Chairs
On 1/12/17, my partner and I decided to begin our search for new living room furniture. Our first stop of the day took us to the Sofa Mart in Lakewood, Co. (10301 W. 6th Ave.) We were greeted by an nice young man named Geoff. We explained we were just looking, and he politely invited us to take our time and look for him if we had any questions. We spent about a half and hour or more seat testing and discussing arrangement options. We roamed the entire store, from the front door to the clearance area all the way in the back. We found a lot of stuff we liked but nothing really jumped out at us. We finally found a set we liked and called Geoff over to talk to us. He was very patient with us and answered all our questions. When I jokingly said I wish that the chair had an 'ejector seat', he realized that what we were looking for was a chair with a lift feature. He took us to a section we had missed that had lift recliners and left us to check these out. We immediately picked out the chairs we liked and wanted. However, we became a bit concerned that we were about to make a rather large impulsive purchase, so we decided to leave and think about it. Where other sales people would have pushed for a sale, Geoff was polite and gracious. He gave us his card and invited us to call him any time if we had further questions. We left the store very happy with our experience. We decided that there is no rule about needing a sofa, so we decided to get 3 chairs, One for each member of our family. And we also decided to go with the better quality of Sofa Mart furniture. An hour later, we returned with our son and purchased 3 new recliners!

New to Colorado-Sofa Bound
We were pleasantly surprised at the selection of small apartment worthy sofas available. Our salesperson was fabulous and very patient. We also loved all the industrial looking furniture and unique wall hangings, something we will be looking again at once we are more settled in a larger home in the future. Overall we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend the sofa-mart and other stores located on Furniture Row.

Great store - wonderful experience
My wife and I went in to Oak Express to look for a desk, but she spotted a light fixture that was perfect of a hard-to fit area. We had looked at a lot of light stores and shopped on line and couldn't find what we wanted. She saw the light from across the showroom and knew it was the one. The closest available at the time was in the Colorado Springs store, bu the sales person said he was going to pueblo and would swing by the store and pick it up personally. That is unbelievable service - but not uncommon in our experiences in the Furniture Row family of stores!

Store Experience
Had a great experience with a very nice salesman. Not pushy, very informative, polite and just a nice person. We had visited another FR that day the salesman was so pushy and tried to sell us something we did not want. So we left and since we like the set we picked out we went to this location off of 6th& Kipling. Totally different experience. Will come back to this store only and deal with the same gentlemen.

Quick, easy and friendly
I went to the Lakewood, CO Sofa Mart looking for a specific type of sofa. I walked in the door and it was right up front, like it was waiting for me! A salesman named Chris asked if he could help. I told him that I was looking for a sofa just like the one up front, but wanted to look at what else they had. He showed me several others and I ended up purchasing the first one. Chris was very nice. I noticed that all the sales people seemed to be having fun. I like shopping at a store where the employees are happy. I have shopped at this store before and it has always been a nice experience.

Another Excellent Experience!
Upon learning we had a multitude of rewards points from our purchase at Denver Mattress Company, we decided to go next door to look around at Sofa Mart. A pleasant and appropriately-helpful salesperson approached us. Joe shared helpful information, then gave us space to keep looking. After another informative encounter with Joe, we happened upon a set of furniture we wanted to learn more about. Joe helped us even more, then also informed us about the free design service Sofa Mart provides, whether we were planning to make a purchase or not. We set up an appointment with Gina for the following weekend. She came to our home, and provided wonderful advice and insight into how we could utilize the furniture in our space, along with other helpful suggestions. She even gave us a Friends and Family coupon for 10% off our purchase that weekend! When we returned, we learned Joe would receive credit for the sale since he had originally helped us but wasn't working then, but we also had the opportunity to finalize our furniture purchase with Abby. She was just as friendly and helpful as everyone we've had the pleasure of encountering at Furniture Row. If you haven't had an opportunity to shop in a low-pressure environment with knowledgable sales personnel for high-quality products and receive excellent service, then we highly recommend that you visit Furniture Row at your earliest opportunity!
