The customer service at this store is awesome. Bryan and Joel were very helpful and answered all my questions. Bryan assisted with my order and processing it later when I was ready to make the purchase. The products are fantastic too. The quality is always great and the prices reasonable. I only buy my furniture from FR now and will be a long term customer. I have been a customer for 15 years.

Six Star Service
In the past three months since moving to a new state, I have ordered thousands of dollars of furniture from Furniture Row and I could not be happier with the service. Brian has been so helpful and so communicative throughout every order. The movers who delivered the items were also kind and incredibly efficient. I have used Furniture Row for nearly all of my home improvement needs and will continue to recommend their amazing service.

CLASSY STYLE
We had just moved and needed to get quite a few things for our new house. We had looked all around for a variety of things to suit our taste. We had went to various furniture stores in the area and ended up at Furniture Row. We love the store and the variety of things that they have there. We needed a new dining room set, so my boyfriend and I went there and it was so funny, once we set eyes on the dining room set that we bought basically instantly, we fell in love with it and now have it in our dining room at our new house, and everyone that sees it absolutely loves it. They will all want to know where we got it and want the same set for their house. We also purchased a coffee table and a TV stand for our basement area. We are actually going to add on to that TV stand and make it the entire set which would include two side consoles and a bridge over the top. All I can say about furniture row is that their furniture and their staff are the best. They are very considerate and very helpful and I wouldn't want to go to another place for such a variety of furniture at such a great price.

We bought two large recliners that can stand you up. We looked all over and we found the nicest, as the best price and just what we were looking for. Our salesperson was so nice and knowledgeable and not pushy, which made her just the very best salesperson we could ever ask for. The prices were so good that we ended up buying another chair we did not intend to get right now. We will definitely go back here for all our furniture needs! Thanks FurnitureRow!!

Staff is very knowledgeable about their products. Also knowledgeable about how corporate works and what they can and can't do. Staff is smart engaging, nice, fun, efficient and doesn't hover if you need time to make a selection. Found what I wanted and worked out a way with Miana to get my order for the date I need it. I'd been in the store several times and Teresa does a great job as well.

Great Purchase Experience- Lansing Mi.
We recently purchased a new living room set from the store in Lansing. The experience from the 1st time we entered the store on a Saturday evening until the date we purchased was enjoyable and exceeded our expectations. The NO pressure browsing of the store to the kindness and knowledge of our Sale Consultant, Kareem Epps was such a change from the normal high pressure experience from other stores we visited. Kareem answered all questions we had and called when he said he would with updates on the delivery date of our new furniture. I will and have recommended Furniture Row #31 and the team to my friends and anyone I know looking for furniture!

Sofa Purchase
We just bought our second sofa from SofaMart. We enjoy going to Furniture Row because the staff isn't pushy. There is another popular furniture store across the street and the sales people follow you around like vultures trying to make their commission. I can't stand that. The folks at Furniture Row approach you when you walk in simply to say hello and to let you know they are there if you have questions. After that, once you find a couple pieces you are interested in, you find a salesman and they help you out.
We have always had good experiences there, along with a good selection. We were a bit disappointed to find that a couple of pieces we wanted to look at weren't available at our store, but we understand they can't house everything.
Our main thing was the staff and how they treated us. All of our questions were answered and everything was made to be very easy. Not to mention their prices were pretty good too. We will definitely visit them again.

The people there are very nice and patient with us on our purchase. We had taken our kids ( boy-2.5, girl-1) along with us originally just to get him a dresser for his own room but we walked into a great deal with new bedroom furniture for ourselves as well. The staff was more than patient answer every question we had to the best of there abilities and with as much info that they could give on their knowledge of the pieces we were interested in buying. As of right now waiting for it to be shipped to store for pick up and will repost anything worth saying.

After looking at several furniture stores in my hometown and not finding what I was looking for at a reasonable price, I headed out-of-town to Furniture Row. It was well worth the trip! I found a loveseat that was stylish, as well as reasonably priced. It was on sale, plus they were offering an additional discount that day. I was even pleased to find out that the delivery charge was no more than a store was going to charge me in my own town, even though it was several more miles.

Very Pleasant Purchase Experience
I went to the Furniture Row store in Lansing, Michigan for the purchase of my couch. The store is set up very nice and it is easy to find the type of furniture you want. In my case, I was looking for a leather couch with reclining power seats. I have pretty bad back problems so I was looking for something comfortable. I went to the store with my husband before Christmas and we found some we liked. I went back home and looked at them online so that I could compare what they had and the pricing. I picked out the Echo Ridge power reclining sofa, I liked the way it felt when I sat on it. After Christmas I went online one more time and discovered it was on sale! Well, of course I went over to the store and checked it out again and then bought it. They are going to deliver it next Saturday so that works out perfect for us! The actual purchase went very well and quickly so I have NO complaints there. It was a very nice purchase and I am very happy with it.

My wife and I bought a sofa chair and sette'. The manager was very helpful. He even moved a chair over to the sofa we were looking at so we could see how they looked together. Absolutely enjoyed the fact that I was not greeted by a high pressure salesman. I was politely greeted when I entered the store and asked if I had any questions or needed help. When I said I was just going to look around, I was left alone to do exactly that. When I had a question, it was answered. When I needed help with a measurement, it was quickly done. He even went out in the rain and measured my car to be sure that the piece I was buying would fit. Very friendly personable staff right down to the young man who loaded my car. And the salesman took extra care in telling the young man exactly how to do it.
