I purchased a few items already and was offered an affordable financial payment plan. I was able to get what I actually wanted even at reasonable prices, so everything worked out great! Customer service is also amazing, patient, knowledgeable and understanding of financial needs. There was no pressure or hovering like you’d normally see at other places. I am definitely making it my primary furniture place to shop.

Excellent Service

We made a large purchase in February 2020 in the Living Department at the Las Cruces, NM store. Our Sales Consultant was Cristian Ramirez, he was nice, caring, patient, and precise in every way possible, helping us during the entire process. Our furniture arrived just one week after the purchase date, the Delivery Team (Dunkin and Bo) were excellent as well. One of the pieces had a problem but Cristian intervened, and had it resolved in only one day. We have made several purchases at this store since 2004, and always had an excellent experience. We are very satisfied with our latest purchase.

Claudia was absolutely amazing! Instead of purchasing the complete sofa set, we chose to pick and choose certain pieces and it was quite the process deciding what would fit in our home. Throughout the entire process she was so patient, sincere, and kind. She worked with us to find a financial plan that would work with us and the entire process was an absolute treasure. The sofa we purchased is excellent for my many back problems and having a solid and stable couch has truly been life changing. This is the second time we have purchased from Furniture Row and it is the only store we will purchase any furniture from in the future. Their products are so high quality and it matters in your daily life so much.

My husband and I walk in looking for a specific type of recliner. while looking around Ivan Perez came over to help. I told him what I was looking for, recliner to fit me, (Im 5'2) , heat and massage, and firm not too soft. He took us to the Energia recliner. My husband is 6', this recliner works really well for us both, so, we bought two. thank you Ivan.

We went in to purchase a new couch. Dominic came to us and asked if we needed help. We told him what we wanted and he led us to the various possibilities. We decided on a couch and Dominic helped us to seal the deal. We wanted the couch for a room at our home that was being remodelled. He called us to tell us the couch was ready for delivery. I had to tell Dominic that we weren't ready yet, about three weeks away. ' No problem', he said, 'I'll call when you are ready'. Again Dominic called and we were't done with the remodel. With utter politeness, he said he would call again when we were ready. It doesn't get better than this!! Thank you Dominic!! A+++

When my wife and I walked into the store, we were greeted by Cristian Ramirez. He was knowable and very polite. The loveseat we were looking for was not on display, but he showed us one that was similar. He was able to look up the one we wanted on the computer and he ordered it. The main thing I look for in a salesperson is trustworthiness. I found it in Cristian.

Loveseat shopping

We needed a loveseat. After shopping elsewhere, this would be our last stop. We should have made it our first stop! We found exactly what we wanted, at a better price for an upgraded model. But the thing that sealed the deal for us was the integrity of the manager. She answered all of our questions openly and honestly, patiently. We will make FR our first stop next time.

Great Experience

I had an absolutely great experience. Raul was amazing. I have been to a lot of furniture stores and have never actually made a purchase because I typically feel pressured. And when I feel pressured I walk away. Raul was knowledgeable and gave us enough space to talk but never left us waiting for him to return. He was able to provide us with multiple options and was super friendly.

Great Furniture, Even Better Service

Came into Furniture expecting to browse, but after seeing the selection and quality, we quickly decided to start shopping. Jeanette and Brooke were beyond helpful while not being smothering at the same time, they went above and beyond working with the finance folks. We are very happy with our new sectional, formal dining, carpets, dining table, and guest bed set. This place has everything you need to furnish a house under one big roof. Highly recommend, especially if you get the pleasure of working with Jeanette or Brooke.

Grand Slam Customer Service!

When shopping for a new sofa, love seat, and recliner, I was greeted by a VERY personable and knowledgeable sales representative. Genna went over-and-above with the time that she spent with me by answering questions, comparing and contrasting different makes and models, and explaining current sales and financing. If I was a reluctant shopper before I entered this store, I left an extremely satisfied customer! :)

We were looking for a loft bed and saw it on the FR website. We went to the store and were immediately given all the information on the loft bed we were looking for. We did not make a purchase at this time. We made calls during the week as we live 60 miles from Las Cruces. We were satisfied with the service provided over the phone and returned to the store during the week. We did compare prices with other furniture stores. FR had the best prices, customer service, and financing plans. Thanks to the store manager and the two sales employees that helped us. Every section of the store had very friendly employees.

Lucky Day for Two

My husband and I were just looking at recliner sofas and our daughter joined us just to look for her own recliner sofas. It only takes one sitting to know if its the right one. We were LUCKY to each one of us find the right living room sofa sets for each of our homes. Our lucky day, very knowledgeable salesman, affordable price, and flexible delivery dates.

I was buying a dining room set for my house in LC that I wouldn't be living in for a month and was moving from very far away. They were very easy to work with and thoroughly explained several financing/payment options as well as timing delivery.

Recliner loveseat

We were shopping for a well made leather recliner loveseat. The few stores that we visited were unsatisfactory in there products. We came across Sofa Mart and this is where we purchased. The quality and selection was unsurpassed, and the sales people were excellent. The 1st sales associate was new, but she asked for the assistance of another, and ALL of our questions were answered, and even more things that we had not thought about. We ended up 'upgrading' to an ALL leather loveseat and an affordable cost. The ONLY downfall, is that the ordering process takes 3-4 months. WE are not specifically in any rush for the item, but then again that is a long time. We just ordered less than 1 week ago, so I cannot comment on the furniture yet, but the shopping experience was excellent

Positive Experience

The store was neat, clean and layed out well. A staff member approached us, pointed us to where we needed to go and didn't bug us. When we found what we liked the staff member was well versed on the product, gave us information we needed and was very helpful in completing the transaction. The staff was great. We noticed they helped each other. We were in an out in literally minutes.

living room furniture

I visited the store 3 times each before I made my decision and each time I was immediately approach and offered assistance. The staff was knowledgeable but not pushy which made my decision easy. So much to choose from and I had narrowed it down to 3 different living room choices. I made my decision and made my purchase. I will return to get my bedroom set. Thank you for the experience. Awesome Experience

Went in looking for a couch and loves seat combo and found exactly what I was looking for plus so much more. The associate helping us was very good at showing us all of our options based on what we were looking for. Great experience

I really enjoyed going to this store. I had never been here before and decided to give it a shot. When I walked in, I enjoyed seeing that the room was very open and not crowded like most furniture stores. I liked that I was able to walk around a look at some of the furniture for a little bit before being asked if I needed help, instead of being bum rushed at the door. My sales associate took the time to understand what I was looking for in detail before showing me anything which was quite refreshing because he actually took the time to think about what would be a good fit for what I wanted. Once we found what I was looking for, I was happy that the associate didn't press me to buy more expensive things and worked with my budget. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and plan to return soon.

Great Customer Service - Wonderful Selection

First off, this is my second large purchase from Furniture Row in Las Cruces, NM; and I must admit I'm just as pleased with this one as I was with my first. Zach (store manager) was the first individual we interacted with the first night of our visit. He was more than happy to walk around the store with my son, my wife, and myself. He answered all of our questions, and showed us major key differences between the sofas we were looking at. The fact that Zach was willing to stay after hours to discuss and answer all questions we had was one of the main reasons for our return the following day. The second day, more questions had risen, and the answers we received were above our expectations. After a few hours of debate, my wife and I made our decision on our lovely new sofa set; which luckily was part of a promotion that allowed us to obtain new tables, lamps, a rug, and a wonderful chair for our son. Zach stuck with us the entire way, and even called shortly after our purchase to check in with our overall satisfaction. I'm extremely pleased with the purchase, the quality, and the overall experience my family had with our visit. We will be returning in the future, and we hope we get to work with many other wonderful employees at this location. Thank you Zach, and staff, for everything!
