We were helped by Misha, store manager, and he was wonderful. He gave us all the time we needed to make decisions, discuss the purchase in private and ask all the questions we wanted. He even found a way to let us see the color of the sofa in daylight, vs the store lights, as we have huge windows that may have changed the shade once in our room. It was a very pleasant experience with no pressure at all, which we appreciated immensely.

My husband and I purchased a table from Furniture Row in Littleton. We opted out of the delivery service, but when we put the table together one of the legs were short, thus the table was wobbly. We called the store and they sent someone out the following week to take a look. They came out and shoved folded paper in between the leg and the table to stop the table from wobbling. We then asked for a new table, as the folded paper was not sufficient when you purchase a brand new dining set. They sent out another table (with a charge) to replace the table . The next table was not so wobbly but was still not balanced. When speaking with the store manager, we opted to just return the table all together. Lots of wasted time and money here for them to not do the right thing. Happy to go somewhere else.
